Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a vibration isolator that is used as an engine mount or the like in a general industrial machine or an automobile and absorbs and attenuates vibration transmitted from a vibration generating unit such as an engine to a vibration receiving unit such as a vehicle body.
For example, an anti-vibration device as an engine mount is disposed between an engine that is a vibration generation unit of a vehicle and a vehicle body that is a vibration receiving unit, and the anti-vibration device absorbs vibration generated by the engine, Suppresses vibration transmission to the vehicle body. As such an anti-vibration device, a liquid-sealed device is known in which an elastic body and a pair of liquid chambers are provided inside the device, and the pair of liquid chambers communicate with each other through a restriction passage. According to this liquid-filled vibration isolator, when vibration is generated when the mounted engine is operated, the vibration damping function of the elastic body and the viscosity of the liquid in the orifice communicating between the pair of liquid chambers Absorbs vibration with resistance, etc., and suppresses vibration transmission to the vehicle body.
As a conventional liquid-filled vibration isolator as described above, for example, there is one disclosed in Patent Document 1. In the vibration isolator described in Patent Document 1, the liquid chamber is partitioned into a main chamber (main liquid chamber) and a sub chamber (sub liquid chamber) by a partition member, and the partition wall of the sub chamber is configured by a diaphragm. In the vibration isolator having such a configuration, the communication port between the main liquid chamber and the restriction passage is normally configured on the main liquid chamber side with respect to the partition wall of the partition member, and the communication port between the sub liquid chamber and the restriction passage is the partition member. It is comprised in the subliquid chamber side rather than the partition.
An object of the present invention has been made in consideration of the above facts, and is to provide a vibration isolator capable of ensuring a main liquid chamber stroke with a compact size.
In order to achieve the above object, a vibration isolator according to claim 1 of the present invention has a first mounting member connected to one of a vibration generating portion and a vibration receiving portion, and is formed in a cylindrical shape in the input direction of main vibration. A second mounting member connected to the other of the vibration generating portion and the vibration receiving portion so that the cylinder axis direction is along, and an elastic body disposed between the first mounting member and the second mounting member and connecting the two mounting members And the elastic body as a part of the partition wall and configured inside the second mounting member, the main liquid chamber in which the liquid is sealed, the liquid is sealed, and at least a part of the partition wall is formed by a diaphragm and can be expanded and contracted An auxiliary liquid chamber, a cylindrical tube portion, a flange portion that is continuously formed radially outward from one end of the tube portion, and a bottom portion that is configured at the other end of the tube portion. The outer periphery of the flange portion is disposed along the inner periphery of the second mounting member, and the bottom portion is disposed on the side of the secondary liquid chamber. In this manner, a partition member that partitions the main liquid chamber and the sub liquid chamber, and an annular ring that is separate from the partition member, are disposed between the cylindrical portion of the partition member and the second mounting member. A restricting passage member that constitutes at least a part of a restricting passage that communicates the main liquid chamber and the sub liquid chamber, and the cylindrical portion of the partition member is radially inward at a part in the circumferential direction. An evacuation part for evacuation is configured, and the restriction passage and the auxiliary liquid chamber are configured closer to the main liquid chamber side than the bottom part of the partition member, and an opening that is opened from the restriction passage toward the evacuation part. It is communicated through.
In the vibration isolator having the above configuration, the bottom of the partition member is disposed at the end on the side of the sub liquid chamber. Accordingly, a main liquid chamber is formed in the cylindrical portion. Thereby, the clearance between the elastic body in the input direction of the main vibration and the partition member can be increased. Further, the cylindrical portion of the partition member is configured with a retraction portion that retreats radially inward in a part of the circumferential direction, and the restriction passage and the auxiliary liquid chamber are opened from the restriction passage toward the retraction portion. It communicates through the part. The opening is configured closer to the main liquid chamber than the bottom of the partition member. Accordingly, it is possible to increase the degree of freedom regarding the assembly and adhesion of the diaphragm.
The vibration isolator according to claim 2 of the present invention is characterized in that the restriction passage and the main liquid chamber communicate with each other through a communication hole formed in the cylindrical portion.
In this way, a communication hole that allows the main liquid chamber and the restriction passage to communicate with each other can be configured using the cylindrical portion.
The vibration isolator according to claim 3 of the present invention is characterized in that the restriction passage member and the margin or the diaphragm are vulcanized and bonded.
In the vibration isolator having the above-described configuration, the restriction passage and the auxiliary liquid chamber communicate with each other through an opening that opens from the restriction passage toward the evacuation portion on the radially inner side. Therefore, the diaphragm can be vulcanized and bonded to the lower surface of the partition member.
The vibration isolator according to claim 4 of the present invention is characterized in that at least a part of the bottom portion of the partition member is made of an elastically deformable membrane.
In this way, by constituting a part of the bottom portion with a membrane that can be sexually deformed, it is possible to provide a damping function for vibration input of a predetermined frequency.
In the vibration isolator according to claim 5 of the present invention, the restriction passage member is formed continuously with the outer peripheral portion disposed along the inner periphery of the second attachment member, and the outer peripheral portion, and the partition member A lower surface portion that is disposed to face the flange portion, and an inner peripheral portion that is formed continuously with the lower surface portion and has a shorter axial direction than the outer peripheral portion and is disposed along the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion, It is characterized by having.
In the restriction passage member having the above configuration, the outer peripheral portion is disposed along the inner periphery of the second mounting member, and the inner peripheral portion is disposed along the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion, thereby constituting a restriction passage. Accordingly, the restriction passage member can be sealed using the surfaces of the outer peripheral portion and the inner peripheral portion, instead of sealing the restriction passage with the front end surface of the restriction passage member being abutted against the second mounting member and the cylindrical portion, respectively. . Therefore, damage to the seal portion can be suppressed.
Moreover, since the axial direction of the inner peripheral part is shorter than that of the outer peripheral part, the degree of freedom regarding the cross-sectional area of the restriction passage can be increased.
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a vibration isolator capable of ensuring the stroke of the main liquid chamber with a compact size.

As shown in FIG. 1, the
Next, assembly of the
First, an
Next, the
Next, the set of the inner mounting
Next, the operation of the
In the
Further, in the
Further, the
On the other hand, when vibrations in a relatively high frequency range, such as idle vibrations, are input from the engine, clogging occurs in the
In the present embodiment, since the
Further, in the present embodiment, the retreating
In the present embodiment, the
In the present embodiment, the retracting
Further, in the present embodiment, the shape of the
Second Embodiment]

As shown in FIG. 10, the

In the present embodiment, the
In the present embodiment, in particular, since the cross section of the restricting
In addition, the volume of the restriction passage member can be reduced and the dead space when the orifice is formed can be reduced as compared with the case of the U shape.
