Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for producing an adhesive tape. More specifically, the present invention relates to a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape manufacturing method comprising a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed in a predetermined pattern on a support, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape manufactured using the manufacturing method.
Conventionally, an adhesive tape has been used for the purpose of fixing, protecting, marking, and stimulating various things. This pressure-sensitive adhesive tape always has a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer made of a pressure-sensitive adhesive, but there are various tapes in which the shape of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is devised according to the purpose of application and the type of adherend. For example, body protection, meridian distortion correction, acupuncture stimulation, slimming, fascia and muscle function recovery, bone and joint function recovery, tendon position correction, body massage, body warming, stiffness of shoulders, pain, inflammation, etc. Adhesive tape used in the fields of relief, taping, beauty, body affected area treatment, folk remedies, etc. is applied directly to the body, so the adhesive layer is patterned into a predetermined shape to prevent stuffiness and rash, Some of them ensure air permeability.
In addition to the adhesive tape used for the body, for example, the adhesive tape used for temporary fixation, short-time protection, or mark is formed with an adhesive layer on the entire surface of the support to improve the peelability. In some cases, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is patterned into a predetermined shape on the support.
As a specific example, for example, Patent Document 1 discloses a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape having improved air permeability by forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the tape in a wavy shape. Patent Document 2 discloses an adhesive sheet in which a predetermined concave pattern is formed on an adhesive layer. Furthermore, in Patent Document 3, a plurality of concave grooves extending in the tape width direction are arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the tape, and concave grooves having different lengths are formed in the longitudinal direction of the tape. A body affixing tape having an array configuration consisting of a pattern row that gradually becomes longer and shorter is disclosed.
These adhesive tapes are conventionally produced as follows. For example, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape described in Patent Document 1 applies a pressure-sensitive adhesive paint to one surface of a traveling temporary base sheet so as to form a pressure-sensitive adhesive paint layer, and is perpendicular to the traveling direction of the temporary base sheet. Using a comb having a plurality of scraping legs that reciprocate in the direction of the surface, part of the pressure-sensitive adhesive paint layer is scraped off and dried, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive paint layer remaining on the temporary substrate sheet is dried. After forming the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is produced by transferring the wave-like pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to a support. This method involves applying a pressure-sensitive adhesive paint on the entire surface of one surface of the temporary base sheet, and then scraping and removing a portion of the pressure-sensitive adhesive paint layer with a comb having a scraping foot. The pressure-sensitive adhesive paint layer that could not be removed remained on the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet after transfer, causing a decrease in air permeability.
Moreover, for example, the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet described in Patent Document 2 supplies a base film having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer or a release paper having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer between an embossing roll having a convex portion of a predetermined pattern on the surface and a flat roll. Then, the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is manufactured by pressing at least under the condition where the concave portion forming auxiliary liquid is interposed in the convex portion to form a predetermined pattern of concave portions in the adhesive layer. In this method as well, as in Patent Document 1, an adhesive layer that cannot be removed by the convex portion remains on the adhesive sheet, causing the adhesive to remain or a thin film, which causes a decrease in air permeability. Moreover, since the high cost is anticipated for preparation of the embossing roll which has a convex part, the problem which also increases the manufacturing cost of adhesive sheet itself has arisen.
As described above, in the conventional manufacturing method of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape in which the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is patterned in a predetermined shape on the support, the air permeability is lowered due to the residual pressure-sensitive adhesive in the part that does not originally have the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. There was a problem of doing. Further, in the method using a roll mold (such as a mold or an embossing roll), since the mold preparation is expensive, there is a problem that the manufacturing cost of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet itself increases.
Therefore, in the present invention, it is possible to ensure that the adhesive does not remain in a portion that does not have the adhesive layer when the adhesive layer having a predetermined shape is formed on the support by simply passing through a simple process. The main object is to provide a method for producing an adhesive tape.
As a result of earnest research to solve the above problems, the inventor of the present application has found a technique in which an adhesive is not reliably left in a portion having no adhesive layer by using a sheet having a predetermined form. It came to complete.

The method for producing the pressure-
(I) Adhesive Application Step The adhesive application step (I) is a step of applying an adhesive to the
The specific method of applying the adhesive to the
(II) Adhesive Removal Sheet First Laminating Step The adhesive removing sheet first laminating step (II) includes the second surface opposite to the first surface of the
In the pressure-sensitive adhesive application step (I), since the pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied to the first surface of the
This will be described more specifically with reference to FIG. FIG. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing the state of the
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4C, the
(III) Adhesive Transfer Step The adhesive transfer step (III) is a step of laminating the
More specifically, for example, as shown in FIG. 3, the
Further, for example, although not shown, the
In FIG. 4, the

(VI) Adhesive Removal Sheet Peeling Step The adhesive removal sheet peeling step (VI) is a step of peeling the pressure sensitive
For example, as shown in FIG. 8, the adhesive A that has entered the through-
In FIG. 8, the pressure-sensitive adhesive removal sheet peeling step (VI) is performed immediately after the pressure-sensitive adhesive removal sheet first lamination step (II), but the present invention is not limited to this. At least after the pressure-sensitive adhesive removal sheet first lamination step (II), for example, as shown in FIG. 1, the pressure-sensitive adhesive removal sheet peeling step (VI) may be performed after the pressure-sensitive adhesive transfer step (III). Be free.
Further, in the manufacturing method according to the present invention, after the pressure-sensitive adhesive removing sheet peeling step (VI), the
(VII) Adhesive Removal Sheet Second Lamination Step The adhesive removal sheet second lamination step (VII) is performed on the
Since the
In addition, by laminating the adhesive removing
Furthermore, since the
In FIG. 9, the adhesive removal sheet second lamination step (VII) is performed after the adhesive transfer step (III). However, the present invention is not limited to this. At least after the pressure-sensitive adhesive removal sheet peeling step (VI), for example, the pressure-sensitive adhesive removal sheet second lamination step (VII) may be performed before the pressure-sensitive adhesive transfer step (III) as shown in FIG. The pressure-sensitive adhesive removing sheet second lamination step (VII) can be performed simultaneously with the pressure-sensitive adhesive transfer step (III).
If the adhesive tape manufactured using the manufacturing method which concerns on this invention demonstrated above is manufactured using the manufacturing method which concerns on this invention, the final form of a distribution stage will not be specifically limited. For example, after passing through each of the necessary steps, the

In the present invention, a material having flexibility and stretchability is particularly preferable from the viewpoint of adaptability to the adherend. Further, when the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to the present invention is used for a living body, a material having air permeability is preferable in order to prevent skin respiration and stuffiness.
