Description

The present invention relates to a container for a pump.

(例えば、特許文献1参照)   A pump container constructed such that the mouth and neck are raised from the bottomed cylindrical body through the shoulder, and the stored liquid is pumped up by the operation of the pump attached to the mouth and neck and discharged from the discharge port of the pump. Various proposals have been made. (For example, see Patent Document 1)

As a container body used in these pump containers, for example, the container body described in Patent Document 1 stands up from the upper end of the bottomed cylindrical trunk portion through the shoulder portion, and the entire body. It is integrally formed. Moreover, the bottom part has the form which the center part protrudes and the cyclic | annular recessed part exists in the peripheral part. In general, these container bodies are often formed by blow molding, in which case the center tends to rise due to pinch-off at the bottom.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 08-230961

The above-described general pump container as disclosed in Patent Document 1 is preferably formed by blow molding for the purpose of improving productivity or reducing cost, and in this case, the bottom center portion is raised. Therefore, there is a possibility that residual liquid may be generated in the annular recess around the periphery. The pumps used in these container bodies are configured such that a suction pipe is suspended in the container body, the lower end thereof is opened near the bottom surface, and the liquid is sucked therefrom. If the suction pipe opening is on the raised part, the liquid around the raised part remains as it is, and the suction pipe is bent so that its tip opens to the bottom edge of the container body. Even in such a case, there are many cases where the liquid remains in the groove portion in relation to the tip angle of the pipe, the thickness of the pipe, or the width of the groove at the peripheral portion of the raised portion.

Moreover, if the container body is formed by a molding method capable of revealing a complicated shape such as injection molding, the bottom portion of a relatively free form can be formed, and the residual liquid can be eliminated. Other problems arise, such as a decrease in performance.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and can be formed by blow molding or the like, can maintain the conventional good productivity or low cost, and can eliminate residual liquid as much as possible. Suggest body.

The container body of the pump of the present invention is integrally formed of synthetic resin, and can be formed by blow molding or the like. The form is a form in which the mouth and neck portion is erected from the bottomed tubular trunk portion via the shoulder portion, and at least the lower end portion of the trunk portion is formed in a polygonal tubular shape. Therefore, the lower end portion of the trunk portion may be a polygonal cylindrical shape, and the upper portion thereof may be another cylindrical shape, or the entire barrel portion may be a polygonal cylindrical shape. The polygonal cylindrical shape here includes a triangular cylindrical shape or a polygonal cylindrical shape equal to or more than a pentagonal cylindrical shape in addition to the rectangular cylindrical shape shown in the drawing. The term “polygonal cylindrical shape” as used herein includes a case in which each corner portion is bent, that is, a common corner portion is formed in R.

Moreover, as a pump which can respond to the container body of the present invention, the suction pipe is suspended inside the container body and is attached to the mouth and neck, and the stored liquid sucked from the suction pipe is discharged from the discharge port of the pump. A pump having a known mechanism configured as described above can be employed. Therefore, even when the liquid in the container is directly discharged from the discharge port as a liquid, it is possible to adopt a configuration in which the liquid is discharged from the discharge port as bubbles by a known mechanism.

The container body of the present invention is initially manufactured in a form in which a reversal wall is extended downward from the lower end edge of the body part and a bottom wall forming wall is extended from the lower end edge of the reversal wall. Then, the inversion wall is inverted upward so that the outer peripheral surface is brought into contact with the lower end portion of the inner peripheral surface of the body portion, and the bottom wall forming wall is raised to form a bottom-like bottom wall. Accordingly, the bottom wall forming wall that becomes the bottom wall moves upward as it is, and the bottom wall is formed in a taper shape in which at least the peripheral edge is lowered inward. It is a mechanism to accumulate. Therefore, if the lower end of the suction pipe is opened at the center of the bottom wall, the stored liquid can be sucked up without remaining liquid.

As the reversing mechanism of the reversing wall, it is only necessary to adjust the thickness of the reversing wall to the extent that reversal is possible. It becomes possible. Note that the thickness of the body or bottom wall forming wall is the thickness of a general synthetic resin bottle. Moreover, if the thickness of the reversal wall is made too thin, there may be a problem in the strength of the reversal wall, for example, the strength against the pressure when the liquid is injected into the container. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the thickness in consideration of this point, but as another means, by forming each corner portion so thin that it can be reversed from the other portions, smooth inversion and after inversion Sufficient strength of the reversal wall can be secured. What is necessary is just to select the specific thickness in that case suitably by the magnitude | size etc. of a container body. Further, it may be configured such that each corner portion is bent so that elastic deformation is easily caused and reversal is further facilitated.

The bottom wall forming wall, which becomes the bottom wall after the reversal of the reversal wall, should be formed with a thickness that is not deformed by the force applied during the reversal of the reversal wall, and the thickness of the reversal wall and the bottom wall forming wall is If they are selected as appropriate while exhibiting the above functions, either of them can be thick or the same.

In addition, by forming thin hinges on the upper and lower edges of the reversing wall, sharp corners can be formed and reversal is facilitated. However, this hinge does not have to be provided as long as it can be reversed.

The first means is configured as follows. That is, the mouth-and-neck portion 12 is erected from the bottomed cylindrical body portion 10 through the shoulder portion 11, and the stored liquid is sucked by the suction pipe 24 of the pump B attached to the mouth-and-neck portion 12. A container body for a pump that discharges from an outlet 25. At least the lower end portion of the barrel portion 10 has a polygonal cylindrical shape, and is inverted downward from the lower end edge of the barrel portion 10 to the same shape as the lower end portion of the barrel portion 10. A wall 13 is extended, and a bottom wall forming wall 15 having a taper shape with at least a peripheral edge inwardly extending is extended from the lower end edge of the reversing wall 13, and the reversing wall 13 is centered on the lower end edge of the body portion 10. The reversing wall 13 is turned upside down so that its outer peripheral surface is brought into contact with the lower end of the inner peripheral surface of the body portion 10, and the bottom wall forming wall 15 is raised to raise the bottom-like bottom. Wall 14 was formed.

The second means is configured as follows. That is, in the first means, each corner portion 13a of the inversion wall 13 is formed thinner than the other portions.

The third means was configured as follows. That is, in each of the first means and the second means, each corner portion 13a of the reversal wall 13 is bent.

The fourth means is configured as follows. That is, in any one of the first to third means, the upper and lower edges of the reversing wall 13 are respectively connected to the lower end edge of the body 10 and the bottom wall forming wall 15 via the thin hinge 16. Connected to the periphery.

According to the present invention, the bottom wall forming wall 15 having a taper shape with at least the peripheral edge descending inwardly extends from the lower end edge of the reversal wall 13, and the reversal wall 13 is reversed upward so that the outer peripheral surface thereof is The bottom wall forming wall 15 is raised to form a bottom-like bottom wall 14 while being brought into contact with the lower end portion of the inner peripheral surface of the trunk portion 10, so that residual liquid is generated on the bottom wall 14 as much as possible. It can be prevented, and even if it is molded by blow molding etc., it can avoid the disadvantage that the center of the bottom must be raised for structural reasons, so molding by blow molding etc. is possible, productivity is good and low cost Can be manufactured. In addition, since the body 10 has a polygonal cylindrical portion, it is easy to hold and has advantages such as being difficult to slip when used in a water field.

When each corner portion 13a of the reversal wall 13 is formed thinner than the other portions, the reversal wall 13 can be easily reversed, and even if the thickness of the reversal wall 13 itself is relatively thick, it can be easily reversed. As a result, in a state where it is in reverse contact with the lower end portion of the inner periphery of the body portion 10, it has sufficient rigidity and can withstand water pressure sufficiently.

When each corner portion 13a of the reversal wall 13 is formed in a curved shape, the portion is easily elastically deformed, and the reversal wall 13 is more easily reversed. In particular, if the corner portions 13a of the reversal wall 13 are combined with a structure in which the corner portions 13a are formed thinner than the other portions, the effect becomes more remarkable.

When the upper and lower edges of the reversal wall 13 are connected to the lower end edge of the trunk portion 10 and the peripheral edge of the bottom wall forming wall 15 through the thin hinge 16, respectively, the reversal of the reversal wall becomes easier to perform, Since the critical line after the reversal of the reversal wall 13 becomes clear, the periphery of the bottom wall 14 and the inner surface of the trunk portion 10 can be brought into closer contact with each other.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

1 to 4 show an example of a pump container in which a pump B is mounted on a container body A. The container body A is integrally formed by blow molding using a synthetic resin. A mouth and neck portion 12 is erected from the upper end via a shoulder portion 11, and a bottom wall 14 is extended to a lower end portion of the trunk portion 10 via an inversion wall 13.

The container body A is initially formed in the state shown in FIG. In FIG. 3, the container body A integrally has a reversal wall 13 extending downward from the lower end edge of the body portion 10 and a bottom wall forming wall 15 integrally extending from the lower end edge of the reversal wall 13. .

As shown in FIG. 4, the reversal wall 13 has a cylindrical shape that is the same as that of the body portion 10, that is, a rectangular tube shape, and the outer peripheral surface is formed to have approximately the same diameter as the inner peripheral surface of the lower end portion of the body portion 10. . In addition, each corner portion 13a is formed in a curved manner in the same manner as the corner portion of the body portion 10, and each corner portion 13a is formed thinner than the other portions of the inversion wall 13. Further, the reversal wall 13 itself is formed thinner than the bottom wall forming wall 15. Further, a thin hinge 16 is provided in an annular shape between the upper end edge of the inversion wall 13 and the lower end edge of the body portion 10, and between the lower end edge of the inversion wall 13 and the peripheral edge portion of the bottom wall forming wall 15. Also, the thin hinge 16 is provided in an annular shape.

The bottom wall forming wall 15 extends integrally by closing the lower end opening of the inversion wall 13 from the lower end edge of the inversion wall 13. A flat wall portion 15a having a quadrangular shape similar to the peripheral edge portion is provided at the center, and a tapered wall portion 15b is formed inwardly around the flat wall portion 15a. The bottom wall forming wall 15 rises when the reversal wall 13 is reversed, and becomes a bottom wall 14 having the same flat wall portion 14a and tapered wall portion 14b.

Then, when the bottom wall forming wall 15 is pushed upward with respect to the trunk portion 10 from the state of FIG. 3, the inversion wall 13 is inverted upward, and the outer peripheral surface of the inversion wall 13 is the trunk portion 10 as shown in FIG. Inverts to a state of substantially contacting the lower end of the inner periphery. At that time, the bottom wall forming wall 15 is lifted as it is to form a bottom-like bottom wall 14.

The pump B is fixed to the container body A by a mounting cylinder 20 fitted to the outer periphery of the container body neck portion 12, and a cylinder member 21 having an upper end fixed to the mounting cylinder 20 is suspended from the upper part in the container body A. A discharge head 23 is fitted to the upper end of a stem 22 that protrudes from the cylinder member 21 so as to be pushed in an upward biased state. Further, the lower end of the suction pipe 24 whose upper end is fitted to the lower end portion of the cylinder member 21 is vertically opened near the upper surface of the flat wall portion 14a. In the figure, C indicates a stopper for preventing the ejection head 23 from being inadvertently depressed.

In the pump container configured as described above, the stopper C is removed from the state of FIG. 1 and the discharge head 23 is moved up and down to absorb the liquid in the container body A from the lower end opening of the suction pipe 24 by the action of the built-in pump mechanism. It is discharged as bubbles from the discharge port 25 of the lifting discharge head 23.

FIG. 5 shows another example. In the example of FIG. 1, the flat wall portions 15a and 14a at the center of the bottom wall forming wall 15 and the bottom wall 14 are recessed flat wall portions 15a and 14a. Since the other points are the same as the example of FIG. 1, the same reference numerals are given and the description thereof is omitted.
