Description

The present invention relates to a winding component such as an insulation transformer used for an electronic device or a home appliance, and more particularly to prevent the magnetic material from being charged on the surface of the magnetic core due to the influence of electromagnetic action or leakage magnetic flux. The present invention relates to a winding component including a conductive portion that connects a core and a ground of a mounting board.

It is known that winding parts such as transformers used in power supply circuits that are driven to switch at high frequencies are charged on the surface of the magnetic core due to the effects of electromagnetic action and leakage magnetic flux. In order to prevent the transformer performance from being adversely affected, it is necessary to ground the magnetic core to the ground of the mounting substrate or the electronic device housing.

Conventionally, in such a winding component, for example, as in Patent Document 1, a lead wire or the like is used, and one end portion is directly or indirectly connected to the magnetic core, and the other end portion is connected to the ground. On the other hand, for example, as in Patent Document 2, a core grounding metal fitting for connecting the magnetic core to the earth is used, the core earthing metal fitting is sandwiched between the magnetic core and the bobbin, and the end thereof is grounded on the mounting substrate. Soldered to the pattern.

FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a conventional winding component in which a magnetic core is grounded using a lead wire. FIG. 10 is a specific example disclosed in Patent Document 1.

The winding component 14 incorporates the magnetic core 1 in the bobbin 3 around which the coil 4 is wound, and indirectly grounds the magnetic core 1 a to the ground via the earth angle 7 that is in close contact with the magnetic core 1. In the structure, one end of the lead wire 2 is connected to the earth angle 7 and the other end of the lead wire 2 is connected to the earth pattern of the mounting substrate 8.

11A and 11B are diagrams for explaining a conventional winding component in which a magnetic core is grounded using a metal terminal, FIG. 11A is a side view, and FIG. 11B is a perspective view of the core ground metal. . FIG. 11 is a specific example disclosed in Patent Document 2.

In the winding component 15, two U-shaped magnetic cores 1 a and 1 b are incorporated in the bobbin 3 around which the coil 4 is wound, and each is fixed by a wire-like core holding fitting 9. Further, the core ground metal fitting 2d is attached so as to be sandwiched between the magnetic core 1a and the bobbin 3, and its end is connected to the ground pattern of the mounting substrate 8. Since the core earth metal fitting 2d is drawn out while being in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the magnetic core 1a, it has a shape as shown in FIG.

Japanese Utility Model Publication 4-120220

However, as in the case of Patent Document 1, in a winding component having a structure in which a core angle is attached to a magnetic core, one end thereof is connected using a lead wire, and the other end is grounded to the ground. Productivity was poor due to securing of contact between the body core surface and the core angle and work man-hours such as soldering with lead wires. In addition, there is a concern that the lead wire may be cut by mistake during handling.

On the other hand, as in the case of Patent Document 2, in a winding component having a structure in which a core ground metal fitting is sandwiched between a magnetic core and a bobbin and an end of the core ground metal fitting is grounded to the ground, the magnetic core and bobbin Due to the gap size variation due to the clearance, the contact and fixing state between the core earth metal fitting and the magnetic core becomes uncertain, and there is a problem that the earth ground state is unstable.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention enables a stable ground connection by securely fixing the magnetic core and the conductive member, and also enables connection such as soldering when lead wires are wired. It is an object of the present invention to provide a winding component that can reduce the man-hours of work, disconnection, damage, etc., and simplify the assembly work of the magnetic core and the fixing work of the conductive member and improve the efficiency.

In the present invention, a hole for attaching a conductive member to be connected to the ground on the mounting board or an attachment portion consisting of a notch is formed on the outer periphery of the magnetic core so that the magnetic core and the conductive member are securely connected. By attaching to the conductive member, mounting of the conductive member can be performed at the same time as normal magnetic core assembly work, and the work can be simplified and improved in efficiency, and a stable ground connection state can be secured. Can do.

In the present invention, a metal plate or metal fitting (hereinafter referred to as “earth connection terminal”) whose outer shape is cut and bent into an L shape, a T shape, an inverted J shape, or the like is used as the conductive member. . On the other hand, the shape and form of the hole and notch formed in the magnetic core are also substantially the same as the ground connection terminal so that the ground connection terminal can be inserted and fitted. With such a structure, even if a conductive member is attached, the adhesion of each magnetic core is increased without expanding the outer dimensions of the magnetic core, and can be securely fixed, contributing to the stability and maintenance of the ground connection state. it can.

According to the present invention, there is provided a winding component including a conductive member for incorporating a magnetic core into a bobbin around which at least one coil is wound, and connecting the magnetic core to ground. In the present invention, a hole for attaching a ground connection terminal as a conductive member to be connected to the ground on the mounting substrate, or a mounting portion including a notch is formed on the outer periphery of the magnetic core, Compared to the conventional structure using lead wires and the structure in which the ground connection terminal is sandwiched between the magnetic core and bobbin, the ground connection terminal is attached to the ground connection terminal securely. It can be performed simultaneously with the core assembling work, so that the work can be simplified and improved in efficiency, and a stable ground connection state can be ensured.
