（４）（Ｂ）エポキシ基含有ゴム強化ビニル系共重合体と、（Ｃ）オレフィン系エラストマーの混合比が、（Ｂ）／（Ｃ）の重量比で、０．５〜２．２の範囲である（１）〜（３）のいずれかに記載の熱可塑性ポリエステル樹脂組成物。
