Abstract

Claims (16)
- ロッドを骨固定要素に結合するためにロッドを受ける受け部であって、
ロッドを受ける溝(12)を有するロッド受け部(9)、および、骨固定要素の頭部(3)を収容するために、開放端(17)を有するとともに頭部の導入および締め付けを可能にする可撓性を有する頭部受け部(16)を有する受け部本体(5)と、
前記頭部受け部を包囲して、前記頭部受け部に力を加えることにより、内側の頭部を固定する固定用リング(8)と、
前記頭部受け部を包囲して、前記頭部受け部に力を加えることにより、前記頭部を締め付けて仮固定する仮固定用リング(80,80′,80″,80″′)と
を備える、受け部。 - 前記仮固定用リング(80,80′,80″,80″′)が、前記頭部受け部(16)に作用する予応力によって前記頭部受け部を保持する、請求項1に記載の受け部。
- 前記頭部の仮固定位置において、前記固定用リング(8)が前記仮固定用リング(80,80′,80″,80″′)に対して移動可能である、請求項1または2に記載の受け部。
- 前記仮固定用リング(80,80′,80″,80″′)が、止め部(17a)により、前記固定用リングに対して動くことが止められる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の受け部。
- 前記仮固定用リング(80,80′,80″,80″′)が、前記頭部受け部(16)の開放端(17)の近傍に配置される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の受け部。
- 前記仮固定用リング(80,80′,80″,80″′)が前記開放端(17)から取り付け可能である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の受け部。
- 前記仮固定用リング(80,80′,80″,80″′)が可撓性を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の受け部。
- 前記頭部受け部(16)が先細になった外側表面を有し、前記固定用リング(8)が湾曲部(8a)を含む内側表面を有し、この湾曲部(8a)の湾曲は、前記固定用リング(8)の中心を向いている、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の受け部。
- 前記固定用リング(8)の高さが、前記頭部受け部(16)の高さよりも小さい、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の受け部。
- 前記固定用リング(8)が、それにロッドを介して圧力が作用するときに、移動可能である、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の受け部。
- 前記ロッド受け部は、第1端(9a)および第2端(9b)、ならびに、前記第1端から前記第2端の方向に延びる、ロッドのための凹部(12)を有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の受け部。
- 前記ロッド受け部(9)は第1端(9a)および第2端(9b)を有し、前記頭部受け部(16)は前記第2端(9b)側に配置され、前記頭部受け部(16)の前記第2端の側の直径は、前記ロッド受け部(9)の前記第2端(9b)における直径よりも小さい、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の受け部。
- 前記受け部本体(5)は、前記開放端(17)に向かって開放する複数のスリット(19)を備え、好ましくは、少なくとも1つのスリット(15,19)が、前記開放端から前記ロッド受け部(9)に延びる、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の受け部。
- 前記仮固定用リングが前記頭部受け部(16)の下部に配置されている、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の受け部。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の受け部と、ねじが切られたシャフトおよび頭部(3)を有する骨固定要素(1)とを備える、骨固定装置。
- ロッド(6)を前記凹部(12)に固定するために、好ましくは内側ねじである遮蔽要素(7)が設けられる、請求項15に記載の骨固定装置。
