Description

The present invention relates to a scalp care device used for removing oil and fat from the scalp.

Until now, many hair tools for the purpose of scalp care were intended to stimulate the scalp and penetrate the drug. For example, the present applicant has previously described a hair sheet that maintains a sufficient sense of reaching the scalp while improving the convenience as a brush for preparing and caring for hair by making it easier to comb the hair with protrusions. A brush was proposed (see Patent Document 1). This brush is provided with two types of protrusions on one surface of a substrate sheet. The two types of protrusions have an elliptical flat cross-sectional shape having a major axis and a minor axis, and reduce the cross-sectional area toward the tip so as to project in a cone shape, and project in a conical shape. It consists of a pressing projection 13. The hair-styling protrusions are arranged so that their major axis directions are parallel to each other.

Apart from this brush, the present applicant has proposed a scalp massage brush that has a massage effect and exhibits a function of removing sebum and a function of cleaning pores (see Patent Document 2). This brush has two types of protrusions. The two types of projections have a flat cross-sectional shape, and a plurality of tip projections are arranged on the tip portion with a spacing in the longitudinal direction and are made of an elastomer resin, and the tip is curved. It consists of the cone-shaped protrusion 15 which consists of a chamfered elastomer resin. The spatula-shaped protrusion is planted in the outer peripheral part along the periphery of a brush surface. Cone-like projections are implanted in these inner regions.

Aside from the above-mentioned technology, comb-shaped oil blotting paper is known as a hair tool for removing oil from the scalp, which is obtained by winding paper that absorbs sebum well around cardboard and pasting it with adhesive, and cutting it into a comb shape (Patent Document) 3). However, since this oil-blotting paper is comb-shaped, it cannot be said that the removal efficiency of sebum is good.

An object of the present invention is to provide a scalp care device in which various performances are improved as compared with the above-described prior art.

The present invention provides a scalp care device in which a large number of convex portions that can scrape hair and come into contact with the scalp are provided on a substrate portion, and an oil absorbing layer is provided on the surface of the convex portions. It is.

According to the present invention, since the convex portions that come into contact with the scalp are two-dimensionally arranged on the substrate, the scalp can be efficiently brushed and the oil and fat content of the scalp can be effectively removed. Can do.

The present invention will be described below based on preferred embodiments with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a first embodiment of the scalp care device of the present invention. FIG. 2 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing a main part of the scalp care device shown in FIG.

The scalp care device 10 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 has a sheet-like substrate portion 11 that is substantially oval in plan view. Cuts 21 are provided in the front and rear circumferential side portions of the substrate portion 11 along arcuate front and rear ends. As will be described later, the cut portion 21 is a part for enabling the scalp care device 10 to be gripped.

The board | substrate part 11 has the 1st surface 11a and the 2nd surface 11b located in the other side. The substrate portion 11 has a large number of convex portions 12 protruding from the first surface 11a on the first surface 11a side. The convex portion 12 is formed on the first surface 1 a side of the substrate portion 11 so that a part of the substrate portion 11 protrudes. Therefore, the board | substrate part 11 and the convex-shaped part 12 are integrally formed from the same material. Further, since the convex portion 12 is formed by projecting a part of the substrate portion 11, the inside of the convex portion 12 is hollow. The site | part in which the convex part 12 is not formed among the 1st surfaces 11a is a flat surface. On the other hand, in the 2nd surface 11b, the site | part which does not oppose the convex part 12 is a flat surface, and the site | part which opposes the convex part 12 is dented toward the 1st surface 11a side.

Each convex-shaped part 12 is the same shape and the same dimension, and is arrange | positioned regularly and two-dimensionally by the 1st surface 11a side. However, it is not essential that the convex portions 12 have the same shape and dimensions. For example, the height of the convex portion located on the peripheral edge side of the substrate portion 11 is set higher than the convex portion located on the inner side. It may be lowered. Alternatively, among the convex portions, the cross-sectional area of the base portion of the convex portion located at the center portion of the substrate portion 11 is made larger than the cross-sectional area of the base portion of the convex portion located at the peripheral edge portion of the substrate portion 11. May be. Further, the arrangement density of the convex portions in the central part of the substrate part 11 may be sparser than the arrangement density in the vicinity of the peripheral part of the substrate part 11.

The convex portion 12 has a shape capable of scraping hair and contacting the scalp. For this purpose, the convex portion 12 in the present embodiment has a substantially pyramid shape that tapers from the base portion toward the tip portion. The shape of the convex portion 12 is not limited to a substantially pyramid shape as long as the hair can be scraped and brought into contact with the scalp, and may be a substantially rod shape, for example. The tip of the convex portion 12 is preferably chamfered in a curved shape from the viewpoint of preventing excessive stimulation to the scalp regardless of whether or not the convex portion 12 has a substantially cone shape. . As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the cross section of the convex portion 12 is substantially circular. A square shape, an oval shape, an oval shape, an arbitrary combination thereof, or the like can also be adopted.

The convex portion 12 has a height H of 3 to 30 mm, particularly 5 to 20 mm, in terms of reachability to the scalp and strength. The degree of the curved surface at the tip of the convex portion 12 is preferably 0.5 to 2.5 mm, particularly 1 to 1.5 mm in terms of the radius of curvature. The area of the cross section at the base of the convex portion 12 is preferably 5 to 15 mm, particularly 7 to 12 mm in terms of equivalent circle diameter.

Convex portion 12, the existence density of 2 to 40/10 cm 2, that are arranged in particular so that 3 to 30/10 cm 2 density, the point to be contactable wade the hair on the scalp To preferred. The interval P between the convex portions 12 adjacent in the width direction of the substrate portion 11 is naturally defined by the size of the convex portions 12 and the density, but is preferably 5 to 22 mm, and more preferably 10 to 18 mm. is there.

An oil absorbing layer 13 is provided on the surface of the convex portion 12. The oil absorbing layer 13 is made of a material different from the material constituting the convex portion 12. The oil absorbing layer 13 has a property of absorbing and removing oil and fat from the scalp with which the convex portion 12 is in contact. From this viewpoint, the oil absorbing layer 13 is preferably made of a lipophilic material.

In the present embodiment, the oil absorbing layer 13 is formed on the entire convex portion 12. The oil absorbing layer 13 is also formed on the flat portion of the first surface 11 a located between the adjacent convex portions 12. Instead of this, the oil absorbing layer 13 may be formed only on the convex portion 12, or the oil absorbing layer is not only on the entire convex portion 12 but only on a portion of the convex portion 12 that contacts the scalp, for example, the tip portion. The layer 13 may be formed. In addition, since the oil absorbing layer 13 is colored by the hair styling agent if the oil-based hair styling agent is previously attached to the oil absorbing layer 13, the hair absorbing agent may not be attached to the oil absorbing layer 13 in the present invention. preferable.

As shown in FIG. 3, the scalp care device 10 of the present embodiment has both edge portions 11 c formed as free band-like members by the cuts 21 and 21 in the state where the convex portion 12 faces downward, on the second surface 11 b. It can be lifted to the side to form an opening by the notch 21, and a hand (finger) can be inserted from the formed opening side and can be gripped by the hand. In this case, it can be used regardless of the left or right hand. It can also be held by a holding tool or the like. Because it can be used in this way, it is easy to hold and use. Then, the convex portion 12 is pressed against the human scalp under the gripped state, or the scalp is massaged to absorb and remove oil and fat existing in the scalp. As a result, clogging of the pores is eliminated, the scalp can be kept clean, and advantageous effects such as odor, itchiness and hair loss prevention are exhibited. Moreover, when the convex part 12 has water absorption in addition to oil absorption, it becomes possible to absorb and remove not only oil and fat but also sweat, so that the scalp can be kept more clean.

The oil absorbing layer 13 is preferably one that causes a visual change before and after absorption of oil and fat on the scalp, that is, before and after oil absorption. As a result, the degree of oil and fat removal can be visually recognized. Moreover, a visual change can make a user realize the removal effect of fats and oils.

The oil absorbing layer 13 can be formed, for example, by disposing an oil absorbing sheet material on the first surface 11 a side including the convex portion 12.

As an oil-absorbing sheet material, for example, a melt blown nonwoven fabric made of thermoplastic resin fibers or a porous stretched film made of thermoplastic resin can be used. In these nonwoven fabrics and films, fine meshes and fine pores formed by fibers are formed, and oil and fat are absorbed into these fine meshes and pores. Of these sheet materials, it is preferable that the oil absorbing layer 13 is formed by laminating a porous stretched film from the viewpoint of high oil absorption. This porous stretched film melt-extrudes a resin composition containing a thermoplastic resin and a liquid organic material that is not compatible with the resin, and the film formed thereby is uniaxially or biaxially stretched. In the case of the film obtained in the above, the film which was opaque before oil absorption becomes transparent by oil absorption, so that the degree of visual change becomes large and can be suitably used in the present invention. In particular, it is preferable that the porous stretched film is colored in a color other than white because the degree of visual change from that color to transparency becomes even greater. Examples of the oil-absorbing film include those described in JP-A No. 11-239517. The oil-absorbing film is, for example, three-dimensionally formed by three-dimensional molding before or after bonding of the first surface 11a of the substrate part 11, and a three-dimensional shape of the three-dimensionally formed nonwoven fabric substrate and the convex part 12 And sticking together with an adhesive to prevent wrinkling.

In addition to the oil absorbing layer 13 being provided on the convex portion 12, the convex portion 12 may contain a drug that can improve various performances of the scalp care device 10. Examples of such agents include antibacterial agents, bactericides, and cooling agents. By containing these drugs only in the convex portion 12, it is possible to efficiently supply these drugs to the scalp. Moreover, since the inside of the convex-shaped part 12 is a cavity as above-mentioned, you may hold | maintain these chemical | medical agents in this cavity.

As described above, the substrate portion 11 and the convex portion 12 are integrally formed from the same material. Although there is no restriction | limiting in particular in the material which comprises these, It is suitable to use a nonwoven fabric from points, such as easiness of the three-dimensional shaping | molding of the convex-shaped part 12, touch, and economical efficiency. Moreover, since a nonwoven fabric can hold | maintain water with the capillary force between the constituent fibers, forming the convex part 12 from a nonwoven fabric also has the advantage that water absorption can be provided to the convex part 12. is there. Examples of the nonwoven fabric include a spunbond nonwoven fabric, a spunlace nonwoven fabric, a heat bond nonwoven fabric, a melt blown nonwoven fabric, and a needle punch nonwoven fabric. The basis weight of these nonwoven fabrics is preferably 50 to 500 g / m 2 , more preferably 200 to 300 g / m 2 in view of strength and operability.

Examples of the fibers forming the nonwoven fabric include polyolefin fibers such as polyethylene and polypropylene, polyester resins such as polyethylene terephthalate, single fibers composed of polyamide resins, acrylic resins, vinyl resins, and a single blend of two or more resins. Examples thereof include multicomponent composite fibers (for example, core-sheath type composite fibers and side-by-side type composite fibers) composed of two or more kinds of resins. In particular, it is preferable to use the core-sheath composite fiber from the viewpoint of the moldability of the convex portion 12 and the bulkiness of the nonwoven fabric. In addition, the thickness of the fiber forming the nonwoven fabric is preferably 1 to 100 denier in order to give the convex portion 12 an appropriate compressive strength.

In the scalp care device 10 of the present embodiment, it is preferable that the substrate part 11 can be deformed in accordance with the shape of the scalp from the point that the convex part 12 can be easily brought into close contact with the scalp. The degree of deformation of the substrate part 11 is preferably 2 to 80 mN · m, particularly 4 to 60 mN · m in terms of the Taber stiffness value measured by the JIS P1825 Taber stiffness test method.

。   In contrast to the substrate part 11, the convex part 12 has a property that it is difficult to be deformed against compression from the distal end part to the base part, so that the feeling of the convex part 12 reaching the scalp is reduced. From the viewpoint of preventing this, it is preferable. “Deformation of the convex portion 12” means that the convex portion 12 is crushed during use of the scalp care device 10, and it is difficult to elastically return to the original shape. “A feeling of reaching the convex portion 12 to the scalp” means that the convex portion 12 comes into contact with the scalp and an appropriate massage feeling is obtained. The maximum compressive load is measured by the following method. In the Tensilon RTM25 manufactured by Orientec Co., Ltd., using the load cell with a maximum load of 50 N, the first peak after the start of measurement is shown in the relationship diagram between the load and displacement obtained under compression conditions at a head speed of 100 mm / min. The maximum compressive load that the convex portion 12 can withstand is set (an average value of n = 10, each measured for one convex portion).

The scalp care device 10 of this embodiment is manufactured by the following method, for example. First, after cutting a fiber, a web is formed with a card machine, and a nonwoven fabric is manufactured through a heat roll. From this nonwoven fabric, the substrate part 11 and the convex part 12 in the scalp care device 10 are formed. Specifically, the obtained nonwoven fabric is pressed using a male and female mold to form a plurality of convex portions 12. The temperature of the mold at this time is preferably 120 to 200 ° C., although it depends on the type of constituent fibers of the nonwoven fabric. The press pressure is preferably 0.5 to 20 kgf / cm 2 and the press time is preferably 3 to 15 seconds. Next, the cut 21 shown in FIG. 1 is formed in the pressed nonwoven fabric. Finally, the oil absorbing layer 13 is formed on the first surface 11 a including the convex portion 12. The method for forming the oil absorbing layer 13 is as described above.

As mentioned above, although this invention was demonstrated based on the preferable embodiment, this invention is not restrict | limited to the said embodiment. For example, as another embodiment of the present invention, a corrugated plate in which convex portions and concave portions extending in one direction are alternately formed by bending a sheet-like material having a relatively high rigidity and providing an oil absorption layer into a corrugated shape. The convex portion in the corrugated plate may be used as the convex portion in the scalp care device of the present invention. In this case, the corrugated plate may be attached to the wide surface of the substrate portion made of a plate-like body having a predetermined thickness.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to examples. However, the scope of the present invention is not limited to such examples.
