In order to confirm the influence on the buckling strength, basis weight, and water absorption amount (hereinafter referred to as “the various performances of protrusions”) due to the difference in the size of the area of the base surface of the protrusion, Samples 1-1, 1-2, 1-3 of the disposable brush having the same material, thickness, etc., and the shape (conical shape), height, area of the base surface, arrangement density, etc. of the protrusions (the present invention product) ), And measured and compared the performance of each protrusion.
[0027]
The test products 1-1 to 1-3 are made of polyester short fibers as a substrate, and a spunbond nonwoven fabric having a basis weight of 300 g / m 2 is used to form a conical protrusion having a height of 11 mm by extrusion molding. As shown in FIG. 6, 32 pieces are formed.
The intervals between the apexes of the protrusions are 15 mm for the interval a and 18 mm for the interval b shown in FIG.
The test products 1-1 to 1-3 are different in that the base surfaces (circular shapes) of the protrusions are 10 mm, 12 mm, and 14 mm, respectively.
[0028]
[Table 1] below shows the results of measuring various performances of the projections with respect to the projections in the vicinity of the central portion and the peripheral portion of the substrate.
Here, the measurement of the buckling strength of the protrusion was performed by the following method.
[Measurement method of buckling strength]
In Tensilon RTM25 manufactured by Orientec Co., Ltd., using a load cell with a maximum load of 50 N, a head speed of 100 mm / min. In the relationship diagram between the load and the displacement obtained under the compression conditions, the first peak after the start of measurement was taken as the buckling strength of the protrusion (average value of n = 10, measured for each protrusion).
[0029]
[Table 1]
[0030]
From the measurement results shown in [Table 1] above, it can be seen that the protrusion at the center of the substrate is inferior in buckling strength, basis weight, and absorption compared to the protrusion in the vicinity of the peripheral edge of the substrate. It can be seen that the larger the area (diameter) of the base surface of the protrusion, the better the performance of the protrusion.
[0031]
The reason why the projections at the central portion of the substrate are inferior in the various performances of the projections compared to the projections near the peripheral edge of the substrate can be explained as follows. In other words, extrusion molding is performed by pushing the substrate with a male die and protruding into a protrusion shape. At this time, stress is generated on the substrate due to the force applied to the substrate, and the substrate is deformed by this stress to form protrusions. Is done.
Here, in the central portion of the substrate, since one projection is surrounded by another projection, the stress applied to the substrate increases due to the stress of the other projection, whereas in the vicinity of the peripheral portion of the substrate Since there is a part without other protrusions around one protrusion, the stress applied to the substrate is weakened. Therefore, the protrusion formed in the central portion of the substrate is inferior in buckling strength, basis weight, and absorption amount than the protrusion formed in the vicinity of the peripheral portion of the substrate.
[0032]
As described above, the larger the area of the base surface of the protrusion, the better the various performances of the protrusion. Therefore, “the area of the base surface of each of the plurality of protrusions located in the center of the substrate It can be seen that if the protrusions are formed on the substrate so as to be larger than the area of the base surface of each of the plurality of protrusions located in the vicinity of the peripheral edge of the substrate, the performance of the protrusions can be improved.
[0033]
Next, in order to confirm the influence on the performance of the projections due to the difference in the arrangement density of the projections, the material and thickness of the substrate, the shape (conical shape), the height, and the size of the base surface area of the projections Also, disposable brush test products 2-1 and 2-2 (not the present invention product) having the same arrangement density and the like were prepared, and various performances of the protrusions were measured and compared.
[0034]
In the test products 2-1, 2-2, 32 conical protrusions (a circle having a height of 11 mm and a base surface diameter of 14 mm) are formed as shown in FIG. About the point which does not carry out, it is the same as the said test products 1-1 to 1-3.
Spacing of the apex of the protrusions, the interval a and b shown in FIG. 6, in the specimens 2-1, 12 mm respectively, there as 14 mm, in the test sample 2-2, there respectively as 15 mm, 1 8 mm. The test product 2-2 is the same as the test product 1-1.
[Table 2] below shows the results of measuring various performances of the protrusions with respect to the protrusions in the vicinity of the central portion and the peripheral portion of the test piece.
[0035]
[Table 2]
[0036]
From the measurement results shown in the above [Table 2], as the arrangement density of the protrusions is sparse, that is, the distance between the apexes of the protrusions is wider, the stress generated per unit area on the protrusions is relieved, and the performance of the protrusions is reduced. Therefore, it can be seen that when the arrangement density of the projections is made sparse from the vicinity of the peripheral portion of the substrate to the central portion, various performances of the projections can be improved and uniformized.
[0037]
Next, the result of having performed the same measurement as that of the above-mentioned test product on the product of the disposable brush of the present invention is shown. Here, in this product, the protrusions having different base surface (circular) areas in three types (the base surface diameters are 10 mm, 12 mm, and 14 mm) are arranged as shown in FIG. The embodiment of the present invention has the same configuration except that the number of projections corresponding to the
[0038]
[Table 3]
[0039]
From the measurement results shown in the above [Table 3] and the above [Table 1] and [Table 2], the area of the base surface of the protrusion in the central portion of the substrate is made larger than the area of the base surface of the protrusion in the vicinity of the peripheral edge portion of the substrate. In addition, if the protrusions are arranged so that the arrangement density in the central part of the substrate is less sparse than the arrangement density in the vicinity of the peripheral part of the substrate, the performance of the protrusions can be further improved, and the performance of the protrusions can be improved. However, it can be seen that they are substantially equal in the vicinity of the central portion and the peripheral portion of the substrate and are made uniform.
[0041]
【The invention's effect】
According to the disposable brush for pets of the present invention, even if the height of each projection is increased, sufficient and uniform buckling strength can be ensured, and the brushing performance is excellent.
