Description

The present invention relates to a game ball polishing apparatus that is installed on a pachinko machine installation island formed by arranging pachinko machines and polishes while transporting game balls circulating in the pachinko machine installation island.

Conventionally, in a pachinko machine installation island where pachinko machines are arranged in a row, game balls circulating inside the dirt are soiled by dirt, dust, or player's hand dirt, so a game is used to polish the surface. A game ball polishing device is incorporated in the circulation path of the ball. An example of the game ball polishing apparatus is disclosed in Patent Document 1. In other words, the game ball polishing apparatus also has a lifting function, and includes a pressing plate that is vertically arranged with a plurality of parallel ball guide grooves arranged vertically on the ball receiving surface, and the ball receiving surface. A driving shaft and a driven shaft that are orthogonal to each other in the same plane as the spherical guide grooves provided on both end portions (upper and lower end portions) of the frame that are arranged vertically and arranged on the ball receiving surfaces of the pressing plate. And a driving pulley and a driven pulley attached to the driving shaft and the driven shaft, and an endless transport belt wound between the driving pulley and the driven pulley.

。   The conveying surface of the conveying belt and the ball receiving surface of the pressing plate are arranged opposite to each other and parallel to each other, and the interval is set shorter than the diameter dimension of the game ball. When the transport belt is rotating in the transport direction (upward) at a constant speed, the game balls supplied from the lower ends to the respective ball guide grooves on the ball receiving surface of the pressing plate are transported by the transport belt. The sheet is conveyed upward along each ball guide groove while being strongly sandwiched between the surface and the ball receiving surface of the pressing plate, and discharged from the upper end portion. During this time, the outer peripheral surface of the game ball rising in each ball guide groove is polished and polished by the polishing member (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

3)JP-A-10-192540 (page 4-5, FIG. 1, FIG. 2, FIG. 3)

In the game ball polishing apparatus disclosed in Patent Document 1, the position of the conveyor belt with respect to the pressing plate, that is, the position in the direction orthogonal to the ball guiding grooves arranged on the ball receiving surface of the pressing plate in the same plane. Are fixed and fixed in advance. For this reason, on the transport surface of the transport belt, the game balls rolling in the respective ball guide grooves are always pressed against the same position, in other words, the transport surface is always pressed along the same ball guide groove. The wear position on the conveyance surface of the conveyance belt always becomes the same position, and wear occurs only at those positions. Therefore, it is difficult to extend the life of the conveyor belt quickly, and there is a strong feeling that replacement with a new one is frequent and uneconomical. Moreover, there is a problem that it is not preferable from the aspect of protecting the global environment to reduce garbage when it is disposed of.

Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and is capable of changing the position of the conveyor belt with respect to the pressing plate along a direction orthogonal to the ball guide groove of the pressing plate in the same plane. It is an object of the present invention to provide a game ball polishing apparatus that can extend the life of the ball and is economical and preferable from the viewpoint of protecting the global environment.

In order to achieve such an object, the game ball polishing apparatus according to the present invention includes an endless conveying belt wound between pulleys attached to a pair of parallel support shafts, and a plurality of ball guide grooves. And a pressing plate disposed on and parallel to the conveying surface of the conveying belt, and a pressing plate disposed on the sphere supply side of the pressing plate and pressed against the upper surface. A ball introduction rod in which a plurality of ball guide grooves arranged in a row on the ball receiving surface of the plate are arranged, and the conveyor belt is rotated along the ball guide grooves by driving means. A game ball polishing apparatus configured to polish a game ball supplied to each of the ball guide grooves while being sandwiched between and transported between the transport surfaces of the transport belt, the pressing plate and the ball introduction rod Is in the same direction along the central axis direction of the pair of support shafts with respect to the conveyor belt. When the pressing plate and the ball introduction rod are moved in one direction, the pressure contact position of the game ball in each ball guide groove on the transport surface of the transport belt is also the center of the support shaft. It is characterized by not shifting and overlapping along the axial direction.

Specifically, the game ball polishing apparatus according to the present invention is, for example, arranged in parallel with an endless transfer belt wound between pulleys attached to a pair of parallel support shafts and an upper surface of a horizontal first substrate. A second substrate provided on the upper surface of the second substrate and a ball receiving surface on which a plurality of ball guide grooves are arranged, and the ball receiving surface is opposed to and parallel to the conveying surface of the conveying belt. A plurality of ball guide grooves which are located on the ball supply side of the pressure plate and are arranged on the ball receiving surface of the pressure plate and are arranged on the ball receiving surface of the pressure plate. Are arranged on the upper surface, and a polishing member laid on the ball receiving surface of the pressing plate, and each conveying guide belt is rotated along the spherical guiding groove by a driving means. A game ball that is ground and conveyed while being sandwiched between a conveyance surface of the conveyance belt In the polishing apparatus, the second substrate on which the pressing plate and the ball introduction rod are installed is provided so as to be movable by a predetermined dimension along a central axis direction of the pair of support shafts with respect to the conveyor belt, When the two substrates are moved in one direction, the pressure contact positions of the game balls in the ball guide grooves on the transport surface of the transport belt are shifted so as not to overlap.

The game ball polishing apparatus according to the present invention polishes a game ball supplied to each ball guide groove via a ball introduction rod while sandwiching it between the transfer surface of the transfer belt, and polishing the pressure plate and the ball. An introduction rod is provided so as to be movable by a predetermined dimension in the same direction along the central axis direction of the pair of support shafts with respect to the conveyor belt. Therefore, as a result of using the game ball polishing device for a certain period of time, when the wear of the ball guide grooves on the transfer surface of the transfer belt becomes severe due to the game balls, the pressing plate and the ball introduction rod are sized in a predetermined direction. Move. As a result, the position where the game ball that rolls on each ball guide groove on the conveying surface of the conveying belt is pressed does not overlap with the previous position along the direction of the central axis of the support shaft, and the conveying belt does not overlap. Can be used again. Therefore, there is an effect that the life of the conveyor belt can be extended and it is economical, and also preferable from the viewpoint of protecting the global environment.

Embodiments of a game ball polishing apparatus according to the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings. The game ball polishing apparatus according to the present invention is a concept that includes both one that mainly polishes game balls and one that simultaneously lifts and lifts game balls. First, the pachinko machine installation island 100 to which the present invention is applied will be described with reference to FIG.

The pachinko machine installation island 100 has a plurality of pachinko machines P arranged side by side on both sides along the longitudinal direction, and the pachinko balls that are game balls include the pachinko machine P and the pachinko machine installation island 100. Circulate inside. Therefore, the game ball polishing device T according to the present invention and the ball lifting device 101 adjacent to the game ball polishing device T are disposed at the center lower portion in the longitudinal direction of the pachinko machine installation island 100. Therefore, the pachinko balls discharged from the game ball polishing device T are supplied to the ball lifting device 101. In the ball lifting device 101, a lifting tube 102 for vertically lifting a pachinko ball is erected vertically. The pumping tube 102 is connected to a ball tank 103 disposed above it. On both sides of the ball tank 103, supply rods 104, 104 extending downward toward both ends in the longitudinal direction of the pachinko machine installation island 100 are extended. A plurality of replenishment pipes 105 are extended downward on both supply rods 104 and 104 corresponding to each pachinko machine P, and pachinko balls are placed on each pachinko machine P via these supply rods 104 and 104 and each supply pipe 105. Supplied.

In addition, ball collecting baskets 106 and 106 that are inclined downward toward the game ball polishing device T are disposed in the lower portion of the pachinko machine installation island 100 along the longitudinal direction, and discharged from each pachinko machine P through the discharge pipe 107. The pachinko balls thus collected are collected by the ball collecting baskets 106 and 106 and supplied to the game ball polishing apparatus T. Then, the pachinko balls polished by the game ball polishing device T are supplied again to the ball lifting device 101, and are transferred to the ball tank 103 via the lifting tube 102, and are supplied via the supply rod 104 and the supply pipe 105. Are supplied to each pachinko machine P. In this way, pachinko balls circulate in the pachinko machine installation island 100.

Next, the game ball polishing apparatus T according to the present invention will be described. 1 is a perspective view of a game ball polishing apparatus according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the main part, FIG. 3 is a front view thereof, FIG. 4 is a left side view thereof, and FIG. In the game ball polishing apparatus T, a vertical first support plate 2 is erected on the upper surface of one side of the horizontal first substrate 1. A pair of parallel rails 3 and 3 are laid on the front side of the first support plate 2 and on the upper surface of the first substrate 1 so as to be orthogonal to the first support plate 2 and separated by a certain distance. The upper surfaces of the rails 3 and 3 are open along the longitudinal direction thereof, and a pair of moving members 4 and 4 that can freely reciprocate along the longitudinal direction of the rails 3 are disposed in the rails 3. The

As shown in FIG. 9 (b), each moving member 4 has a cross section formed in an I shape when viewed from the longitudinal direction of the rail 3, and the lower surface of the horizontal lower plate 4a is surrounded by a side plate 4c and the lower surface is covered. An open storage chamber 5 is formed, and a large number of small steel balls 6 are packed in the storage chamber 5. Since these small balls 6 ride on the bottom surface of the rail 3 and rotate in the storage chamber 5, the moving member 4 freely moves along the rail 3. Further, the horizontal upper plate 4b of each moving member 4 protrudes upward from the upper surface of the rail 3, and a pair of vertical screw holes 7, 7 are provided in the horizontal upper plate 4b. And the 2nd board | substrate 1a is arrange | positioned on the upper surface of these moving members 4, supported by each moving member 4. FIG. Bolt insertion holes 8 and 8 are formed in the second substrate 1a so as to correspond to the screw holes 7 and 7 of the moving members 4 on the front side and the rear side, respectively. Bolts 9 are screwed into the respective screw holes 7 through the respective bolt insertion holes 8. As a result, the second substrate 1a moves in parallel along the pair of rails 3 and 3. In addition, a pair of positioning holes 10a and 10b are opened at the edge of the second substrate 1a located on the opposite side of the first support plate 2 along the longitudinal direction of the rail 3 so as to approach the rails 3 respectively. . Correspondingly, support holes 11a, which communicate with the pair of positioning holes 10a, 10b, are formed on the edge of the first substrate 1 which is located on the opposite side of the first support plate 2 along the longitudinal direction of the rail 3. Bosses 11 provided with 11a project. The positioning holes 10a and 10b and the bosses 11 and 11 will be described in detail later.

Above the second substrate 1a, a belt transport mechanism B for transporting pachinko balls and a polishing mechanism K for wiping off dirt on the pachinko balls are arranged substantially vertically. Among these, the belt transport mechanism B is attached to the first support plate 2. The lower end of the ball collecting basket 106 is positioned on the supply side of the pachinko balls in the belt transport mechanism B, and the ball lifting device 101 that lifts the pachinko balls discharged from the belt transport mechanism B is positioned on the discharge side. To do. First, the belt conveyance mechanism B will be described.

The belt conveyance mechanism B is mainly composed of a conveyor frame 12 arranged in an inclined manner along the front surface of the first support plate 2. The conveyor frame 12 has two long plate-like frame plates 13 and 13 that are arranged in parallel at the front and back with an appropriate interval therebetween. A drive shaft 14 as a support shaft is disposed at one end (lower end) in the longitudinal direction of both frame plates 13 and 13, and a driven shaft 15 as a support shaft is disposed at the other end (upper end). . The drive shaft 14 and the driven shaft 15 are arranged in parallel. A drive pulley 16 as a pulley is fixed to the drive shaft 14, and a driven pulley 17 as a pulley is rotatably inserted into the driven shaft 15. Of these, the drive shaft 14 is installed between the frame plates 13 and 13 via bearings (not shown), and both ends of the drive shaft 14 along the central axis direction are outward from the frame plates 13 and 13. It protrudes and one end protrudes to the rear side through a through hole 18 formed in the first support plate 2. Also in this case, a bearing (not shown) is used. As shown in FIG. 7, one end of the projecting drive shaft 14 is directly connected to a motor shaft 19 a of a reversible motor 19 with a speed reducer as drive means installed on the rear side of the first support plate 2. The driven shaft 15 is installed between the frame plates 13 and 13, and both ends of the driven shaft 15 along the central axis protrude outward from the frame plates 13 and 13. An endless transport belt 20 is wound between the drive pulley 16 and the driven pulley 17.

A rotatable free pulley 21 is installed on top of both frame plates 13 and 13. A tension pulley 22 is disposed between the driven shaft 15 and the free pulley 21 so as to be in pressure contact with the conveyor belt 20 from the outside. The tension pulley 22 has a self-aligning roller as a position adjusting means, and a tension is applied to the conveyor belt 20 by applying a tension with the free pulley 21. A plurality of guide rollers 23, 23... Are installed at appropriate intervals along the lower edges of the frame plates 13, 13, and the conveyance surface 20 a of the conveyance belt 20 is supported from the inside by the guide rollers 23, 23. Will be. The lower end portions of both frame plates 13 and 13 are formed in an arc shape with the lower end portions having substantially the same radius as the outer peripheral surface of the drive pulley 16.

A ball discharge rod 24 is disposed above the upper end portion of the conveyor frame 12 so as to cover the upper end portion. The ball discharge rod 24 has a hook shape in which the driven pulley 17 side and the opposite side of the conveyor frame 12 are opened, and a horizontal shaft 25 is installed on the base end portion of the ball discharge rod 24, that is, on the opposite side of the driven pulley 17. . One end of the horizontal shaft 25 along the central axis is fixed to the first support plate 2 so that the ball discharge rod 24 can rotate up and down around the horizontal shaft 25. Further, a holding frame 26 protrudes integrally from the tip of the ball discharge rod 24, and the tension pulley 22 is attached to the holding frame 26. The tension pulley 22 is formed in a U-shape with a roller 22a (self-aligning roller) as a position adjusting means formed in a cylindrical shape so that the diameter in the vicinity of the center is large and the both ends gradually become smaller in diameter. The suspension frame 27 is moved forward and backward through a suspension frame 27 that rotatably supports the roller 22a and two support shafts 28 that are fixed to the holding frame 26 and project from the upper plate portion of the suspension frame 27. And a support member 29 that is freely supported. A coil spring 30 as an elastic member is attached to each support shaft 28, whereby the suspension frame 27 is urged in one direction and the roller 22a pushes the transport belt 20 from the outside. At this time, due to the difference in the diameter of the cylindrical outer peripheral surface of the roller 22a, the tension applied to the vicinity of the center of the transport belt 20 becomes stronger than the tension applied to both ends of the transport belt 20. As a result, an automatic alignment function that adjusts the position in the width direction when the conveyor belt 20 is running works.

On the upper surface of the holding frame 26 to which the tension pulley 22 is attached, a cross-sectional gate-shaped plate 31 is disposed. The plate 31 is positioned almost directly above the driven pulley 17 and is pivotally attached to the holding frame 26 by a shaft rod 31a positioned farther and above the driven shaft 15 with the horizontal shaft 25 as a base point. Engagement pieces 32 and 32 that overlap the frame plates 13 and 13 on the outside protrude from the lower edges on both sides of the plate 31 so as to face downward. Each of the engagement pieces 32, 32 is positioned so as to approach the driven shaft 15 from the side of the horizontal shaft 25, and its lower end is slightly bent toward the driven shaft 15 side. Therefore, the engaging pieces 32, 32 are engaged with the outer peripheral surfaces of both ends of the driven shaft 15 with the downward rotation of the plate 31. Further, the driven shaft 15 is adapted to be fitted into recesses 33, 33 provided at the lower edges on both sides of the ball discharge rod 24 when the ball discharge rod 24 rotates downward about the horizontal shaft 25. .

In a state in which no tension is applied by the tension pulley 22, the plate 31 rotates freely about the shaft rod 31 a, and both the engagement pieces 32, 32 are engaged with both ends of the driven shaft 15 so as to be freely disengaged. To do. However, in a state where the tension by the tension pulley 22 is applied, both the engaging pieces 32, 32 engaged with the driven shaft 15 are prevented from being removed. In a state where both the engagement pieces 32, 32 are disengaged from the driven shaft 15, the ball discharge rod 24 rotates upward about the horizontal shaft 25 as shown by a chain line in FIG. The drive shaft 14 can be rotated in a standing direction. This is because the maintenance of the belt conveyance mechanism B can be easily performed. Therefore, when the drive pulley 16 is rotated by driving the reversible motor 19 with a speed reducer, the driven pulley 17 is also rotated in conjunction with the rotation of the conveyor belt 20. As a result, the transport surface 20a of the transport belt 20 travels upward with the surface of the second substrate 1a facing obliquely upward by about 30 degrees.

Next, the polishing mechanism K will be described. The polishing mechanism K is generally composed of a pressing plate 35 held from below by a fixed frame 34, and a polishing cloth 36 as a polishing member laid on a ball receiving surface 35a that is the upper surface of the pressing plate 35. A second support plate 2a that is parallel to the first support plate 2 is erected on the opposite side of the first support plate 2 along the longitudinal direction of the rail 3 on the upper surface of the second substrate 1a. By fixing the side rods 37, 37 protruding forward from the upper and lower sides of the side surface of the first support plate 2a, the fixed frame 34 is installed in an inclined state with respect to the second substrate 1a. The pressing plate 35 is opposed to the conveying surface 20a of the conveying belt 20, and is parallel and set shorter than the diameter dimension of the pachinko ball. As shown in FIG. 6, the ball receiving surface 35a has a plurality of (seven) rows of linear ball guide grooves 38a in which the groove cross section forms a semicircular arc shape along the conveying direction of the conveying surface 20a of the conveying belt 20. It is installed. Thereby, the spherical guide groove 38a, the drive shaft 14, and the driven shaft 15 are orthogonal to each other in the same plane.

Brackets 34a are provided at both upper and lower corners of the lower surface of the fixed frame 34, guide shafts 39 are respectively installed between the brackets 34a and 34a in the upper and lower portions, and a guide pulley 40 is rotatably attached to the guide shaft 39. Has been. Although not shown, the pressing plate 35 is movable with respect to the fixed frame 34 and is urged by an elastic means such as a compression spring so that the ball receiving surface 35a is always close to the conveying surface 20a of the conveying belt 20. .

A ball introduction rod 41 for guiding the pachinko balls collected by the ball collecting rod 106 toward the pressing plate 35 is disposed at the lower end of the pressing plate 35 and on the upper surface of the second substrate 1a. As shown in FIG. 5, the ball introduction rod 41 is formed in a substantially concentric shape with its upper surface separated from the outer circumferential surface of the drive pulley 16 by a certain distance, and as shown in FIG. Seven (seven) ball guide grooves 38b are recessed in parallel. The plurality of ball guide grooves 38 b are connected to the plurality of ball guide grooves 38 a provided on the ball receiving surface 35 a of the pressing plate 35, are positioned in the same straight line, and are orthogonal to the central axis direction of the drive shaft 14. ing. Further, the distance between the outer peripheral surface of the conveyor belt 20 and the upper surface of the ball introduction rod 41 is set to be shorter than the diameter of the pachinko ball, so that the pachinko balls supplied to the ball guide grooves 38b of the ball introduction rod 41 are Then, it is conveyed while being sandwiched between the outer peripheral surface of the conveying belt 20. The upper end of each ball guide groove 38a on the ball receiving surface 35a of the pressing plate 35 is continuous with the end of the bottom plate 24a of the ball discharge rod 24 as shown in FIG.

A roll shaft 42 and a take-up shaft 43 are respectively arranged below the fixed frame 34 and adjacent to the front surface of the first support plate 2. The roll shaft 42 is rotatably mounted on the first support plate 2, and one end of the take-up shaft 43 protrudes to the rear side through a through hole (not shown) formed in the first support plate 2. It is connected to a winding drive motor 44 arranged on the side. A polishing cloth roll 45 is hung on the roll shaft 42, and the polishing cloth 36 drawn out from the polishing cloth roll 45 is attached to the free roll 46 a and the upper portion of the fixed frame 34 that are attached to the front surface of the first support plate 2. The guide pulley 40 is guided to the ball receiving surface 35a which is the upper surface of the pressing plate 35 from the upper end thereof. The polishing pad 36 pulled out from the lower end of the ball receiving surface 35a is wound around a winding shaft via a guide pulley 40 that is pivotally attached to the lower portion of the fixed frame 34 and a free roll 46b that is pivotally attached to the front surface of the first support plate 2. 43 is wound up. Therefore, on the ball receiving surface 35 a of the pressing plate 35, the polishing pad 36 moves in the direction opposite to the conveying direction of the conveying belt 20. However, the polishing cloth 36 is moved by driving the drive motor 44 when the portion on the ball receiving surface 35a becomes dirty.

While the reversible motor 19 with a reduction gear is driven and the conveyor belt 20 is rotating, the pachinko balls collected by the ball introduction rod 41 by the ball collection rod 106 flow down each ball guide groove 38b and the drive pulley 16 It is pulled down and further conveyed upward while being sandwiched between the conveying surface 20a of the conveying belt 20 in each spherical guide groove 38a of the pressing plate 35. Then, the ball is discharged from the upper end to the ball discharge rod 24, and further discharged from the ball discharge rod 24 to the ball lifting device 101. During this time, the pachinko balls conveyed through the respective ball guide grooves 38a of the ball receiving surface 35a of the pressing plate 35 roll while being rubbed against the polishing cloth 36 in each of the ball guide grooves 38a due to the conveying surface 20a of the conveying belt 20 being pressed against each other. Move. In this way, the pachinko sphere is polished.

In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 8, a pair of positioning holes 10a and 10b are provided on both sides of the second substrate 1a, respectively, and these positioning holes 10a and 10b are respectively along the conveying direction of the conveying belt 20. The positions are varied along a direction perpendicular to the transport direction. In other words, the positions of the drive shaft 14 and the driven shaft 15 are varied along the central axis direction. That is, as shown in FIG. 9 (a), the dimension L1 between the central axes of the positioning hole 10a located on the inner side and the positioning hole 10b located on the outer side in the direction of the central axis of the drive shaft 14 and the driven shaft 15 is It is set to half of the dimension L2 between the central axis lines of the adjacent ball guide grooves 38a, 38a on the ball receiving surface 35a of the pressing plate 35. On the other hand, the pair of bosses 11, 11 having a support hole 11 a protruding from the first substrate 1 and communicating with the positioning holes 10 a, 10 b are both provided at the same position in the central axis direction of the drive shaft 14 and the driven shaft 15. ing. Thereby, the pressing plate 35 together with the ball introduction rod 41 has the dimension L2 between the central axes of the spherical guide grooves 38a and 38a adjacent to each other along the central axis direction of the drive shaft 14 and the driven shaft 15 as the second substrate 1a moves. Half the dimension can be moved.

Therefore, before operating the game ball polishing apparatus T in advance, as shown in FIGS. 9 (A) and 9 (B), the positioning pin 47 is inserted into the positioning hole 10b located on the outside, and the corresponding boss 11 is supported. It is inserted into the hole 11a. As a result, when the game ball polishing apparatus T is operated, the pachinko balls supplied to the belt transport mechanism B are transported along the ball guide grooves 38a arranged on the ball receiving surface 35a of the pressing plate 35 while being polished. A plurality of wear strips are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the conveyor belt 20 by a ball pressure of the pachinko ball corresponding to each of the ball guide grooves 38a during a certain period.

Therefore, when the plurality of wear strips become deeper and become unacceptable, the game ball polishing apparatus T is stopped and the positioning pins 47 from the support holes 11a of the bosses 11 are stopped as shown in FIGS. The positioning pin 47 is inserted into the positioning hole 10a located on the inner side, and is inserted into the support hole 11a of the boss 11 corresponding thereto. As a result, the second substrate 1 a is displaced by a predetermined dimension L <b> 1 in the direction away from the first support plate 2 along the direction of the central axis of the drive shaft 14 and the driven shaft 15. Thus, by shifting the second substrate 1a along the central axis direction of the drive shaft 14 and the driven shaft 15, the ball introduction rod 41 and the pressing plate 35 are simultaneously moved together in the same direction. Each ball guide groove 38a is located at a substantially intermediate position between wear strips formed corresponding to each ball guide groove 38a. Therefore, when the game ball polishing apparatus T is operated in this state, the wear strips by the pachinko balls transported in the respective ball guide grooves 38a are shifted to the intermediate positions of the previously formed wear strips and can be used again. Therefore, it is not necessary to replace the conveyor belt 11 with a new one as soon as the wear strip is formed by the pachinko ball.

As described above, the game ball polishing apparatus T according to the present invention transports the game balls supplied to the respective ball guide grooves 38a via the ball introduction rods 41 while sandwiching them between the transport surfaces 20a of the transport belt 20. The pressing plate 35 and the ball introduction rod 41 are provided so as to be movable along the central axis direction of the drive shaft 14 and the driven shaft 15 with respect to the conveyor belt 20 so as to be moved by a predetermined dimension L1. Therefore, as a result of using the game ball polishing apparatus T for a certain period, when the wear of the ball guide grooves 38a on the transfer surface 20a of the transfer belt 20 due to the game balls becomes intense, the pressing plate 35 and the ball introduction rod 41 Together with the second substrate 1a is moved in the direction of the center axis of the drive shaft 14 and the driven shaft 15 by a predetermined dimension L1. As a result, the positions where the game balls that roll on the ball guide grooves 38a on the conveying surface 20a of the conveying belt 20 are pressed against each other do not deviate from each other and overlap each other, and the conveying belt 20 can be used again. . Therefore, the life of the conveyor belt 20 can be extended.

The ball introduction rod 41 and the pressing plate 35 can be moved along the driving shaft 14 and the driven shaft 15 together with the second substrate 1a by a predetermined dimension L1. The predetermined dimension L1 is a ball receiving surface 35a of the pressing plate 35. The dimension L2 between the central axes of the adjacent ball guide grooves 38a, 38a in FIG. Therefore, the positioning hole 10a located on the inner side and located on the outer side in the direction orthogonal to the conveying direction of the conveying belt 20, that is, the central axis direction of the drive shaft 14 and the driven shaft 15 is positioned on the outer side. If the distance L1 between the holes 10b is half of the distance L2 between the central axes of the adjacent ball guide grooves 38a and 38a, the transport belt 20 can be used once more as described above. Further, another positioning hole is added, and the distance between the positioning holes in the direction of the central axis of the drive shaft 14 and the driven shaft 15 is set to 3 of the dimension L2 between the central axes of the adjacent ball guide grooves 38a, 38a. If the ratio is reduced to a fraction, the conveyor belt 20 can be used twice more.
