The present invention relates to a structure for fixing an entrance fence, and more particularly, to a structure for fixing an anchor to a wall portion adjacent to the space between entrances in a building such as a wooden house.

In general, for example, the edge of the entrance of a building such as a wooden house, that is, the rising wall of the floor surface adjacent to the space between the entrance and the side wall adjacent to the space is provided with a ridge such as a rising ridge or a tack.

Usually, since the cocoon is formed of wood, there is a problem that a large timber is required for the cocoon and the cost is increased. In addition, a gap is provided between the lower end of the kite and the soil so that the kite does not get wet with water. In this case, floor tiles are placed in the gap between the lower edge of the fence and the soil.

By the way, in recent years, synthetic resin cocoons have been used in place of wooden cocoons. As this kind of fence, a synthetic resin fence material body having a vertical portion covering the rising wall of the entrance, and a fence fixing body fixed to the rising wall and fixed to the fence material body by fixing the fence material And the hook fixing body has a fixing member engaging structure that can be engaged with the engaging portion of the hook main body. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).

According to the structure described in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, it is possible to fix the saddle material main body without using an adhesive. Moreover, in the thing of the structure of patent document 1, in order to ensure fixation, the notch part continuously dented in the horizontal direction was provided in the edge part of the opposite side in the horizontal part of a saddlefish main body. It is provided, and the saddle material main body is fixed using a fixing nail that hides the head in the notched portion.
Japanese Patent No. 3142734 (Claims, FIGS. 1 and 2)

However, in the thing of patent document 1, it does not mention the accommodation of the lower end of a cocoon main body, and the clearance gap is opened between the lower end of a cocoon main body and soil. Therefore, it is necessary to put floor tiles in the gaps between the main body and the soil. However, it is necessary to cut and paste the tiles according to the height of the gap, which is a laborious operation.

Moreover, in the thing of patent document 1, in order to use the fixing nail in order to ensure fixation of a saddle | wooden-material main body, there exists a concern which requires a skill and a troublesome thing in the fixing operation | work of a saddle.

Further, on the back surface side of the second flange member 40, an upper horizontal surface portion 43a (horizontal) that opens toward a side that can be engaged with an engagement receiving portion 21 that protrudes from the second base member 20 described later. An engaging portion 43 formed of a lateral concave groove having a surface portion) is provided, and three abutting convex portions 46a, 46b, 46c capable of abutting on the surface of the vertical piece 22 provided on the second base member 20 are provided. Is provided.

A first locking step 44a that is tapered toward the bottom is provided near the bottom of the lower horizontal surface 43b of the engaging portion 43 (see FIG. 5B). In addition, a second locking step 44b that is tapered toward the skirt 42 is provided on the back surface step 45 at the boundary between the vertical portion 41 and the skirt 42 (see FIG. 5B). ).

Similar to the first base member 10, the second base member 20 is formed of an extruded shape made of aluminum alloy, and as shown in FIGS. 1, 3, 5, and 9, the side wall portion is formed. 4 has a vertical piece 22 fixed by the third and fourth fixing screws 50c and 50d on the lower surface portion, and a horizontal surface portion 21a at the upper end of the vertical piece 22 protruding outward. A substantially U-shaped engagement receiving portion 21 is projected. In addition, a hanging piece 24 is provided on the lower side of the vertical piece 22 so as to hang downward at a right angle from the tip of a horizontal piece 23 extending horizontally from the vertical piece 22 toward the outside.

A first locking claw portion 25a that can be engaged with the first locking step 44a of the engaging portion 43 provided on the second flange member 40 protrudes from the lower end of the engagement receiving portion 21. (See FIG. 5B). Further, a second locking claw portion 25b that can be engaged with a second locking step portion 44b provided on the second flange member 40 protrudes from the top end of the horizontal piece 23 below the vertical piece 22. (See FIG. 5B).

In order to fix the second flange member 40 to the side wall portion 4 using the second flange member 40 and the second base member 20 formed as described above, first, the second base member 20 is fixed to the fixing screw. It fixes to the side wall part 4 by 50c, 50d. At this time, the adhesive 60 is applied to the horizontal surface portion 21a of the engagement receiving portion 21 of the second base member 20 (see FIG. 9). Note that the adhesive 60 may be applied in advance before the second base member 20 is fixed to the side wall portion 4.

Next, the engaging portion 43 is engaged (fitted) with the engaging receiving portion 21 of the second base member 20 so that the second flange member 40 is put on the second base member 20, and both It fixes with the adhesive agent 60 interposed between the horizontal surface parts 21a and 43a, ie, the horizontal surface part 21a of the 2nd base member 20, and the upper horizontal surface part 43a of the 2nd collar member 40. FIG. The lower end of the skirt portion 42 of the second brim member 40 fixed to the side wall portion 4 is embedded and fixed in the mortar 6 laid in the soil 1 after that.

Note that at least the lower end portions of the skirt portions 33, 42 of the first and second flange members 30, 40 may be formed in an uneven shape in order to increase the contact area with the mortar 6. For example, the back surfaces of the skirt portions 33 and 42 may be formed in a concavo-convex shape made up of a large number of concavo-convex portions 70 as shown in FIGS. 6B and 8B. As described above, by forming the back surface of at least the lower end of the skirt portions 33 and 42 in an uneven shape, the adhesion of the skirt portions 33 and 42 embedded in the mortar 6 to the mortar 6 can be improved. The fixing of the first and second flange members 30 and 40 can be further strengthened. In addition, instead of forming the uneven portion 70 on the back surface of the lower end portion of the skirt portions 33, 42, the lower end portion of the skirt portions 33, 42 is bulged to form the uneven portion, thereby increasing the contact area with the mortar 6. You may do it.

In the above embodiment, the case where the skirt portions 33 and 42 of the first and second flange members 30 and 40 are formed integrally with the lower portions of the vertical portions 32 and 41 has been described. 42 may be formed so as to be detachable from the vertical portions 32 and 41 by being divided into the vertical portions 32 and 41.

In this case, in the first flange member 30, for example, as shown in FIG. 10, a concave groove-shaped locking receiver having an outward locking protrusion 80 on one side on the back surface side of the lower end of the vertical portion 32. The upper end portion of the skirt member 33A constituting the skirt portion 33 is provided with a locking recess 82 that can be fitted to the locking projection 80, and is engaged (fitted) with the locking receiving portion 81. Possible locking portions 83 are provided. In this way, by engaging (fitting) the locking portion 83 provided at the upper end portion of the skirt member 33 </ b> A with the locking receiving portion 81 provided at the lower end portion of the vertical portion 32, the first collar member 30. The vertical portion 32 and the skirt member 33A (skirt portion) can be integrated.

Further, in the second flange member 40, as shown in FIG. 11, a locking receiving portion 85 having a locking protrusion 84 on the upper portion is provided on the back surface of the lower end portion of the vertical portion 41, and the skirt portion 42 is provided. At the upper end of the skirt member 42 </ b> A constituting the skirt member 42, there is provided a locking portion 87 that has a locking groove 86 that can be fitted to the locking ridge 84 and that can be engaged (fitted) to the locking receiving portion 85. In this way, by engaging (fitting) the engaging portion 87 provided at the upper end portion of the skirt member 42 </ b> A with the engaging receiving portion 85 provided at the lower end portion of the vertical portion 41, the second flange member 40. The vertical portion 41 and the skirt member 42A (skirt portion) can be integrated.

It should be noted that the engagement (fitting) form between the locking receiving portions 81 and 85 of the vertical portions 32 and 41 of the first and second flange members 30 and 40 and the locking portions 83 and 87 of the skirt members 33A and 42A. Is not limited to the above embodiment, and the engagement (fitting) form may be arbitrary as long as the skirt members 33A and 42A attached to the vertical portions 32 and 41 are not detached.

As described above, by engaging (fitting) and integrating the skirt members 33A and 42A constituting the skirt portion with the vertical portions 32 and 41 of the first and second flange members 30 and 40, the first Appropriate skirt members 33A and 42A among the plurality of skirt members 33A and 42A prepared in accordance with the size of the gap between the vertical portions 32 and 41 of the first and second rib members 30 and 40 and the soil 1 It can be attached to 32 and 41 to close the gap.

Next, a procedure for fixing the first and second flange members 30 and 40 according to the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.

In the state before the attachment of the first and second flange members 30 and 40 shown in FIG. 12, first, the first base member 10 is fixed to the floor surface 2 and the wall member 9a of the rising wall portion 3 by the fixing screws 50a and 50b. Fix (see FIG. 13). In this case, the end portion of the first base member 10 is fixed several cm, for example, 5 cm away from the side wall portion 4.

Next, the second base member 20 is fixed to the wall member 9a of the side wall portion 4 by fixing screws 50c and 50d (see FIG. 13). In this case, the end portion of the second base member 20 is fixed several cm, for example, 5 cm away from the rising wall portion 3.

After fixing the first and second base members 10 and 20 as described above, as shown in FIG. 14, a notch 30a for avoiding interference with the second base member 20 is provided at the end. The first hook member 30 is engaged with the first base member 10, that is, the first engaging portion 35 and the second engaging portion 36 of the first hook member 30 are respectively connected to the first base member 10. The first engagement receiving portion 11 and the second engagement receiving portion 12 are engaged (fitted), and between the horizontal surface portions 11a, 12a and 34, that is, the first and second of the first base member 10. Are fixed by an adhesive 60 interposed between the horizontal surface portions 11a, 12a and the horizontal bottom surface portion 34 of the first flange member 30 (see FIG. 14). In this state, the lower end of the skirt portion 33 of the first collar member 30 is located near the upper surface of the floor base 5.

Next, as shown in FIG. 14, the second flange member 40 provided with a notch 40 a for avoiding interference between the vertical portion 32 of the first flange member 30 and the stepped portion of the skirt portion 33 at the end portion. Engage with the second base member 20, that is, engage the engagement portion 43 with the engagement receiving portion 21 of the second base member 20 so that the second flange member 40 covers the second base member 20. (Fitting) and fixing with the adhesive 60 interposed between the horizontal surface portions 21a and 43a, that is, between the horizontal surface portion 21a of the second base member 20 and the upper horizontal surface portion 43a of the second flange member 40. In this state, the lower end of the skirt portion 42 of the second flange member 40 is located near the upper surface of the floor base 5.

As described above, after the first and second flange members 30 and 40 are fixed to the rising wall portion 3 and the side wall portion 4, the mortar 6 is laid on the upper surface of the floor base 5 as shown in FIG. Thereby, the mortar 6 flows into the back side of the skirt portions 33 and 42 of the first and second flange members 30 and 40, and the lower end portions of the skirt portions 33 and 42 are embedded in the mortar 6. Therefore, the first and second flange members 30 and 40 are fixed by being engaged (fitted) and bonded to the first and second base members 20, and the skirt portions 33 and 42 are fixed by the mortar 6. Therefore, it is firmly fixed.

After the mortar 6 is laid on the floor base 5, the tile 7 is laid on the surface of the mortar 6 as shown in FIG.

In the above-described embodiment, the case where the second flange member 40 is fixed to the adjacent one side wall portion 4 after fixing the first flange member 30 to the rising wall portion 3 has been described. Similarly, the second flange member 40 can be fixed to the side wall (right side in FIG. 1).

Moreover, even if the crossing angle between the rising wall portion 3 and the side wall portion 4 is an angle other than a right angle, the second flange member 40 can be fixed after the first flange member 30 is fixed in the same manner as described above. it can.

Moreover, although the said embodiment demonstrated the case where the 1st and 2nd base members 10 and 20 were the longitudinal members formed by the aluminum alloy extrusion shape material, the 1st, 2nd base member was demonstrated. 10 and 20 are not necessarily formed of a longitudinal member. For example, the extruded shape member may be cut to a suitable length so that the piece-like base members 10 and 20 are fixed to the rising wall portion 3 and the side wall portion 4 at a predetermined interval.

In the above-described embodiment, the case where the first flange member 30 is engaged (fitted) and bonded to the engagement receiving portions 11 and 12 of the first base member 10 has been described. It may be the part. For example, as shown in FIGS. 16 and 17, a plate member 90 made of plywood is fixed to a top end portion of the floor member 2 a located at the upper portion of the rising wall portion 3 with a fixing member, for example, a nail 51. The horizontal piece 15A of the base member 10A is placed on the upper surface of the end portion of the plate-shaped member 90, and the lower surface 31a of the horizontal portion 31A provided on the first flange member 30A, the upper surface of the plate-shaped member 90, and the first surface. The first flange member 30A may be fixed with an adhesive 60 interposed between the upper surface of the horizontal piece 15A of the base member 10A.

In this case, the first base member 10A is formed of a piece-like member obtained by galvanizing a pressed steel plate. As shown in FIGS. 16 to 18, the first base member 10 </ b> A includes a rectangular vertical piece 16 </ b> A and a horizontal piece 15 </ b> A bent at a right angle from the upper end of the vertical piece 16 </ b> A. A first engagement receiving portion 11A that has a pair of reinforcing portions 10a projecting upward and downward on both side portions, and is cut and raised in an approximately L shape toward the surface at the upper and lower portions of the central portion. And a second engagement receiving portion 12A, and a mounting hole 10c through which the fixing screw 50e can pass. A reinforcing portion 10b is formed in a raised shape at the central corner of the first engagement receiving portion 11A and the second engagement receiving portion 12A.

Further, the first flange member 30A has a substantially inverted L-shaped first engagement portion 35A that engages with the first engagement receiving portion 11A and a second engagement on the back surface of the vertical portion 32A. A substantially inverted L-shaped second engaging portion 36A that is engaged with the receiving portion 12A is provided to project. Further, the lower surface 31a of the horizontal portion 31A provided at the upper end of the vertical portion 32A is provided with an uneven strip 31b composed of a plurality of parallel concave portions and convex portions forming a reservoir portion of the adhesive 60. The skirt portion 33 extends at the lower end of the vertical portion 32A.

In order to fix the first flange member 30A to the rising wall portion 3 using the first flange member 30A and the first base member 10A formed as described above, first, the horizontal direction of the first base member 10A is set. The piece 15A is fixed to the rising wall portion 3 by the fixing screw 50e in a state where the piece 15A is placed on the upper surface of the plate member 90 fixed to the upper surface of the floor member 2a with a fixing member, for example, a nail 51. A plurality of the first base members 10A are fixed to the rising wall portion 3 at appropriate intervals. At this time, the adhesive 60 is applied to the upper surface of the horizontal piece 15A and the upper surface of the plate member 90 of the first base member 10A.

Next, the first engagement member 35A and the second engagement reception part 36A are respectively attached to the first base member 10A by covering the first base member 10A with the first flange member 30A. 11A and the second engagement receiving portion 12A, and the horizontal portion 31A is placed on the upper surface of the horizontal piece 15A of the first base member 10A and the upper surface of the plate member 90, and the adhesive.
