Description
本発明は、外壁材の留め金具に関するものである。

従来、セメント系無機質板等から成る外壁材を表面から釘打ちすることなく壁下地に固定する手段として用いる金具としては、例えば実開平5−830号、登録実用新案第3009604号、同第3025496号、特開平10−317634号、特許第3387734号のごとき技術が知られているが、いずれも基板に設けられている通孔は基板の垂直面に平行に穿孔されているため、基板と一体に成る留め金具の底面部にかかる外壁材の重量によって、前記通孔を介して胴縁に打ち込まれている釘やビスが弛緩して抜け易くなる状態が起っていた。

本発明は、基板の左右両側端部において、上端面部を開放するとともにその下側面部を基板の端部より下方に延長して成る案内凸部を設け、このように成る基板の上側面部の三箇所には上端から下端に適当角度の傾斜面を形成した凸起部を設け、この凸起部においては、上側部に比較的小径に成る通孔と下側部に比較的大径に成る通孔とを設け、前記基板の下端部に前方に底板部を設けて成るものである。

本発明にあっては、基板の上側部には三箇所の凸起部が上端から下端にかけて適当角度の傾斜面を形成して設けられ、この傾斜部にビス用の通孔と釘用の通孔が設けられているから、ビス又は釘のいずれの固定手段を胴縁に向けて挿入すると斜め方向に固着し、これによって各ビス又は釘にてこの原理が作用するようになる。したがって、図4及び図5に示した二矢印方向に外壁材dによる荷重がかかり、ビス又は釘が引っ張られて抜け出ようとする作用があるとしても、抜け出ることはなく、前記てこの作用によってかえって保持力が高くかつ強固になるのである。
