Abstract
【解決手段】
本発明は、体積百分比が松鱗20〜50%、バーミキュライト10〜40%、泥炭15〜40%、パーライト10〜30%などの成分を含有し、1立方メートル培地当たりに300〜700gの微量元素を添加していることを特徴とする挿し木培地である。また、成分及び微量元素を混合して、直径4〜7cmの網状繊維に包まれた棒状の培地にしてから、長さの5〜7cmのカラムに切断することによって最終製品が得られると言うステップを含むことを特徴とする調製方法である。

Claims (20)
- 体積百分比が松鱗20〜50%、バーミキュライト10〜40%、泥炭15〜40%、パーライト10〜30%の成分を含有し、1立方メートル培地当たりに300〜700gの微量元素を添加しており、前記微量元素は質量百分比が硫酸カルシウム9〜11%、硫酸マグネシウム19〜21%、硫酸マンガン9.5〜11.5%、硫酸亜鉛3.8〜5.4%、硫酸銅1.2〜2.8%、硫酸第一鉄48.5〜56.5%、硼酸0.2〜0.9%、モリブデン酸アンモニウム0.05〜0.15%の成分を含み構成されることを特徴とする挿し木培地。
- 前記構成成分の体積百分比において、松鱗25〜40%、バーミキュライト15〜35%、泥炭25〜30%、パーライト12−25%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の挿し木培地。
- 前記構成成分の百分比において、松鱗30〜40%、バーミキュライト20〜30%、泥炭20〜28%、パーライト18〜25%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の挿し木培地。
- 前記構成成分の百分比において、松鱗35%、バーミキュライト20%、泥炭25%、パーライト20%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の挿し木培地。
- 1立方メートル培地に添加される微量元素は400〜600gで、微量元素を構成する各成分の質量百分比は、硫酸カルシウム9.5〜10.5%、硫酸マグネシウム19.5〜20.5%、硫酸マンガン9.8〜10.5%、硫酸亜鉛4.0〜4.8%、硫酸銅1.5〜2.5%、硫酸第一鉄50.5〜54.5%、硼酸0.5〜0.7%、モリブデン酸アンモニウム0.08〜0.12%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の挿し木培地。
- 1立方メートル培地に添加される微量元素は500gで、微量元素を構成する各成分の質量百分比は、硫酸カルシウム10%、硫酸マグネシウム20.3%、硫酸マンガン10.2%、硫酸亜鉛4.4%、硫酸銅2.0%、硫酸第一鉄52.4%、硼酸0.6%、モリブデン酸アンモニウム0.1%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の挿し木培地。
- 次のステップを含むことを特徴とする挿し木培地の調製方法。
1)混合:体積百分比が松鱗20〜50%、バーミキュライト10〜40%、泥炭15〜40%、パーライト10〜30%を含む成分によって十分混合され、1立方メートル培地当たりに300〜700gの微量元素を添加しており、前記微量元素は質量百分比が硫酸カルシウム9〜11%、硫酸マグネシウム19〜21%、硫酸マンガン9.5〜11.5%、硫酸亜鉛3.8〜5.4%、硫酸銅1.2〜2.8%、硫酸第一鉄48.5〜56.5%、硼酸0.2〜0.9%、モリブデン酸アンモニウム0.05〜0.15%を含む成分を十分混合する。
2)成型:ステップ1)によって混合された材料を透水・換気性の優れた網状繊維によって構成されるチューブ状の中に入れて、網状の繊維によって包まれた棒状の培地が得られるが、その直径は4−7cmである。
3)切断:上記棒状の培地を5〜7cmのカラムに切断することによって、最終製品が得られる。 - 前記構成成分の体積百分比において、松鱗25〜40%、バーミキュライト15〜35%、泥炭25〜30%、パーライト12−25%であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の挿し木培地の調製方法。
- 前記構成成分の体積百分比において、松鱗30〜40%、バーミキュライト20〜30%、泥炭20〜28%、パーライト18〜25%であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の挿し木培地の調製方法。
- 前記構成成分の体積百分比において、松鱗35%、バーミキュライト20%、泥炭25%、パーライト20%であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の挿し木培地の調製方法。
- 1立方メートル培地に添加される微量元素は400〜600g、微量元素を構成する各成分の質量百分比は、硫酸カルシウム9.5〜10.5%、硫酸マグネシウム19.5〜20.5%、硫酸マンガン9.8〜10.5%、硫酸亜鉛4.0〜4.8%、硫酸銅1.5〜2.5%、硫酸第一鉄50.5〜54.5%、硼酸0.5〜0.7%、モリブデン酸アンモニウム0.08〜0.12%であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の挿し木培地の調製方法。
- 1立方メートル培地に添加される微量元素は500g、微量元素を構成する各成分の質量百分比は、硫酸カルシウム10%、硫酸マグネシウム20.3%、硫酸マンガン10.2%、硫酸亜鉛4.4%、硫酸銅2.0%、硫酸第一鉄52.4%、硼酸0.6%、モリブデン酸アンモニウム0.1%であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の挿し木培地の調製方法。
- 前記松鱗は各種松の木の皮で、その処理後の粒度は2〜5mmであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の挿し木培地の調製方法。
- 前記バーミキュライトは高温膨張バーミキュライトで、その粒度は3〜5mmであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の挿し木培地の調製方法。
- 前記泥炭は中国東北地方から出る泥炭であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の挿し木培地の調製方法。
- 前記パーライトは高温膨張パーライトで、その粒度は2〜4mmであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の挿し木培地の調製方法。
- ステップ2)において、前記棒状培地の直径は4.5〜6cmであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の挿し木培地の調製方法。
- ステップ2)において、前記棒状培地直径は5cmであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の挿し木培地の調製方法。
- ステップ3)において、前記カラムの長さ5.5〜6.5cmであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の挿し木培地の調製方法。
- ステップ3)において、前記カラムの長さ6cmであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の挿し木培地の調製方法。
