Abstract
【解決手段】半導体発光素子50を光源とする車両用灯具に電源からの電力を供給する給電部材10であって、前記電源の正極側に接続される正側接続部21、および前記電源の負極側に接続される負側接続部22を有し、前記半導体発光素子50と、前記電源の正極側および負極側とを電気的に接続するバスバー20と、前記バスバー20に固定されることにより、少なくとも一つの電子部品200を前記バスバー20における前記正側接続部21側と前記負側接続部22側との間に介装する介装部材100とを備えることを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- 半導体発光素子を光源とする車両用灯具に電源からの電力を供給する給電部材であって、
前記電源の正極側に接続される正側接続部、および前記電源の負極側に接続される負側接続部を有し、前記半導体発光素子と、前記電源の正極側および負極側とを電気的に接続するバスバーと、
前記バスバーに固定されることにより、少なくとも一つの電子部品を前記バスバーにおける前記正側接続部側と前記負側接続部側との間に介装する介装部材と、
を備えることを特徴とする給電部材。 - 前記バスバーを固定するベース部材を更に備え、
前記正側接続部および前記負側接続部の一部は、前記ベース部材から突出したコネクタを構成し、
前記介装部材は、前記正側接続部および前記負側接続部の近傍に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の給電部材。 - 前記介装部材は、
導電材料により形成され、前記正側接続部と電気的に接続される正側ターミナル部と、
導電材料により形成され、前記負側接続部と電気的に接続される負側ターミナル部と、
絶縁材料により形成され、前記正側ターミナル部と前記負側ターミナル部とを絶縁保持した状態で前記バスバーに固定されるハウジング部と、
を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の給電部材。 - 前記正側ターミナル部および前記負側ターミナル部は、かしめ構造により前記電子部品を固定するかしめ端子を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の給電部材。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の給電部材と、
電源から前記給電部材を介して供給される電力により発光する半導体発光素子と、
を備える車両用灯具。
