(5) As described above, the base and the pillar were fixed via the connection hardware (FIG. 1). In this case, the connection hardware has various structures (for example,
In the case of the prior art, a gap is formed between the surface of the joint metal and the inner surface of the housing portion in consideration of the head of the bolt to which the joint metal is attached. Accordingly, a cross-sectional defect is generated as much as the gap, and there is a possibility that stress concentration may occur in the vicinity of the accommodating portion depending on the action of an external force.
In particular, when an excessive external force that presses the column downward toward the base is applied, there is a possibility that the column may be cracked in the vicinity of the accommodating portion or in the through hole portion.
However, according to the present invention, the liquid curing material is filled in the accommodating portion and solidified, so that the above-mentioned problems are solved.

That is, the present invention has a structure in which the lower surface of the column is bonded to the upper surface of the base, and is configured as follows.
(1) Fix the joint hardware at the column joint position on the upper surface of the base.
(2) A lower surface of the column is cut away to form a receiving portion that can receive the joint hardware.
(3) The lower surface of the column is brought into contact with the upper surface of the base to erect the column and accommodate the joint hardware in the accommodating portion.
(4) A fixing pin is inserted through the through hole of the metal fitting through the pillar.
(5) A liquid solidifying agent is injected into the housing portion to fill a gap between the housing portion and the bonding hardware.
Moreover, in the above, it is the joining structure of the rod-shaped member characterized by having been comprised as follows.
(1) The housing part is fixed to the lower surface of the base and covers at least the upper part of the connection hardware.
(2) Surfaces other than the accommodating portion on the lower surface of the pillar are placed on the upper surface of the base directly or via a packing material. Moreover, in the above, it is the joining structure of the rod-shaped member characterized by having been comprised as follows.
(1) Fixing to the upper surface of the housing, the upper surface of the base, and the lower surface of the connection hardware fixed to the base, covering at least the upper part of the connection hardware,
(2) Surfaces other than the accommodating portion on the lower surface of the pillar are placed on the upper surface of the base directly or via a packing material.

Furthermore, this invention is a structure for fixing the end face of the second rod-shaped member to the side surface of the first rod-shaped member, and is a rod-shaped member joining structure configured as follows.
(1) On the side surface of the first rod-shaped member, a joint metal is fixed at the joining position of the second rod-shaped member.
(2) The joint end surface of the second rod-shaped member is cut out to form a housing portion that can house the joint hardware.
(3) The joining end surface of the second rod-shaped member is brought into contact with the side surface of the first rod-shaped member, the second joining member is erected, and the joint hardware is attached to the second rod-shaped member. Store in the storage unit.
(4) A fixing pin is inserted through the second rod-shaped member and through the through hole of the metal joint.
(5) A liquid solidifying agent is injected into the housing part to fill a gap between the housing part and the metal joint.
The combination of the first rod-shaped member and the second rod-shaped member in the above is effective in the case of the base and the column, but is arbitrary. The joint end surface of the second rod-shaped member is joined to the side surface (including the upper surface and the lower surface) of the first rod-shaped member, and a compressive load acts on the side surface of the first rod-shaped member from the joint end surface of the second rod-shaped member. The mouth is preferred. For example, the present invention can be applied to a beam-column upper end, a beam-column lower end, a column-beam, a beam-small beam, and the like.
This invention is used when forming a housing portion for housing a connection hardware fixed to a “first rod-shaped member” including a base by cutting out a lower surface of a “second rod-shaped member” including a column. Then, the liquid solidifying agent is injected and solidified in the gaps other than the connection hardware in the accommodating portion. Therefore, since the cross-sectional defect | deletion of an accommodating part can be compensated, since the integrity of a "2nd rod-shaped member", a joining metal fitting, and a "1st rod-shaped member" is improved, the intensity | strength of a junction part can be raised. In particular, there is an effect that the compressive strength from the “second rod-shaped member” to the “first rod-shaped member” can be increased.

変位−荷重曲線を、図6(a)(b)、図7(a)(b)に示す。
(3) Test results The displacement-load curves are shown in FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b) and FIGS. 7 (a) and 7 (b).
In HY2 and PT into which the liquid solidifying agent was injected as an example of the present invention, the maximum load was greatly increased as compared with the conventional example without the liquid solidifying agent.
In particular, a large load can be borne at a stage where the displacement is small (displacement of about 5 mm) (FIGS. 6 and 7). Further, for example, comparing the load at the stage of 2 mm displacement, it can be seen that a large load can be borne by injecting the liquid solidifying agent 15 (Table 1, FIG. 6, FIG. 7).
