Description

The present invention relates to a method for producing a packaging bag with a zipper having a zipper that allows the opening and sealing of the packaging bag to be repeated.

For packaging bags for packaging various items such as foods and pharmaceuticals, so-called zippered packaging bags in which a belt-like zipper is provided on the inner surface of the opening of the bag body are used in order to improve the retention of various items to be packaged. ing. In such a zippered packaging bag, a pair of male fitting portions and female fitting portions are provided on the inner peripheral surface of the bag body in a manner that bisects the entire inner circumference of the opening, The zipper is constituted by a pair of male and female fitting portions that form a belt shape, and the packaging bag is repeatedly sealed and opened by switching between the fitted state and the non-fitted state of the zipper. Realized.

When opening the above-described zippered packaging bag, the user opens the opening by pulling the opening with a hand or the like in such a manner that the male fitting portion and the female fitting portion are separated from each other. In order to forcibly stop such an opening operation, a pair of caulking portions to which the pair of male fitting portions and the female fitting portions are crimped in a fitted state are provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the zipper described above. The opening operation is forcibly stopped by the pair of caulking portions, thereby preventing the bag body from being broken due to the opening operation.

On the other hand, when sealing the above-described zippered packaging bag, the user sandwiches the zipper with a fingertip, and slides the fingertip over the entire width in the longitudinal direction of the zipper, thereby the male fitting portion and the female fitting portion. And fit. In such a closing operation, since the fitting portion between the male fitting portion and the female fitting portion is covered with the fingertip, the user senses whether or not the zipper is properly closed. It will be difficult. Therefore, various proposals have been made in the above-described packaging bag with a zipper in order to easily sense the fitting state during such closing operation.

For example, in Patent Document 1, at least one of a male fitting portion and a female fitting portion is structured in a structure that is discontinuous along its longitudinal direction. When the closing operation is performed under such a configuration, the displacement of the fitting portion that occurs every time the fitting is performed because the male fitting portion and the female fitting portion are discontinuously fitted. The user's fingertip senses, and further, the user hears a sound associated with the displacement every time the fitting is performed, so that whether or not the zipper is properly closed can be sensed based on such a tactile sensation and a sense of sound.
JP-A-8-58811

By the way, in the manufacturing method of the packaging bag with a zipper in patent document 1, at least one of a male type fitting part and a female type fitting part is formed with the thermoplastic resin continuously extruded from an extruder, The fitting part A part of this is punched out with a punch or compressed by pressing to form a structurally discontinuous fitting portion. Therefore, when the above-described manufacturing method is used to form a discontinuous fitting portion in the structure, the punched portion becomes a fine residue and adheres to the fitting portion. There is a problem that a cleansing process for recovering the cleanliness is required separately. In addition, since the shape and size of the discontinuous parts are defined by the shape of the pressing member such as the pressing teeth, there are significant restrictions on the size and shape of the fitting part in producing a wide variety of products. There was a problem.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and its purpose is to freely detect the fitting state at the time of closing operation and to suppress the increase in the manufacturing process and to freely relate to the shape and size of the zipper. It is to provide a method for manufacturing a zippered packaging bag having an expanded degree.

Hereinafter, means for solving the above-described problems and the effects thereof will be described.
Invention of Claim 1 is a manufacturing method of the packaging bag with a zipper in which the zipper which has a pair of convex part which can be mutually fitted was provided in the opening part of the packaging bag, Comprising: The said zipper and the base | substrate which comprises the said zipper When extruding a convex portion, at least one of the pair of convex portions is formed with a partial cut surface from the top of the convex portion toward the surface of the base body, and at least the base body is stretched. The gist of this is that the convex portion is formed with a gap in which the convex portion becomes intermittent in the extending direction.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the convex portion that is a component of the zipper, for example, the projection or the intermittent gap provided in the convex groove that can be fitted to the projection is cut when the convex portion is extruded. It can be embodied by forming a surface. Therefore, by forming the convex portion, which is a fitting portion that is structurally discontinuous in the longitudinal direction, by such a method, the generation of fine residue pieces corresponding to the gap between the convex portions can be suppressed in the manufacturing process. As a result, when the intermittent gap is formed in the projecting portion extending in the extending direction, it is possible to reduce the steps for cleaning the residue pieces corresponding to the gap. Further, the shape and pitch of the gaps in the convex portion can be changed by changing the depth in the cutting direction on the cut surface, the number of cut surfaces, the stretching force applied to the substrate, and the like. For this reason, when the shape and size of the gap in the convex portion are changed, the degree of freedom can be expanded, so that it can be easily applied to the production of a wide variety.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, the base is a tape body, and the gap is formed in the convex portion that is extruded together with the tape body, and then the tape body is welded to a film constituting the packaging bag. This is the gist.

According to the invention method of claim 2, since the zipper and the packaging bag can be manufactured as separate bodies, the zipper can be manufactured with a constituent material different from the constituent material of the packaging bag. Therefore, for example, the stretchability suitable for the shape and size of the gap can be applied to the constituent material of the zipper in advance, and the applicable range of such a manufacturing method is expanded by the extent that the selection range related to the constituent material of the zipper can be expanded. You can also

According to a third aspect of the present invention, the base is a film constituting the packaging bag, and the convex portion made of a molten thermoplastic resin is welded to the inner surface of the film formed into a tube shape by an inflation process. This is the gist.

According to the invention described in claim 3, since the zipper and the packaging bag can be integrally formed, productivity can be improved as compared with the case where the zipper and the packaging bag are manufactured separately.
The gist of the invention described in claim 4 is that the cut surface is formed on the convex portion before the convex portion is welded to the film.

According to invention of Claim 4, since the convex part by which the cut surface was previously formed is welded to the inner surface of the film which makes a tube shape, the stress etc. which are required in order to form a cut surface are applied to the film. It does not act against. Therefore, when the cut surface is formed, mechanical damage in the film can be suppressed.

The gist of the invention described in claim 5 is that the cut surface is formed on the convex portion after the convex portion is welded to the film.
According to invention of Claim 5, since a cut surface is formed in the convex part of the state welded to the film, a cut surface can be formed immediately before extending | stretching a film. Therefore, it is possible to improve the accuracy of the position and shape of the cut surface, and hence the accuracy of the position and shape of the gap in the convex portion.

Hereinafter, an embodiment embodying the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view showing a perspective configuration of a packaging bag with a zipper, and FIG. 2 is a partial perspective view showing a perspective structure of the zipper in the packaging bag with a zipper.

As shown in FIG. 1, a bag body 11 in a zippered packaging bag 10 is formed by welding a sheet 12 folded at the bottom on both sides in the longitudinal direction, and the top is It is comprised in the aspect which can be opened. As a constituent material of such a sheet | seat 12, thermoplastic resins, such as a polyethylene-type resin, a polypropylene-type resin, a polyamide-type resin, can be used, for example.

On the inner surface of the opening 11a, which is the top of the bag 11, the entire inner periphery of the opening 11a is divided into two equal parts, the front side and the rear side of the bag 11, and a pair of female tape bodies 13 and males. The mold tape body 14 is welded. As a constituent material of the female tape body 13 and the male tape body 14, for example, a thermoplastic resin such as a polyethylene resin, a polypropylene resin, and a polyamide resin can be used. In order to obtain strength, it is preferable to use the same kind of constituent material as that of the sheet 12.

As shown in FIG. 2, on the surface of the base 13 a in the female tape body 13, a female fitting portion 13 b that is a convex portion protruding from the surface to the inside of the bag body 11 is provided on the female tape body 13. It is formed over substantially the entire width. On the surface of the base body 14a of the male tape body 14, a male fitting portion 14b, which is a convex portion protruding from the surface to the inside of the bag body 11, faces the female fitting portion 13b so as to face the male. The mold tape body 14 is formed over substantially the entire width. In this embodiment, the zipper 15 is comprised by the female tape body 13 and the male type fitting part 14b which were mentioned above.

The female fitting portion 13b provided on the female tape body 13 is formed in a C-shaped cross section extending in the longitudinal direction of the female tape body 13, and is structurally structured in the longitudinal direction of the female tape body 13. It consists of a continuous form. On the other hand, the male fitting portion 14 b provided on the male tape body 14 has a T-shaped fitting piece 14 c extending in the longitudinal direction of the male tape body 14 in the longitudinal direction of the male tape body 14. It is configured by being arranged at a predetermined interval. The male fitting portion 14b including the plurality of fitting pieces 14c has a plurality of non-fitting spaces 14S that are gaps between a pair of adjacent fitting pieces 14c, and the longitudinal direction thereof is structurally It is composed of discontinuous forms. The female fitting part 13b and the male fitting part 14b are pressure-bonded in a fitted state to both ends in the longitudinal direction of the zipper 15 comprising the female tape body 13 and the male tape body 14. A pair of caulking portions 15a (see FIG. 1) is provided.

In the closing operation of the zipper 15 having such a configuration, each of the fitting pieces 14c constituting the male fitting portion 14b is in order from one end to the other end in the longitudinal direction of the female fitting portion 13b. By fitting with 13b, the opening part 11a of the bag 11 is closed. At this time, since the female fitting portion 13b and the male fitting portion 14b are discontinuously fitted along the longitudinal direction, the female fitting portion 13b and the fitting piece 14c are fitted. When the user's fingertip senses the displacement of the female fitting portion 13b, and when the user hears a sound accompanying the displacement every time the fitting is carried out, whether the zipper 15 is properly closed or not is detected. It can be sensed based on the sense of sound.

In contrast, in the opening operation of the zipper 15 having such a configuration, each fitting piece 14c constituting the male fitting portion 14b is pulled away from the female fitting portion 13b, whereby the bag body 11 is pulled. The opening 11a is opened. At this time, since the female fitting portion 13b and the male fitting portion 14b are discontinuously fitted along the longitudinal direction, the fitting between the female fitting portion 13b and the fitting piece 14c is performed. The displacement of the female fitting portion 13b is transmitted to the user's fingertip every time the release is released, and further, the sound accompanying the displacement every time the engagement is released is transmitted to the user's auditory sense. Whether or not it has been properly opened can be sensed based on the tactile sensation and the sense of sound. The opening operation is forcibly stopped by a pair of caulking portions provided at both ends of the zipper 15, thereby preventing the bag body 11 from being broken due to the opening operation.

Next, the manufacturing method of the packaging bag 10 with a zipper mentioned above is demonstrated below. First, a manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing the zipper 15 will be described with reference to FIG. 3 is a schematic configuration diagram schematically showing the configuration of the manufacturing apparatus for the zipper 15, and FIGS. 4A and 4B are a female molded body and a male mold molded in the manufacturing process of the manufacturing apparatus. It is a top view which shows the planar structure of a body.

As shown in FIG. 3, the zipper manufacturing apparatus 20 includes an extruder 21 for extruding the tape material such as the thermoplastic resin, a die 21a for forming the extruded tape material into a tape shape, and the tape shape. A cooling roll 22 that cools the formed tape material is provided. The tape material supplied to the inside of the extruder 21 is extruded into the die 21a in a molten state by using a screw or the like provided in the extruder 21. The die 21a to which such a tape material in the molten state is supplied is provided with two types of discharge ports, and one discharge port is provided with an opening corresponding to the cross-sectional shape of the female tape body 13, and the other discharge port. An opening corresponding to the cross-sectional shape of the male tape body 14 is provided at the outlet. The molten tape material supplied to the die 21 a is discharged from the discharge port for forming the female tape body 13 and the discharge port for forming the male tape body 14 and then the cooling roll 22. The molded body is formed by being once cooled on the surface.

According to the zipper manufacturing apparatus 20 having such a configuration, as shown in FIG. 4A, a female molded body that is a molded body in which a plurality of the female tape bodies 13 are connected in the extrusion direction A. 23 and a male molded body 24, which is a molded body in which the plurality of male tape bodies 14 are connected in the extrusion direction. The female molded body 23 includes a molded base 23a in which the base 13a is connected in the extruding direction which is the longitudinal direction, and a female mold connecting portion 23b in which the female fitting portion 13b is connected in the extruding direction. And are formed. The male molded body 24 is formed with a molded base 24a in which the base 14a is connected in the longitudinal direction and a male connecting portion 24b in which the plurality of fitting pieces 14c are connected in the extrusion direction. Therefore, it is formed in a form that does not have the plurality of non-fitting spaces 14S described above.

In the subsequent stage of the cooling roll 22 in the zipper manufacturing apparatus 20, a stretching machine 25 that stretches the molded body formed in the tape shape in the longitudinal direction and a winder 26 that winds the stretched molded body are provided. ing. Inside the stretching machine 25, a heater 25a for heating the female molded body 23 and the male molded body 24 carried from the cooling roll 22 to a temperature near or above the glass transition temperature of the tape material; A rotating roll 25b is provided for extending the female molded body 23 and the male molded body 24 heated by the heater in the longitudinal direction. Further, inside the stretching machine 25, before or when the male molded body 24 is stretched, a plurality of sections extending from the top of the male coupling portion 24b in the depth direction of the male coupling portion 24b. A cutting blade 25c is provided that forms a cutting surface CS (see FIG. 4A) in the same male connection portion 24b.

According to the zipper manufacturing apparatus 20 having such a configuration, the female mold body 23 and the male mold body 24 carried from the cooling roll 22 are stretched in the longitudinal direction at a predetermined stretch ratio. At this time, in the molding base 24a in the male molded body 24, the stretching in the longitudinal direction is continuous. On the other hand, in the male connecting portion 24b of the same male molded body 24, the portion integrated with the molding base 24a is extended in the longitudinal direction together with the molding base 24a, but in the portion where the plurality of cut surfaces CS are formed. Since only the molded substrate 24a is stretched, the structure in the longitudinal direction becomes discontinuous. Therefore, in the male molded body 24 stretched through the stretching machine 25, the non-fitting space 14S that is a space extending in the stretching direction from the cut surface CS is formed for each cut surface CS, and the male connecting portion 24b. Is cut in the plurality of non-fitting spaces 14S so that the plurality of fitting pieces 14c are arranged in the longitudinal direction. Then, the male mold body 24 and the female mold body 23 are wound on a winder 26 and then cut to a predetermined length, whereby the female tape body 13 and the male tape body are cut. 14 are formed.

Next, a method for manufacturing the zippered packaging bag 10 using the above-described zipper 15 manufacturing apparatus 20 will be described. FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing the flow of the manufacturing process of the zippered packaging bag 10.

As shown in FIG. 5, in the manufacturing process of the zippered packaging bag 10, first, a sheet forming step S <b> 10 for forming the sheet 12 as a component of the bag body 11, and a female mold as a component of the zipper 15. A tape forming step S20 for forming the tape body 13 and the male tape body 14 is performed. And the welding process S30 which welds the female tape body 13 formed in the said tape formation process S20 and the male tape body 14 with respect to the sheet | seat 12 formed in said sheet | seat formation process S10 is performed.

More specifically, in the sheet forming step S10, the sheet 12 for forming the bag body 11 is formed by applying an extrusion molding method or an inflation molding method to the constituent material of the sheet 12 described above. . Next, in the tape forming step S20, the female mold body 23 and the male mold body 24 are first extruded by using the above-described zipper manufacturing apparatus 20 (extrusion step S21). Next, the cut surface CS is formed on the male molded body 24 (cutting step S22), and then the male molded body 24 and the female molded body 23 are stretched in the common longitudinal direction (stretching step S23). . Thereby, the plurality of fitting pieces 14c and the non-fitting space 14S are formed in the male molded body 24, and the female tape body 13 and the male tape body 14 are formed.

When the sheet forming step S10 and the tape forming step S20 are executed, the female tape body 13 and the male tape body 14 in the fitted state are welded to the folded sheet 12, respectively. At the same time, both sides of the sheet 12 are welded in such a manner that the female tape body 13 and the male tape body 14 are arranged in the opening 11a (welding step S30). Thereby, the packaging bag 10 with a zipper mentioned above can be manufactured.

As described above, according to the above embodiment, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) According to the above embodiment, the gap between the fitting pieces 14c, which are constituent elements of the zipper 15, can be realized by forming the cut surface CS during the extrusion molding of the male fitting portion 14b. Therefore, the generation of fine residue pieces corresponding to the gaps between the fitting pieces 14c can be suppressed in the manufacturing process of the packaging bag 10 with a zipper. As a result, in forming the intermittent non-fitting space 14S in the male fitting part 14b extending in the extending direction, the number of steps for cleaning residue pieces corresponding to the non-fitting space 14S is reduced. Is possible.

(2) The shape and pitch of the non-fitting space 14S can also be changed by changing the depth in the cutting direction on the cut surface CS, the number of cut surfaces CS, the stretching force applied to the male molded body 24, and the like. . Therefore, when the shape and size of the non-fitting space 14S are changed, the degree of freedom can be expanded, so that it can be easily applied to the production of a variety of products.

(3) According to the above embodiment, since the female tape body 13 and the male tape body 14 and the sheet 12 can be manufactured as separate bodies, the zipper 15 is manufactured using a constituent material different from the constituent material of the bag body 11. You can also. Therefore, for example, stretchability suitable for the shape and size of the non-fitting space 14S can be applied to the constituent material of the zipper 15 in advance, and the manufacturing range can be expanded to the extent that the selection range related to the constituent material of the zipper 15 can be expanded. The scope of the method can also be expanded.

In addition, the said embodiment can also be changed and implemented as follows.
In the above embodiment, the method of forming the bag body 11 and the zipper 15 as separate bodies has been described. Not limited to this, even if the bag body 11 and the zipper 15 are formed integrally, the cut surface CS is formed on the male connection portion 24b corresponding to the male fitting portion 14b, and the same male connection portion 24b. If it is the method of extending | stretching to a longitudinal direction, the effect of the same kind as the effect mentioned above can be acquired.

As a method for integrally forming the bag body 11 and the zipper 15, a method using an inflation method may be mentioned. That is, as shown in FIG. 6, the tube-shaped film 31 forming the sheet 12 is extruded by the inflation method, and the female molded body 23 and the male molded body 24 that are constituent elements of the zipper 15 are The female molded body 23 and the male molded body 24 are welded to the inner surface of the tube-shaped film 31 by extrusion molding inside the film-shaped film 31.

An apparatus applied to such an inflation process includes an extruding unit 32 for extruding the female molded body 23 and the male molded body 24, and an air supply unit 33 for blowing air for stretching into the tube-shaped film 31. The cutting unit 34 a is provided between the extruding unit 32 and the air supply unit 33. In such an apparatus, the extrusion part 32 extrudes the female mold body 23 and the male mold body 24, and before the female mold body 23 and the male mold body 24 are welded to the inner surface of the film 31, the female mold body 23 and the male mold body 24 are welded. The cutting part 34 a forms a cut surface CS with respect to the mold body 23 or the male mold body 24. At this time, for example, the female molded body 23 and the male molded body 24 are welded to the inner surface of the film 31 in the air supply section 33 that is a subsequent stage of the cutting section 34 a, and then the film 31 is stretched inside the film 31. The film 31 is stretched by blowing air. Thereby, the zipper 15 and the bag body 11 which have the non-fitting space 14S are shape | molded integrally.

In the above-described apparatus, the air supply unit 33 can be provided upstream of the cutting unit 34b. In such an apparatus, for example, the female molded body 23 and the male molded body 24 are welded to the inner surface of the film 31 inside the air supply unit 33, and then the female molded body 23 or the male molded body 24 is attached. On the other hand, the cutting part 34b forms the cut surface CS. Next, the film 31 is stretched by blowing air for stretching into the film 31, whereby the zipper 15 having the non-fitting space 14 </ b> S and the bag body 11 are integrally formed.

According to such a method, since the fitting piece 14c and the sheet | seat 12 can be shape | molded integrally, compared with the case where the zipper 15 and the bag body 11 are manufactured separately, the welding process mentioned above can be omitted. As a result, the productivity of the zippered packaging bag can be improved. Further, when the female molded body 23 and the male molded body 24 having the cut surface CS formed in advance are welded to the inner surface of the film 31, there are stresses required to form the cut surface CS. Since it does not act on the film 31, mechanical damage in the film 31 can be suppressed when the cut surface CS is formed. Further, when the cut surface CS is formed on the female molded body 23 or the male molded body 24 welded to the film 31, the cut surface CS can be formed immediately before the film 31 is stretched. Further, the accuracy of the position and shape of the cut surface CS, and hence the accuracy of the position and shape of the fitting piece 14c and the non-fitting space 14S can be improved.

The manufacturing apparatus 20 of the above embodiment includes a measurement unit that mechanically or optically measures the structure of the fitting piece 14c after the male molded body 24 is stretched or before and after stretching, and the measurement result of the measurement unit A configuration may be provided that further includes a modulation unit that modulates the draw ratio and the discharge amount of the tape material based on the measurement result so that becomes a target value. That is, in the manufacturing method of the package body with a zipper in the said embodiment, based on the thickness etc. of the fitting piece 14c after the extending | stretching of the male molded object 24 or before and behind extending | stretching, the width | variety in the longitudinal direction of the non-fitting space 14S, etc. A method of modulating the draw ratio of the male mold 24 and the discharge amount of the tape material may be used. According to such a method, the processing accuracy and processing reproducibility associated with the male tape body 14 can be improved.

The manufacturing apparatus 20 of the above embodiment includes a measurement unit that mechanically or optically measures the structure of the fitting piece 14c after the male molded body 24 is stretched or before and after stretching, and the measurement result of the measurement unit Further, a configuration may be provided in which a modulation unit that modulates the size and pitch of the cut surface based on the measurement result is set so that becomes a target value. A method of modulating the size and pitch of the cut surface may be used.

A resin film such as polyethylene or polypropylene generally has a higher tensile elastic modulus and a lower tear strength in the orientation direction as its density increases. Moreover, as the density increases, the softening temperature and melting point increase, and the thermal conductivity increases. Further, as the density increases, the moisture permeability decreases and the gas barrier property increases. Therefore, the density of the constituent material in the zipper 15 depends on various requirements such as transparency, tensile elastic modulus, tensile strength, tensile elongation, tear strength, impact strength, thermal resistance, chemical resistance and the like required for the zipper 15. It is selected appropriately. According to such a method, it is possible to improve the processing accuracy and processing reproducibility of the male tape body 14 without significantly changing the draw ratio.

-The depth of the cut surface CS in the above embodiment may be in the form of substantially the entire depth direction of the male connection part 24b, or in a form that is partial in the depth direction of the male connection part 24b. There may be. The shape, size, and number of the non-fitting space 14S are changed according to the closing operability, opening operability, airtightness, and the like required for the zippered packaging bag 10. Therefore, it is preferable that the depth and number of the cut surfaces CS correlated with the shape, size, and number of the non-fitting spaces 14S are appropriately changed according to the above-described request. With such a method, the shape, pitch, etc. of the non-fitting space 14S can be easily changed, and the degree of freedom is expanded when the shape, size, etc. of the non-fitting space 14S is changed. Therefore, it can be easily applied in producing a variety of products.

In the above embodiment, the cut surface CS is formed in the male connecting portion 24b of the male molded body 24, and the non-fitting space 14S is formed in the male fitting portion 14b. By changing this, the cut surface CS may be formed in the female connecting portion 23b of the female molded body 23, and the female fitting portion 13b may be formed intermittently in the longitudinal direction. The aspect which forms the fitting part 14b and the female type fitting part 13b intermittently in a longitudinal direction may be sufficient.

-In the said embodiment, it was set as the aspect which controls the shape of a non-fitting part, when extending | stretching the film to the vertical axis | shaft direction which is a film conveyance direction. It may be an aspect in which the shape of the non-fitting portion is controlled also when this is changed and the film is stretched in the horizontal axis direction which is a direction orthogonal to the film conveyance direction.
