Description

The present invention relates to a fixing clip for fixing a wire harness or the like to a fixed member.

As this type of conventional fixing clip, one disclosed in Patent Document 1 has been proposed. As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the fixing clip 50 includes a clip base portion 51, a rectangular frame-like connecting portion 52 extending downward from the clip base portion 51, and the connecting portion 52. A pair of locking claws 53 provided at positions facing each other, a release rod portion 54 that connects the center portions of the pair of locking claws 53 and extends upward, and the release rod portion 54. And a pair of release position locking latches 55 extending upward. The clip base portion 51 is provided with a push-in hole 51a, and upper ends of the release rod portion 54 and the pair of release position locking engagement portions 55 are disposed in the push-out hole 51a.

In the above configuration, a wire harness (not shown) is fixed on the clip base portion 51. Then, the pair of locking claws 53 are inserted into the locking holes 61 of the fixed member 60 with the tip ends. Then, the pair of locking claws 53 are inserted into the locking hole 61 while being elastically deformed, and when completely inserted, the pair of locking claws 53 are bent back and deformed to their original state. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 5, the pair of locking claws 53 are locked so as not to come out of the locking holes 61 of the fixed member 60.

Further, when removing the fixing clip 50 from the fixed member 60, a wire harness (not shown) is removed from the clip base portion 51. Next, the release rod portion 54 is pressed downward from the push hole 51 a of the clip base portion 51, and the pair of release position lock engagement portions 55 are engaged with the periphery of the push hole 51 a of the clip base portion 51. Press until As a result, as shown in FIG. 6, the release rod portion 54 is held at the position shifted downward, that is, at the release position. At this release position, the pair of locking claws 53 are shifted to a width dimension that enters the locking holes 61, and the removal is completed when the locking claws 53 of the fixing clip 50 are removed from the locking holes 61.

In this conventional example, since the fixing clip 50 can be removed smoothly from the locking hole 61, the removing operation is easy, and the fixing clip 50 is not damaged at all, so that the fixing clip 50 can be reused. Is possible.
JP 2004-248421 A

However, in the conventional fixing clip 50, a pair of release position locking engagement portions 55 are provided together with the release rod portion 54, and a push hole 51 a is provided in the clip base portion 51. It is necessary to have a structure in which the upper ends of the release rod portion 54 and the pair of release position rod locking portions 55 are positioned in 51a. Therefore, the structure is complicated, and when the fixing clip 50 is produced by injection molding, the molding becomes very complicated and the cost is high.

Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and can be smoothly removed from the member to be fixed without causing any damage, and has a simple structure. The purpose is to provide.

The invention according to claim 1 can be changed into an attachment form and a release form by elastic deformation, and in the release form, the position of the peripheral part of the lower surface is relatively shifted upward with respect to the center part with respect to the attachment form. A clip base portion, a locking portion that is provided at a position below the lower surface of the clip base portion and that can be shifted in a direction in which the distal end side bends upward with the center portion as a center, a center portion of the lower surface of the clip base portion, A clip comprising: a central rod portion that connects a central portion of the locking portion; a plurality of release connecting rod portions that connect a peripheral portion of the lower surface of the clip base portion and a distal end side of the locking portion at a plurality of locations; When the base portion is changed from the attachment configuration to the release configuration, the locking portion changes in a direction of bending upward with the central portion as a center.

The invention according to claim 2 is the fixing clip according to claim 1, wherein the clip base portion has an arcuate shape in which the lower surface protrudes upward in the mounting configuration, and the lower surface in the release configuration. It is the shape of the circular arc surface which protrudes toward.

A third aspect of the present invention is the fixing clip according to the first or second aspect, wherein a routed object fixing portion is provided at a central portion of the upper surface of the clip base portion.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, in order to remove the fixing clip from the fixed member, the center portion of the clip base portion is pressed from above. Then, the clip base portion in the attachment form is changed to the release form. Due to the shape change of the clip base portion, the central rod portion and the plurality of release connecting rod portions change relative to each other, and the locking portion shifts in the direction of bending upward about the center portion. The width is narrower than the dimension of the hole, and the removal work from the fixed member can be easily performed without causing any damage. Further, there is no need to provide a push hole in the clip base portion or to arrange the upper end of the central rod portion in the push hole, and in addition, the central rod portion and the plurality of release connecting rod portions are clip base portions. In addition, since both the connecting function and the releasing function between the locking portions are used, the configuration is simple. As described above, it is possible to provide a fixing clip that can be easily detached from the member to be fixed without causing any damage and that has a simple configuration.

According to the invention of claim 2, in the state where it is locked in the locking hole of the member to be fixed, there is a possibility that the locking part cannot be visually observed because it is shielded by the member to be fixed. Since the change of the shape of the clip base portion is a clear shape change that flips the shape of the upper and lower surfaces thereof, the operator can easily recognize the state of the locking portion, so that the removal workability is good.

According to the invention of claim 3, when a routing object is attached to the routing object fixing portion, when a pressing force is applied from above the routing object, the pressing force is applied to the central portion of the upper surface of the clip base portion. Therefore, it is possible to remove the fixing clip even when the cable is attached, and the removal workability is good.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

1 to 3 show an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 1 (a) is a cross-sectional view of a fixing clip 1 attached, FIG. 1 (b) is a cross-sectional view when the fixing clip 1 is removed, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which a pressing force is applied to the central portion 7a from above the clip base portion 2 in order to change the clip base portion 2 from the mounting configuration to the releasing configuration, and FIG. It is sectional drawing for demonstrating the force which acts on the latching | locking part 3 from the center rod part 4 and the some connecting rod part 5 for cancellation | release when it is changed from the form for attachment to the form for cancellation | release.

As shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b), a fixing clip 1 is locked in a locking hole 11 of a fixed member 10 such as a vehicle body, and is injection-molded with a polyethylene (PE) resin material. It is integrally molded.

The fixing clip 1 connects the substantially dish-shaped clip base portion 2, the locking portion 3 provided below the lower surface of the clip base 2, and the lower surface of the clip base portion 2 and the locking portion 3. A central rod portion 4 and a plurality of release connecting rod portions 5, and a routing object fixing portion 6 provided on the upper surface of the clip base portion 2 are provided.

The clip base portion 2 can be transformed into an attachment configuration shown in FIG. 1A and a release configuration shown in FIG. 1B by elastic deformation, and is stable in these two configurations. In the mounting form of FIG. 1A, both the lower surface 7 and the upper surface 8 have an arcuate surface shape protruding upward. In the release mode of FIG. 1B, both the lower surface 7 and the upper surface have an arcuate shape protruding downward. That is, the shape changes so that the shape of the upper and lower surfaces is turned over, and the position of the peripheral portion 7b of the lower surface 7 is changed to the central portion 7a in the release configuration of FIG. On the other hand, it moves relatively upward.

The locking portion 3 has a plurality of locking arm pieces 3b extending outward in a plurality of directions from the central portion 3a, and is shifted in a direction in which each locking arm piece 3b extending outward from the central portion 3a is bent upward. Is possible.

The central rod portion 4 is connected to the central portion 7 a of the lower surface 7 of the clip base portion 2 and the central portion 3 a of the locking portion 3. The plurality of release connecting rods 5 are connected to the peripheral portion 7b of the lower surface 7 of the clip base portion 2 and the distal end side of the locking portion 3, that is, the locking arm piece 3b.

When the clip base portion 2 is changed from the mounting configuration to the release configuration, the respective locking arm pieces 3b of the locking portion 3 change the central portion 3a by the relative transition between the central rod portion 4 and the release connecting rod portion 5. Elastically shifts in the direction of bending upward as the center.

The arrangement thing fixing | fixed part 6 is fixed to the center part of the upper surface 8 of the clip base part 2, and has the band penetration hole 6a. A bundling band (not shown) is passed through the band insertion hole 6a, and a long bundling object (not shown) such as a wire harness is fastened with the bundling band, thereby fixing the arrangement object.

Next, the attaching operation of the fixing clip 1 will be described. The clip base part 2 is a form for attachment, and a wiring object (not shown) such as a wire harness is fixed to the wiring object fixing part 6 on the clip base part 2 using a binding band (not shown). . Next, the locking part 3 side is inserted into the locking hole 11 of the fixed member 10 with the tip as a tip. Then, the plurality of locking arm pieces 3b come into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the locking hole 11, but when further inserted, the plurality of locking arm pieces 3b are inserted into the locking holes 11 while being elastically deformed. When completely inserted, the plurality of locking arm pieces 3b bend and return to their original state. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 1A, the plurality of locking arm pieces 3 b are locked so as not to come out of the locking holes 11 of the fixed member 10.

Further, when the fixing clip 1 is removed from the fixed member 10, as shown in FIG. 2, the fixing clip 1 is pressed from above the arrangement fixing part 6. As a result, the pressing force F1 acts on the central portion of the clip base portion 2 in the mounting form. Then, the peripheral portion 7 b of the lower surface 7 of the clip base portion 2 receives a reaction force F <b> 2 from the peripheral edge of the locking hole 11 of the fixed member 10. As shown in FIG. 3, the clip base portion 2 is changed from a mounting configuration to a releasing configuration by a pressing force F1 from the center of the upper surface 8 and a reaction force F2 to the peripheral portion 7b of the lower surface 7.

By changing the shape of the clip base portion 2, the central rod portion 4 is moved downward and the plurality of release connecting rod portions 5 are moved upward. Therefore, as shown by the arrows in FIG. 3, the central rod portion 4 is moved downward. In addition, the plurality of release connecting rod portions 5 press the locking portions 3 upward. Then, the locking portion 3 elastically shifts in the direction in which each locking arm piece 3b bends upward about the central portion 3a (c arrow direction), and the width dimension D1 of the locking portion 3 is the width of the locking hole 11. It becomes smaller than the dimension D2. Finally, as shown by the arrow in FIG. 1B, when the fixing clip 1 is pulled out, the locking portion 3 is pulled out from the locking hole 11 without pulling resistance, and the removal is completed.

As described above, the operation of removing the fixing clip 1 from the fixed member 10 can be easily performed without causing any damage. Further, unlike the conventional example, there is no need to provide a pushing hole in the clip base part or to arrange the upper end of the central rod part in the pushing hole, and in addition, the central rod part 4 and a plurality of releasing holes are provided. Since the connecting rod portion 5 serves both as a connecting function and a releasing function between the clip base portion 2 and the locking portion 3, the configuration is simple. As described above, it is possible to provide the fixing clip 1 that can be easily detached from the member 10 to be fixed without causing any damage and that has a simple configuration.

Further, the clip base portion 2 has an arc surface shape in which the lower surface 7 protrudes upward in the mounting form, and has an arc surface shape in which the lower surface 7 protrudes downward in the release form. In the state of being locked in the locking hole 11 of the fixed member 10, there is a possibility that the locking portion 3 cannot be visually observed because it is shielded by the fixed member 10, but the clip base portion 2 at the time of removal. Since the form change is a clear form change in which the shape of the upper and lower surfaces is turned over, the operator can easily recognize the state of the locking portion 3, so that the removal workability is good.

Furthermore, a routed object fixing portion 6 is provided at the center of the upper surface 8 of the clip base portion 2. When a routing object (not shown) is attached to the routing object fixing portion 6, if a pressing force is applied from above the routing object, the pressing force is applied to the center portion of the upper surface 8 of the clip base portion 2. Since it acts, the removal work of the fixing clip 1 can be performed even when the cable is attached, and the removal workability is good.

Since the fixing clip 1 is formed of a polyethylene (PE) resin material, there is an advantage that it is environmentally friendly.

In this embodiment, the clip base portion 2 is formed in a substantially dish shape, but can be changed into two forms of an attachment form and a release form by elastic deformation. In the form, any shape may be used as long as the position of the peripheral portion 7b of the lower surface 7 is shifted relative to the central portion 7a.
