Description

The present invention relates to a fitting in which a shoji is mounted on a frame body such as a sliding window or a single sliding window so as to be movable in an in-plane direction across an open position and a closed position.

Conventionally, in fittings such as sliding windows and single sliding windows, a door is attached to the lower arm of the shoji, and the door can be moved along the lower frame of the frame so that the shoji can be moved to the open and closed positions. It is movable in the in-plane direction.
For example, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, the lower arm of the shoji has a shape having a groove-shaped upper portion for attaching glass and a lower portion to which the door pulley is attached, and a case of the door pulley is attached to the lower portion. The wheel of the door wheel is rotatable along the lower rail of the lower frame of the frame.
No. 7-35079

In the conventional joinery described above, the lower arm of the shoji has an upper portion to which the glass is attached and a lower portion to which the door roller is attached, and the sum of the upper portion and the lower portion is the lower arm. . Note that the finding is a dimension in the vertical direction.
The finding of the lower part of the lower arm depends on the diameter of the wheel (roller) of the door wheel.
On the other hand, the load resistance of the door wheel is determined by the wheel diameter, and the door wheel having a large load resistance has a larger wheel diameter.

Since it is like this, in the case of the joinery where the weight of the shoji is large, since the door load having a large load resistance is attached, the lower arm is found.
As mentioned above, if the lower screen is found too much, the glass aperture (the vertical dimension between the upper and lower screens) will be smaller if the entire screen is found. There is.

An object of the present invention is to provide a fitting that can reduce the position of the lower arm of the shoji even when the weight of the shoji increases.

The present invention is a joinery in which a shoji holding a face material in a framed frame is movable in an in-plane direction over an open position and a closed position in a frame body,
Attach a door to the lower arm of the shoji,
The door wheel has a case attached to the lower arm, and a wheel attached in the case, and in contact with the lower frame of the frame body,
The lower rod includes a face material holding portion that holds the face material in an upper portion in the direction of finding, a door wheel attaching portion in which the case is attached to the lower portion in the direction of finding and the wheels protrude toward the lower frame side, It has a partition part for partitioning the face material holding part and the door pulley mounting part in the direction of finding,
The fitting is characterized in that the case is inserted into the partition part, protrudes into the face material holding part so as to face the face material, and is attached to the doorrest attaching part.

In the present invention, the lower edge of the shoji includes one vertical plate and the other vertical plate, and the connecting horizontal plate connects the one vertical plate and the other vertical plate to form an upward groove and a downward groove. And
The upward groove is the face material holding portion, the downward groove is the door roller mounting portion, the connecting horizontal plate is the partitioning portion, and an opening through which the case is inserted is formed in the connecting horizontal plate.
A face material is held in the upward groove,
The case has a mounting flange,
The upper part of the case may be inserted through the opening and protrude toward the upward groove, and the attachment flange may be attached to the lower surface of the connecting horizontal plate.
In this way, the door can be attached to the connecting horizontal plate by inserting the case through the opening from the downward groove and contacting the mounting flange to the lower surface of the connecting horizontal plate. Easy to install.

In the present invention, the lower end surface of the face material is supported in contact with a setting block placed on the upward groove side of the connecting horizontal plate,
A cushioning material can be attached to the upper surface of the case so as to face the lower end surface of the face material.
In this way, the lower end surface of the face material does not come into contact with the case and is not damaged.

In the present invention, a setting block having a portion in contact with the connecting horizontal plate and a portion in contact with the upper surface of the case is placed on the upward groove side of the connecting horizontal plate,
The lower end surface of the face material may be in contact with a portion in contact with the upper surface of the case.
In this way, the lower end surface of the face material does not interfere with the top surface of the door case.
In addition, a promising face material can be stably supported.

In the present invention, a setting block can be placed on the upper surface of the case, and the lower end surface of the face material can be in contact with the setting block.
In this way, the lower end surface of the face material does not interfere with the door case.

According to the present invention, since the face material holding portion of the lower arm is used as a mounting space for the door roller, even when a door wheel having a wheel with a large diameter is mounted, the lower arm can be found less.
Therefore, even if the weight of the shoji becomes large, the finding of the lower arm of the shoji can be made small.

As shown in FIG. 1, a shoji 2 is a fitting that is mounted in a frame 1 so as to be movable in an in-plane direction across an open position and a closed position.
The frame 1 has an upper frame 10, a lower frame 11, and left and right vertical frames 12 connected in a square shape.
In the shoji 2, a glass 23 as a face material is held in a casing in which an upper rod 20, a lower rod 21, and left and right vertical rods 22 are assembled into a square shape.
A door 3 is attached to the lower arm 21 of the shoji 2.

As shown in FIG. 2, the door pulley 3 has wheels 31 attached to a case 30 in a freely rotatable manner.
The case 30 is attached to the lower rod 21, and its wheels 31 are in contact with the lower rail 11 a of the lower frame 11 so as to be freely rotatable.
In FIG. 1, one side in the in-plane direction of the frame body 1 is a fitting and killing portion 4, which is an externally movable piece pulling window.
However, the present invention is not limited to this, and an internal sliding window, a sliding window, a three-storied window, and the like may be used.

Next, attachment of the door pulley 3 will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the lower arm 21 partitions the face material holding part 21 a in the upper part in the direction in which the glass 23 is held, and the door mounting part 21 b in the lower part in the direction in which the door 3 is attached. The sum of the finding of the face material holding part 21a, the finding of the door roller mounting part 21b, and the finding of the partition part 21c is above and below the part 21c. Finding is the vertical dimension.
The glass 23 is mounted on the upper side of the face material holding portion 21 a of the lower eyelid 21.
The door roller 3 is closer to the door wheel mounting portion 21b of the lower rod 21, and the upper portion of the case 30 is closer to the lower side of the surface material holding portion 21a of the lower rod 21 than the partition portion 21c that partitions the surface material holding portion 21a and the door wheel mounting portion 21b. It is attached to protrude.

Thus, since the lower side of the face material holding portion 21a of the lower rod 21 is used as a mounting space for the door wheel 3, even if the door wheel 3 having the wheels 31 having a large diameter is mounted, Findings can be made smaller.
Therefore, when the shoji 2 is heavy and the door load 3 having a large load resistance is attached, the lower lid 21 can be found less.

Next, attachment of the door pulley 3 will be described in detail.
The lower collar 21 has one longitudinal plate 40 on one side in the out-of-plane direction, the other longitudinal plate 41 on the other side in the out-of-plane direction, and the out-of-plane direction connecting the one longitudinal plate 40 and the other longitudinal plate 41. The connecting horizontal plate 42 is provided with an upward groove 43 and a downward groove 44.
The upward groove 43 is the above-described face material holding portion 21a, and the downward groove 44 is the above-described door-car attaching portion 21b.
The connecting horizontal plate 42 is a partition portion 21c that partitions the face material holding portion 21a and the doorrest mounting portion 21b, and an opening 45 is formed in the connecting horizontal plate 42.

The glass 23 is mounted near the upper part in the upward groove 43, and a lower end surface 23 a of the glass 23 is in contact with the connecting horizontal plate 42 via the setting block 24, and the weight of the glass 23 is connected via the setting block 24 to the connecting horizontal plate 42. I support it.
The setting block 24 is provided at a position different from the opening 45 in the in-plane direction.

The case 30 of the door pulley 3 is sized to be inserted into the opening 45 and has mounting flanges 30a at both ends in the in-plane direction.
Then, the case 30 is inserted through the downward groove 44 of the lower collar 21 and inserted into the opening 45, and the mounting flange 30 a is attached to the lower surface of the connecting horizontal plate 42 and fixed with screws 32.
Since it is like this, the door pulley 3 can be easily attached to the lower arm 21.

The cushioning material 33 is provided on the upper surface 30b of the case 30 of the door pulley 3, and the gap is provided so as not to contact the lower end surface 23a of the glass 23 so as to face each other.
Thus, the lower end surface 23a of the glass 23 does not come into contact with the case 30 and is not damaged.

In the above-described embodiment, the position of the door wheel 3 and the setting block 24 is shifted in the in-plane direction, but the door wheel 3 and the setting block 24 may be set to the same position in the in-plane direction.
For example, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the setting block 24 has a vertical shape with a vertical piece 24 a and a horizontal piece 24 b, and the vertical piece 24 a is separated from the opening 45 in the connecting horizontal plate 42 in the out-of-plane direction. The vertical piece 24a is in contact with the position, and the horizontal piece 24b is in contact with the upper surface 30b of the case 30, and the horizontal piece 24b is in contact with the upper surface of the case. The lower end surface 23a is placed.
In this way, the lower end surface 23 a of the glass 23 does not contact the upper surface 30 b of the case 30.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, a setting block 24 may be placed on the upper surface 30 b of the case 30 of the door pulley 3, and the lower end surface 23 a of the glass 23 may be in contact with the setting block 24.
That is, since the expected size (that is, the out-of-plane direction) of the glass 23 is smaller than the expected size (that is, the out-of-plane direction) of the case 30 of the door wheel 3, the setting block 24 is placed on the upper surface 30 b of the case 30. The glass 23 can be stably supported by the case 30 by contacting the lower end surface 23 a of the glass 23 to the setting block 24.
For example, when the glass 23 is a single plate glass, it can be as described above.

On the other hand, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, since the prospect of the glass 23 is larger than the prospect of the case 30 of the door pulley 3, the setting block 24 is formed into a bowl shape with the vertical piece 24a and the horizontal piece 24b. The vertical piece 24 a is in contact with the connecting horizontal plate 42, the horizontal piece 24 b is in contact with the upper surface 30 b of the case 30, and the lower piece 23 a of the glass 23 is in contact with the horizontal piece 24 b so as to be stably supported.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the door pulley 3 used in the present invention includes a case 30 having an outer case 34 and an inner case 35, two wheels 31 are attached to the inner case 35, and the adjusting screw 36 is rotated. Thus, the inner case 35 moves up and down with respect to the outer case 34 so that the height of the wheel 31 can be adjusted.
In this case, if the adjustment screw 36 is positioned in the upward groove 43 and the adjustment screw 36 may be rotated by the driver, the driver may come into contact with the glass 23. A screwdriver guide member is provided, and a screwdriver is inserted through a hole in the screwdriver guide member to rotate the adjustment screw 36.

The door wheel 3 may have one wheel 31 or may not be capable of adjusting the height of the wheel 31.

In each of the above-described embodiments, the mounting flange 30a of the case 30 of the door pulley 3 is in contact with the lower surface of the connecting horizontal plate 42 and fixed with screws 32, and the case 30 is attached to the lower collar 21. This is not a limitation.
For example, the attachment flange 30a of the case 30 may be attached to the connecting horizontal plate 42 by snap-in, or may be fixed by using a double-sided tape or an adhesive. Further, the case 30 may be fixedly attached to the one side vertical plate 41 and the other side vertical plate 42 of the lower collar 21 with screws.

In each of the above-described embodiments, the door pulley mounting portion 21b of the lower rod 21 has a groove shape (downward groove 44), but is not limited thereto.
For example, the lower rod 21 has a shape having a reinforcing connecting horizontal plate that connects portions of the one-side vertical plate 41 and the other-side vertical plate 42 that form the door roller mounting portion 21b.
In this case, an opening through which the case 30 of the door pulley 3 is inserted is formed in the reinforcing connecting horizontal plate.
