Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a water-soluble woven fabric or knitted fabric, a method for producing the same, and a water-soluble yarn. More specifically, the present invention relates to a time until the yarn, woven fabric or knitted fabric is dissolved in water while ensuring water solubility. It relates to what can be made extremely long.
Yarns constituting woven fabrics and knitted fabrics are made of natural fibers and synthetic fibers, but are usually water-insoluble, which are not normally soluble in water. Therefore, woven fabrics or knitted fabrics themselves are also water-insoluble. It is common to be done.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H10-228561 discloses a product that has improved washing resistance and the like by twisting a linear Japanese paper and forming a garment using a yarn to which molten wax is attached. The yarn and clothes described in
Patent Documents 6 and 7 disclose a fiber impregnated with a soap solution or the like.
Patent Document 8 discloses a paper base for paper yarn that can prevent occurrence of a paper-cutting trouble at the time of slit processing and that is mainly composed of natural fibers with good formation.
If the woven fabric or the knitted fabric can be dissolved in water after being used for an appropriate period, disposal such as incineration becomes unnecessary, which is preferable in terms of carbon dioxide reduction. In particular, it is preferable from the viewpoint of effective utilization of natural resources to form a woven fabric or knitted fabric using yarn made of paper made of natural ingredients. In addition, the fabric or knitted fabric is further dissolved in water after use and disposed of. If possible, it will be extremely preferable.
The present invention has been made in view of the circumstances as described above, and its purpose is to ensure a water-soluble woven fabric or knitted fabric that can be made extremely long to dissolve in water, and its It is to provide a production method and a water-soluble yarn.
In order to achieve the above object, the following solution is adopted in the method for producing a water-soluble woven fabric or knitted fabric in the present invention. That is, as described in
A first step of rolling up an elongated water-soluble paper piece to form a twisted fine thread;
A second step in which a plurality of the fine yarns are combined and rolled up to form one strong twisted thick yarn;
A third step of forming a woven or knitted fabric using the thick yarn;
It is supposed to be equipped with.
According to the above solution, the woven fabric or the knitted fabric is dissolved in water by being immersed in water after use. For this reason, it is not necessary to incinerate the used woven or knitted fabric. In addition, although water-soluble paper is used, the water-soluble paper is made into a strand-like fine yarn, and a plurality of the fine yarns are put into a strand-like thick yarn, and a woven fabric or a knitted fabric is formed using the thick yarn. Therefore, the time required for the woven fabric or the knitted fabric to dissolve in water becomes extremely long, and it can withstand use such as a towel or the like that is in contact with a large amount of water. In addition, the obtained woven fabric or knitted fabric has strength, flexibility and elasticity, and can be used for a wide range of uses as woven fabric or knitted fabric.
Preferred embodiments based on the above solution are as described in
The raising in at least one of the first step and the second step is performed while spraying water vapor (corresponding to claim 2). In this case, it is possible to reduce the tensile force and twisting force applied when winding up in a twisted shape, which is preferable in preventing the situation where the yarn is inadvertently cut during winding. Become. And after the completion of the lifting, the attached water (water vapor) evaporates easily and quickly from the yarn, preventing the situation where the water vapor given during the lifting is left in the yarn for a long time. Will be. In order to prevent the yarn from being cut, for example, it is possible to apply industrial oil, but in this case, it is not preferable because the yarn contains the industrial oil semipermanently. It becomes. In addition, when water is simply applied, a large amount of water adheres and the water-soluble paper is dissolved.
As the water-soluble paper piece, one that is pre-impregnated with at least one of soap, a fragrance, a bactericidal / antibacterial agent, and a natural dye is used (corresponding to claim 3). In this case, the functionality associated with the pre-impregnated material can be imparted to the woven or knitted fabric.
After the third step, the method further comprises a fourth step of folding back the outer peripheral edge of the woven fabric or knitted fabric and sewing the folded portion with a water-soluble thread. ). In this case, it is preferable to prevent the outer peripheral edge of the woven or knitted fabric from fraying or dissolving in water at an early stage.
After the three steps, the method further comprises a fourth step of crimping the outer peripheral edge of the woven fabric or knitted fabric with a press machine (corresponding to claim 5). In this case, it is possible to prevent the outer peripheral edge of the woven fabric or the knitted fabric from fraying or being dissolved in water at an early stage by a method simpler than sewing such as crimping.
In order to achieve the above object, the following solution is adopted for the water-soluble woven fabric or knitted fabric in the present invention. That is, as described in claim 6 in the claims,
The yarn forming the woven or knitted fabric is a twisted thick yarn that is rolled up by combining a plurality of fine yarns,
The thin thread is in the form of a twisted up water-soluble paper strip,
It is like that. In this case, it is possible to provide a water-soluble woven fabric or knitted fabric having the effect corresponding to the first aspect.
Preferred embodiments based on the above solution are as set forth in claims 7 and 8 in the claims. That is,
The water-soluble fabric or knitted fabric is a water-soluble towel made of fabric,
The outer peripheral edge of the towel is folded, and the folded portion is sewn with a water-soluble thread.
(Corresponding to claim 7). In this case, fraying of the outer peripheral edge of the towel can be prevented, and a towel that is often immersed in a large amount of water is preferable in preventing a situation where the towel is quickly dissolved from the outer peripheral edge, for example, What is suitable as a disposable towel provided at a hotel or the like is provided.
The water-soluble fabric or knitted fabric is a water-soluble towel made of fabric,
The outer peripheral edge of the towel is crimped,
This is done (corresponding to claim 8). In this case, the same effect as in the case of claim 7 can be obtained by a simple technique called crimping.
In order to achieve the above object, the following solution is adopted for the water-soluble yarn in the present invention. That is, as described in claim 9 in the claims,
It is said to be a coyori-like thick thread that is rolled up by combining multiple thin threads,
The thin thread is in the form of a twisted up water-soluble paper strip,
It is like that. In this case, it is possible to provide a yarn capable of extremely increasing the time until it is dissolved in water while ensuring water solubility.
According to the present invention, it is possible to extremely increase the time until dissolution in water while ensuring water solubility. As a result, the applicable range of water-soluble paper can be expanded to a wider range than before, and it can be applied to various types of fabrics and knitting. It can be performed.
FIG. 1 shows a water-
FIG. 2 shows a water-
By twisting up the water-
An example of the
The
After the use of the
FIG. 6 is a flowchart showing an example of a manufacturing process for obtaining the
First, in step S1, water-soluble paper is impregnated with at least one of soap solution, fragrance, and bactericidal / antibacterial agent in advance, and then dried to obtain dry water-soluble paper (water-
In step S2, the dry water-
In step S4, a single robust
Here, at the time of raising in step S4 or step S3, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, it is performed while spraying water vapor (steam). This is preferable in preventing a situation where the cut is caused. In FIG. 3, water vapor is sprayed around and around the start of scooping. Further, in FIG. 4, steam (steam) is sprayed from the
In addition, it is possible to prevent cutting at the time of rolling-up by adding, for example, industrial oil instead of water vapor. However, in this case, the
The point which the
The water-
The width of the water-

FIG. 9 shows another example in which the outer peripheral edge portion of the
As processing of the outer peripheral edge of the towel 50 (which may or may not be the folded portion 51), in addition to the cases shown in FIGS. 7 to 9, the paste with natural components (for example, cellulose, starch, etc.) Crimping may be performed. The processing of the outer peripheral edge as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the crimping process by the
