Description

The present invention relates to the creation of a diary, a schedule, and the like in a form in which a future plan over many years can be entered in one booklet.

Conventionally, diaries and the like sold at bookstores have been mainly one-year units, and recently, diaries and the like for 2-3 years have begun to be sold. Furthermore, according to the documents of the prior application, there is a tendency to change from the conventional single-year format to the multi-year format as disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-203052, and it is becoming mainstream.

The contents of the prior document “Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-203052” will be described below as an example of the prior art. As an object of the invention, it is a great merit to use one event record that occurred in a familiar past year as a reference material when a similar or similar event occurs thereafter.

10, 11, 12, 13, and 14, the contents of “JP-A-10-203052” will be described. Three single-year diaries (2) are inserted into the holder (1) in order of year. If the new year diary (4) is inserted from the bottom of the holder (1) when the year is new, the old single year diary (3) that has been completed will be pushed out from the top of the holder (1) It is. As a result, the single year diary (2) for three years is continuously inserted into the holder (1) without interruption.

Whether the single-year diary (2) can be called a multi-year diary depends on the size of the description space and how many years of the single-year diary (2) can be held by one holder (1). It can be said that it is a multi-year diary or not. If it is continuous recording for only 3 to 4 years, it is difficult to say that it is a multi-year record which is a continuous long-term recording, which has been requested, and it is just a short-term continuous record.

The present invention cannot achieve the purpose of the original continuous long-term recording in the conventional multi-year record as described above, and is intended for further long continuous period, and is a basic setting (* Because it is a multi-year record, The number of years that can be stored in one book may be any number of years, but usually 10 years of record storage is considered as the unit of one book, and this is the basic setting.) 10 blocks of recording paper (* One block for one year) is continuously stored in the cover (14), and the record for 10 years is made into one long-term record book. Thereafter, one new block is additionally stored every year, and the oldest one block recorded in the past is removed and stored separately. By repeating this, the basic setting of one long-term record book is constantly renewed.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention uses the following means.
Recording sheets in a recording format (size of about A-4) for distributed recording on multiple sheets (the number of sheets described on the order of 50 to 100 pages) for each day of the year are aligned vertically and horizontally. And overlap. In order to form the block (15) by binding the overlapped recording paper, a hard “U” having a length equal to the entire length of one side of the recording paper at the clamping position (position where the binding tool (7) contacts). It is clamped by a binding tool (7) having a shape and a screw (16).

One end (upper end) of the binding tool (7) is provided with a hook portion (8) for locking the upper part of the block (15) to the cover upper clip (1), and the binding tool (7) The lower end of the cover (9) is fixed to the other end (lower end), and the lower part of the block (15) is locked to the lower cover inserter (2). When the pressing ring (9) is pressed against the tool (2), the lower cover insertion tool (2) is fitted inside the pressing ring (9).

Separately, a rectangular plate made of cardboard and similar vinyl, fiber, synthetic resin, wood, metal, etc. is folded into a U-shape to create a cover (14), and the valley fold side (folded inside) The left surface viewed from the open position is the cover surface portion (3), the right surface is the cover back surface portion (4), and the center surface is the cover back surface portion (5).

The hook portion (8) is locked to a cover upper clip (1) in which a bar-shaped hardwood is horizontally fixed to the inner upper edge of the cover back surface (5). At the time of locking, a tension is temporarily applied in the direction of the lower cover insertion tool (2) so that there is no gap or looseness between the hook portion (8) and the bar-shaped hard hook of the upper cover clip (1). deep.

Similarly to the above-mentioned cover upper part fastener (1), a cover lower insert (2) made of a hard material having a horizontal width of the cover rear part (5) is attached to the inner lower edge of the cover rear part (5). Fix it. When the pressing ring (9) fixed to the binding tool (7) is pressed against the cover lower inserter (2), the rod-shaped hard ring as the cover lower inserter (2) is pressed against the press ring (9). It fits into the inside from a part of the notch. The meaning of “temporarily apply tension in the direction of the lower insertion tool (2)” described in the previous paragraph means that the lower cover insertion tool (2) and the press ring (9) can be reliably engaged. Refers to preparatory work.

As described above, in order to store the 10 blocks (15) which are the basic settings in the cover (14) by the cover upper clip (1) and the cover lower insertion tool (2), The width of (5) must be the length corresponding to it, and consider the thickness of one block (15), etc., and consider the thickness of one multi-year diary so that it is convenient for carrying. To decide.

It is assumed that the number of entries will be only a few records per year for a long period of more than 11 years. Therefore, it is not necessary to prepare one year of recording paper in one block (15) for the description items beyond 11 years, and it is reasonable to jointly store recording paper for a plurality of years. When there are many items for one year and one single block is required, or when the year is within 10 years, the block (15) may be stored in the cover (14).

For the purpose of displaying by year, a tag or the like is attached to each block stored and held in the cover (14).

In the present invention, the content recorded in one multi-year record increases continuously as it changes from one year to the next, and plans and plans for the future are based on this year's schedule. Was invented as an effective record to ensure that the Therefore, it is very effective for the following events.

Each anniversary after marriage begins with the first anniversary of the paper wedding and starts with the 75th anniversary of the platinum wedding. If the present invention is used, the description items over 10 years are continuously recorded in a simplified manner, so that all 75 blocks are not required and can be covered in one multi-year record.

It is also effective for business. For example, documents that are necessary even after 10 years, 20 years, and 30 years after construction, such as documents related to house construction, are obligated to be stored for a long period of time, and become basic materials for countdown.

In addition, in the case of patent registration, it is necessary to record the date of expiration of the rights 20 years ahead, but the date of transfer at the time of patent registration is not to forget the applicable date when the pension is engraved many times. It is effective to prevent failure of loss of rights.

The multi-year record book of the present invention does not always carry enormous records 20 or 30 years ahead in the state of being carried or close to it, but can be simply retained as a single record book.

Blocks for years that have become older can be used as historical records if they are stored and managed as individual, family, or business memorial notes.

Conventionally and even now, most documents such as various record books are described in personal computers, copies, prints, and the like. As a technique for that purpose, a method of creating a record using various functions is used. Using such a current system, it is very efficient to create diagrams, letters, tables, etc., and the finish is perfect, and it is a civilization instrument. It can be said that they are fully active.

However, in any technology field, technological progress is progressing steadily, and today's latest technology has become obsolete tomorrow, and it has been a devastating result that has just hindered new technological progress. Examples are enumerated, starting with examples in the communications technology field.
In other words, it is necessary to consider risks without relying on 100% new technology.

Although the present invention seems to be a retrograde trend of modern technological innovation, it recognizes the fact that the transmission method by letters etc. was a handwriting method by ink brush that has been reliably transmitted for hundreds of years in the past. Since the purpose is to continue to create a multi-year record based mainly on the description of the handwriting method, the industrial applicability is considered sufficient.
