Description

The present invention relates to a fishing spinning reel provided with a line drop prevention member that prevents a fishing line from entering a rotor during a fishing operation.

As is well known in the art, a fishing spinning reel (hereinafter referred to as “spinning reel”) has a semi-annular veil at the tip of a pair of support arms provided on a rotor and a fishing line winding position via a pair of support members. A fishing line guide portion (line roller) for reversibly attaching to the fishing line discharge position and guiding the fishing line to the spool is mounted on one support member. When the bale is tilted to the fishing line discharge position and cast, the fishing line wound on the spool is unwound in a spiral shape and fed forward, and when the bale is reversed to the fishing line winding position as the handle is wound, Is guided from the bail to the fishing line guide, and the fishing line is wound around a spool that reciprocates in the front-rear direction in conjunction with the rotation of the rotor.

The spool includes a fishing line winding body portion for winding the fishing line, a front flange portion (front side flange portion) that is provided in front of the fishing line and is larger than the outer diameter of the fishing line winding body portion, and a fishing line winding body portion. It is comprised with the cylindrical skirt part (rear side collar part) provided in back.

By the way, in order to improve fishing operability, especially in a long throw spinning reel, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, it is possible to prevent the fishing line from dropping from the skirt portion and 2. Description of the Related Art A thread drop prevention member that prevents a fishing line from entering the inside of a spool is known.

FIGS. 23 and 24 show the thread drop prevention member and a spinning reel on which the thread drop prevention member is mounted. The thread fall prevention member 1 is supported by the spool shaft 3 so as to be rotatable and reciprocating in the longitudinal direction of the reel body 15 together with the spool 5. A ring-shaped base portion 7, a plurality of joint frames 9 extending radially outward from the base portion 7, and a first annular portion 11 connected to the other end of the joint frame 9. The second annular portion 13 positioned radially outward from the first annular portion 11 and the outer periphery of the second annular portion 13 projecting radially outward on the reel body 15 side are provided on the support arm 19 of the rotor 17. It is comprised by the engagement protrusion 23 engaged with the provided engagement groove | channel 21, and the base 7, the 1st annular part 11, and the 2nd annular part 13 have the same central axis.

As shown in FIG. 23, in the thread drop prevention member 1, the first annular portion 11 is disposed at a slight distance from the inner periphery of the skirt portion 25 of the spool 5, and the second annular portion 13 is disposed on the skirt portion 25. It is arranged on the reel body 15 side from the rear end edge, and the outer periphery of the second annular portion 13 is arranged substantially flush with the outer periphery of the skirt portion 25.

Thus, with this configuration, the engagement protrusion 23 prevents the fishing line from dropping into the rotor 17, and the outer periphery of the second annular portion 13 is disposed substantially flush with the outer periphery of the skirt portion 25. This prevents the fishing line from dropping from the rear end of the skirt portion 25 into the spool 5.

However, the thread drop prevention member 1 is structured to move back and forth with the spool 5 along the engagement groove 21 while interlocking with the rotation of the rotor 17. Due to the degree of play and the assembly play in the front-rear direction and the like, rattling occurs during the back-and-forth movement, and as a result, every time the engaging projection 23 collides with the inner periphery of the engaging groove 21, there is a possibility that an abnormal noise is generated. .

Therefore, in order to solve such a problem, in Patent Document 2, as shown in FIG. 25, an annular mounting groove 27 is provided on the outer periphery of the engaging protrusion 23, and an O-ring 29 is mounted in the mounting groove 27. A thread drop prevention member 1-1 has been proposed. A slight gap is formed between the O-ring 29 and the inner periphery of the engagement groove 21 so as not to hinder the back-and-forth movement of the thread drop prevention member 1-1.
Japanese Patent No. 3761490 JP 2004-208571 A

Thus, by mounting the O-ring 29 on the outer periphery of the engagement protrusion 23 in this way, the engagement protrusion 23 is directly on the inner periphery of the engagement groove 21 when the thread drop prevention member 1-1 moves back and forth. There is no collision.

However, even if the O-ring 29 is mounted on the outer periphery of the engagement protrusion 23 in this manner, the engagement play between the engagement groove 21 and the engagement protrusion 23, the assembly play in the front-rear direction, etc. The backlash of the thread drop prevention member 1-1 due to the influence still cannot be prevented, and therefore, indirectly through the O-ring 29 with the engagement groove 21 when the thread drop prevention member 1-1 moves back and forth. The actual situation is that it is still impossible to prevent the collision and the generation of slight noise due to the collision.

The present invention has been devised in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a spinning reel that eliminates rattling of a thread drop prevention member that moves back and forth with a spool in conjunction with the rotation of a rotor.

In order to achieve such an object, the invention according to claim 1 includes a rotor composed of a pair of support arms and a cylindrical portion for supporting a support member having a fishing line guide portion, and a front and rear of a fishing line winding body portion. A spool having a front flange portion and a cylindrical skirt portion, reciprocating in the front-rear direction of the reel body in conjunction with the rotation of the rotor, and being rotatable in a spool shaft mounted in the spool and supporting the spool; A spinning reel that is reciprocally mounted with a spool, is engaged with a support arm of the rotor so as to be integrally rotatable and movable back and forth, and includes a thread drop prevention member having an annular portion on the rear side of the skirt portion. The annular portion of the yarn drop prevention member is formed with a wind pressure resistance portion that applies a force in the direction opposite to the rotation direction to the yarn drop prevention member due to the wind pressure when rotating in conjunction with the rotor rotation. The features.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the spinning reel according to the first aspect, the wind pressure resistance portion causes a force in the direction opposite to the rotation direction and the axial direction to act on the yarn drop prevention member. Features.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, during the rotation of the yarn drop prevention member that rotates in conjunction with the rotor rotation, the yarn drop prevention member is pressed against the support arm of the rotor by the wind pressure, and play due to play is eliminated. Since there is no short-term collision between the thread drop prevention member and the yarn drop prevention member, it is possible to prevent rotational noise generated due to the backlash of the thread drop prevention member.

In addition, the pushing force of the thread drop prevention member against the support arm due to the wind pressure increases according to the rotational speed of the rotor. It has the advantage that it can be rotated.

According to the second aspect of the invention, the wind pressure resistance portion causes the axial force to act on the yarn drop prevention member in addition to the force in the direction opposite to the rotation direction. The backlash in the front-rear direction is further suppressed, and it is possible to more reliably prevent the abnormal rotation generated from the backlash of the yarn drop prevention member.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

1 to 6 show a spinning reel according to the first embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 31 denotes a hollow rotating shaft cylinder rotatably supported by a front portion of a reel body 35 via a bearing 33. The rotor 37 is fixed to the tip of the flyer shaft with a nut 39.

Then, a drive gear 47 that is non-rotatably fitted to the handle shaft 45 of the handle 43 is meshed with a pinion 41 provided on the outer periphery of the rear end side of the rotary shaft cylinder 31, and a rotation operation (winding operation) of the handle 43 is engaged. Is transmitted from the drive gear 47 and the pinion 41 to the rotary shaft 31 so that the rotor 37 rotates in the direction of winding the fishing line.

A pair of support arms 49 are integrally extended forward at the base of the rotor 37 formed in a cylindrical shape, and the pair of support members 51 are connected to the fishing line winding position at the tips of both support arms 49. It is reversibly attached to the fishing line discharge position. A semi-annular bail 53 is attached between the two support members 51, and a line roller (fishing line guide portion) 55 is rotatably attached to one bail support member 51.

In the figure, reference numeral 57 denotes a spool shaft that is inserted into the rotary shaft cylinder 31 and supported so as to be slidable in the front-rear direction of the reel body 35. A spool 59 is provided on the rotor-side protruding end of the spool shaft 57 via a drag knob 61. A slider 65 of a known traverse mechanism (spool reciprocating device) 63 is connected to the rear end side of the spool shaft 57.

Thus, the spool 59 includes a fishing line winding body portion 67 for winding the fishing line, a front flange portion 69 provided in front of the fishing line winding body portion 67 and having a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the fishing line winding body portion 67, and a fishing line winding body. The outer peripheral surface of the skirt portion 71 is opposed to the inner periphery of the support arm 49.

Then, as before, when the bale 53 is tilted to the fishing line discharge position and the device is cast, the fishing line wound around the fishing line winding body 67 is drawn out in a spiral shape, and the bale 53 is moved to the fishing line winding position side. When the handle 43 is wound up and the handle 43 is wound up, the fishing line is wound around the spool 59 (fishing line winding body 67) reciprocated in the front-rear direction by the traverse mechanism 63 in conjunction with the rotation of the rotor 37 via the line roller 55. It has come to be.

Further, a known reverse rotation prevention mechanism 75 using a one-way clutch 73 for preventing reverse rotation of the handle 43 during casting or fishing line winding operation is mounted on the outer periphery of the substantially intermediate portion of the rotary shaft 31. The switching lever 77 of the reverse rotation prevention mechanism 75 is mounted on the rear side of the reel body 35.

Similarly to the conventional example shown in FIG. 23, the spinning reel 79 according to this embodiment is also provided with a thread drop prevention member 81 in the spool 59 for preventing the fishing line from entering the rotor 37 in addition to the above-described configuration. Has been.

Similar to the thread drop prevention member 1 of FIG. 24, the thread drop prevention member 81 is integrally formed of a synthetic resin such as ABS or PPS, or a metal such as aluminum, and can rotate on the spool shaft 57 as shown in FIGS. A ring-shaped base 83 supported so as to be able to reciprocate in the front-rear direction of the reel body 35 together with the spool shaft 57, three joint frames 85 extending radially outward and rearward from the base 83, and a joint A first annular portion 87 continuously provided on the other end side of the frame 85, a second annular portion 89 located radially outwardly behind the first annular portion 87, and a second annular portion 89 A pair of engaging projections 93 projecting outward in the radial direction and engaging with an engaging groove 91 provided on the inner periphery of the support arm 49 of the rotor 37. The base 83, the first annular portion 87, and the second annular portion 89 have the same central axis. The engaging groove 91 is formed in the front-rear direction of the reel body 35.

As shown in FIG. 2, the thread drop prevention member 81 has a first annular portion 87 disposed opposite to the inner peripheral surface of the skirt portion 71 of the spool 59 with a slight gap inward in the radial direction. The annular portion 89 is disposed on the reel body 35 side from the rear end edge of the skirt portion 71, and the outer periphery of the second annular portion 89 is disposed substantially flush with the outer periphery of the skirt portion 71.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 6, in this embodiment, a plurality of concave bag holes (wind pressure resistance portions) 95 having a circular shape in front view are provided at equal intervals in the circumferential direction on the outer periphery of the second annular portion 89. As shown in FIG. 6, when the yarn drop prevention member 81 rotates in the same direction in conjunction with the rotation of the rotor 37 in the direction of the arrow, the wind pressure F at the rotation of each bag hole 95 facing the rotation direction When hitting the inner circumference, the air pressure F causes each bag hole 95 to apply a force in the direction opposite to the rotational direction to the thread drop prevention member 81.

Since the present embodiment is configured as described above, the thread drop prevention member 81 rotates with the rotor 37 along with the winding operation of the handle 43, and along with the spool 59 along the engagement groove 91 in the front-rear direction. Reciprocates.

Since the outer periphery of the second annular portion 89 of the thread drop prevention member 81 is disposed substantially flush with the outer periphery of the skirt portion 71, the fishing line is not dropped from the rear end of the skirt portion 71 into the spool 59. The two annular portions 89 prevent the fishing line from dropping into the rotor 37 by the engaging projections 93. In the present embodiment, the outer periphery of the second annular portion 89 of the thread dropping prevention member 81 is Since the plurality of bag holes 95 are provided in the circumferential direction to apply a force in the direction opposite to the rotation direction to the thread drop prevention member 81 by the wind pressure F during rotation, the thread drop prevention member 81 rotates as shown in FIG. In the middle, the engagement protrusion 93 is pressed against one side surface of the engagement groove 91 by the wind pressure F, and there is no play due to play.

Further, the pressing force of the engagement protrusion 93 against the side surface of the engagement groove 91 due to the wind pressure F increases in accordance with the rotational speed of the thread drop prevention member 81, that is, the rotational speed of the rotor 37. The handle 43 does not become heavy at the beginning or in the low rotation region.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, the engagement protrusion 93 is pressed against one side surface of the engagement groove 91 by the wind pressure F during the rotation of the yarn drop prevention member 81 that rotates in conjunction with the rotation of the rotor 37. Since there is no backlash due to the contact and there is no small collision between the engagement protrusion 93 and the engagement groove 91, it is possible to prevent rotational noise generated due to backlash of the thread drop prevention member 81.

Further, as described above, the pressing force of the engagement protrusion 93 against the side surface of the engagement groove 91 due to the wind pressure F increases according to the rotation speed of the rotor 37. There is an advantage that the handle 43 does not become heavy and the handle 43 can be smoothly rotated.

Then, the O-ring 29 of FIG. 25 may be attached to the outer periphery of the engagement protrusion 93. According to such an embodiment, rotational noise is more reliably prevented by the elastic force of the O-ring 29. be able to.

Furthermore, instead of the engagement groove 91 and the engagement protrusion 93, an engagement protrusion may be provided on the rotor side, and an engagement groove with which the engagement protrusion engages may be provided on the thread drop prevention member side. As with the above-described embodiment, it is possible to achieve the intended purpose.

In the embodiment, a plurality of concave bag holes 95 having a circular shape in front view are provided in the circumferential direction on the outer periphery of the second annular portion 89 as the wind pressure resistance portion, but the wind pressure resistance portion provided in the second annular portion 89 is provided. The shape and number are not limited to the above-described embodiment, and for example, those shown in FIGS. 7 to 16 may be used.

7 and 8 show a wind pressure resistance portion provided in a yarn reeling prevention member of a spinning reel according to the second embodiment of the first aspect. As shown in the figure, this embodiment replaces the bag hole 95 with a second one. A plurality of through holes 97 having a circular shape when viewed from the front are provided in the circumferential direction on the outer periphery of the annular portion 89, and these are used as wind pressure resistance portions.

FIGS. 9 and 10 show a wind pressure resistance portion provided on a yarn dropping prevention member of a spinning reel according to the third embodiment of claim 1. In this embodiment, the reel main body 35 is arranged on the outer periphery of the second annular portion 89. A plurality of rectilinear recesses 99 in the front-rear direction are provided in the circumferential direction across the rear chamfered portion 101 to form a wind pressure resistance portion.

11 and 12 show a wind pressure resistance portion provided in a yarn reeling prevention member of a spinning reel according to the fourth embodiment of the first aspect. In this embodiment, the reel main body is moved from the chamfered portion 101 behind the second annular portion 89. A plurality of through holes 103 are provided in the circumferential direction in the front-rear direction of 35, and this is used as a wind pressure resistance portion.

Thus, also in these embodiments, the wind pressure F during rotation opposes the rotation direction during the rotation of the yarn drop prevention members 81-1, 81-2, 81-3 that rotate in conjunction with the rotation of the rotor 37. The through holes 97, the recesses 99, and the through holes 103 that hit the inner periphery of the through holes 97, the wind pressure F cause the through holes 97, the recesses 99, and the through holes 103 to apply a force in the direction opposite to the rotation direction to the yarn drop prevention member 81-1, Since the engaging protrusion 93 is pressed against one side surface of the engaging groove 91 to act on 81-2 and 81-3, the play due to play is eliminated, and the rotation error caused by the backlash of the thread drop prevention member 81 is eliminated. Sound can be prevented.

Further, as described above, the pressing force of the engagement protrusion 93 against the side surface of the engagement groove 91 due to the wind pressure F increases according to the rotational speed of the rotor 37. The handle 43 does not become heavy at the beginning of winding due to the low rotation region, and there is an advantage that the handle 43 can be smoothly rotated.

FIGS. 13 and 14 show wind pressure resistance portions provided in the yarn dropping prevention member of the spinning reel according to the first embodiment of claims 1 and 2, and this embodiment is along the longitudinal direction of the reel body 35. In place of the formed linear recess 99 of FIG. 9, a plurality of linear recesses 105 inclined in the front-rear direction of the reel body 35 are provided in the circumferential direction across the rear chamfered portion 101 on the outer periphery of the second annular portion 89. This is the wind pressure resistance portion.

FIGS. 15 and 16 show wind pressure resistance portions provided on the yarn dropping prevention member of the spinning reel according to the second embodiment of claims 1 and 2, and this embodiment shows the outer periphery of the second annular portion 89. Further, a plurality of concave portions 107 having an arc shape when viewed from the front are provided in the circumferential direction across the rear chamfered portion 101, and this is used as a wind pressure resistance portion.

Thus, when the concave portion 105 or the arc-shaped concave portion 107 inclined in the front-rear direction of the reel main body 35 is provided on the outer periphery of the second annular portion 89 as in these embodiments, these wind pressure resistance portions (the concave portions 105, 107) applies a force in the axial direction to the thread drop prevention members 81-4 and 81-5 in addition to a force in the direction opposite to the rotation direction, and therefore, the prevention member 81- is compared with the above-described embodiments. The backlash in the circumferential direction and the front-rear direction of 4, 81-5 is further suppressed, and it is possible to more reliably prevent rotational noise generated from the backlash of the thread drop prevention members 81-4, 81-5. It becomes.

FIG. 17 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a main part of a spinning reel according to the fifth embodiment of claim 1, FIG. 18 is an overall perspective view of a thread drop prevention member, and this embodiment is arranged on the outer periphery of the second annular portion 89. A plurality of projecting pieces (resistive pieces) 109 extending in the front-rear direction of the reel body 35 are provided at equal intervals in the circumferential direction, and when the yarn drop preventing member 81-6 rotates in the same direction in conjunction with the rotation of the rotor 37. The wind pressure during rotation hits one surface of each projecting piece 109 facing the rotation direction, and each projecting piece 109 applies a force in the direction opposite to the rotation direction to the thread drop prevention member 81-6 by the wind pressure. Yes.

Since other configurations are the same as those of the embodiment of FIG. 1, the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted.

The present embodiment is configured as described above. As described above, when the yarn drop preventing member 81-6 rotates in the same direction in conjunction with the rotation of the rotor 37, the wind pressure during rotation opposes the rotation direction. Since each of the projecting pieces 109 applies a force in the direction opposite to the rotational direction to the thread drop preventing member 81-6 by the wind pressure when it hits one surface of the projecting piece 109, the thread drop preventing member 81-6 is rotated by the wind pressure during the rotation. The engagement protrusion 93 is pressed against one side surface of the engagement groove 91, and play due to play is eliminated.

In addition, the pressing force of the engagement protrusion 93 against the side surface of the engagement groove 91 due to the wind pressure increases according to the rotation speed of the rotor 37, so that the handle 43 becomes heavy at the start of winding by the handle 43 or in a low rotation region. There is no.

As described above, in the present embodiment as well, as in the embodiment of FIG. 1, the engagement protrusion 93 is engaged with one of the engagement grooves 91 by wind pressure during the rotation of the thread drop prevention member 81-6 that rotates in conjunction with the rotation of the rotor 37. Since there is no backlash due to play by being pressed against the side surface of the thread and there is no small collision between the engagement protrusion 93 and the engagement groove 91, rotation noise caused by backlash of the thread drop prevention member 81-6 is prevented. be able to.

Further, as described above, the pressing force of the engagement protrusion 93 against the side surface of the engagement groove 91 due to the wind pressure increases according to the rotation speed of the rotor 37. There is an advantage that the handle 43 can be rotated smoothly without being heavy.

Furthermore, since each protrusion 109 protrudes radially outward from the outer periphery of the second annular portion 89, the fishing line is easily caught from the spool 59 and the thread drop prevention member 81-6, and the reliability of the line drop prevention is ensured. Increase.

19 is a partial perspective view of a thread drop prevention member 81-7 mounted on a spinning reel according to the third embodiment of claims 1 and 2, and FIG. 20 is a fourth embodiment of claims 1 and 2. FIG. 19 is a partial perspective view of a thread drop prevention member 81-8 attached to the spinning reel. In the embodiment of FIG. 19, the reel body 35 is arranged on the outer periphery of the second annular portion 89 of the thread drop prevention member 81-7. A plurality of projection pieces (resistive pieces) 111 having a circular arc when viewed from the front are provided in the circumferential direction, and these are used as wind pressure resistance portions.

In the embodiment of FIG. 20, a plurality of linear protrusions (resistive pieces) 113 that are inclined in the front-rear direction of the reel body 35 are provided on the outer periphery of the second annular portion 89 in the circumferential direction. It is what.

Thus, according to these embodiments, as in the embodiments of FIGS. 13 to 16, the wind pressure resistance portions (projections 111 and 113) are applied in the axial direction in addition to the force in the direction opposite to the rotational direction. Since the force acts on the thread drop prevention members 81-7 and 81-8, the backlash of the prevention members 81-7 and 81-8 in the circumferential direction and the front-rear direction is further suppressed as compared with the embodiment of FIG. Further, it is possible to more reliably prevent abnormal rotation noise that occurs due to the looseness of the thread drop prevention members 81-7 and 81-8.

21 is a partial sectional view of a spinning reel according to the sixth embodiment of claim 1, FIG. 22 is a partial sectional view of the spinning reel according to the seventh embodiment of claim 1, and the embodiment of FIG. A protruding piece 115 such as the protruding piece 109 extends from the outer periphery to the bottom (lower side) of the second annular portion 89 of the drop prevention member 81-9.

In the embodiment of FIG. 22, projecting pieces 117 such as the projecting pieces 115 are extended from the inner periphery to the bottom (lower side) of the second annular portion 89 of the thread drop preventing member 81-10. As in the embodiment of FIG. 17, each of these embodiments can achieve the intended purpose, and the looseness of the yarn drop prevention members 81-9 and 81-10 can be achieved. It is possible to prevent abnormal rotation noise that occurs due to attachment.

Thus, the wind pressure resistance portion is formed in a convex shape or a concave shape on the inner periphery or outer periphery of the second annular portion 89 of the yarn drop prevention member, and the shape and number thereof are not limited to the above-described embodiments. .
