Claims (4)
- 有機EL素子と、
前記有機EL素子より離間して設けられ、50℃以上130℃以下の温度にて相転移する材料を含む吸熱層と、
前記吸熱層を取り囲むことにより、前記有機EL素子から前記吸熱層を隔離する隔離部材と、を備えたことを特徴とする有機ELディスプレイ。 - 請求項1に記載の有機ELディスプレイにおいて、
前記隔離部材は、
一方主面側に前記有機EL素子が形成され、他方主面側に前記吸熱層が形成される基板と、
前記基板の前記他方主面側に配置され、前記吸熱層を封止する封止層と、
を備えたことを特徴とする有機ELディスプレイ。 - 請求項2に記載の有機ELディスプレイにおいて、
前記封止層の熱伝導率は、前記吸熱層の熱伝導率よりも大きいことを特徴とする有機ELディスプレイ。 - 請求項2に記載の有機ELディスプレイにおいて、
前記封止層を熱伝導する熱流束密度は、融解した状態の前記吸熱層を熱伝導する熱流束密度よりも大きいことを特徴とする有機ELディスプレイ。
