Abstract
【解決手段】ディーゼルエンジン70が排出した排気ガスを浄化するガス浄化フィルタ2,3と、前記ガス浄化フィルタ2,3を内設させる内側ケース4,20と、前記内側ケース4,20を内設させる外側ケース5,21とを備えてなる排気ガス浄化装置において、複数組の前記ガス浄化フィルタ2,3及び前記内側ケース4,20及び前記外側ケース5,21を備え、前記複数のガス浄化フィルタ2,3の接続境界位置に対して、前記複数の外側ケース5,21を連結するフランジ体25,26をオフセットさせるように構成したものである。

Claims (5)
- エンジンが排出した排気ガスを浄化するガス浄化フィルタと、前記ガス浄化フィルタを内設させる内側ケースと、前記内側ケースを内設させる外側ケースとを備えてなる排気ガス浄化装置において、
複数組の前記ガス浄化フィルタ及び前記内側ケース及び前記外側ケースを備え、前記複数のガス浄化フィルタの接続境界位置に対して、前記複数の外側ケースを連結するフランジ体をオフセットさせるように構成したことを特徴とする排気ガス浄化装置。 - 2種類の前記ガス浄化フィルタを設ける構造であって、一方の前記ガス浄化フィルタを内設させる前記内側ケースに、他方の前記ガス浄化フィルタの前記内側ケースを内設させる前記外側ケースがオーバーラップするように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気ガス浄化装置。
- 複数組の前記ガス浄化フィルタとしてディーゼル酸化触媒とスートフィルタとを設け、前記スートフィルタの外周側に前記フランジ体をオフセットさせるように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気ガス浄化装置。
- 2種類の前記ガス浄化フィルタを設ける構造であって、一方の前記ガス浄化フィルタを内設させる前記内側ケースと、他方の前記ガス浄化フィルタを内設させる前記内側ケースとの間に、センサ取付け空間を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気ガス浄化装置。
- 前記内側ケースにオーバーラップさせる前記外側ケースにセンサ支持体を組付け、前記複数のガス浄化フィルタの接続境界位置に前記センサ支持体を介してガスセンサを配置させるように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気ガス浄化装置。
