Description

The present invention relates to a method for constructing a decorative member that improves the added value of the design properties of a base material by using the base material with poor design properties.

Conventionally, wall construction has been performed for the purpose of improving the design of rooms, corridors, etc. in condominiums or houses for home use. Most of the wall materials are plywood with a printed sheet or particle board as the main material. The baseboard, top edge parting material, and waist parting material are made of the same material as the main material. An auxiliary member such as a joiner has been used in combination therewith.

However, when constructing a plywood with a printed sheet as the main material as the wall material, a special technique is required for the construction, so a carpenter craftsman fixed it by hitting a nail on the wall. It was done. On the other hand, due to refurbishment and the like, the removal work when exchanging the wall material is similarly large and requires a work period. Therefore, since the material cost of the wall surface material is relatively high, a considerable cost is required.

(例えば、特許文献1参照)   Therefore, a veneer is attached to one surface of a base material made of a wood board material, and the cutting groove is made into a veneer with a decorative material provided with a substantially V-shaped cutting groove in cross-sectional view as a bent portion on the other surface of the base material. A decorative material is provided in which a bottom portion is formed in a substantially flat shape so as to form a thin portion having a width dimension of 0.2 to 0.5 mm on the side. (For example, see Patent Document 1)

However, in the above invention, since a plywood having a printing sheet or the like spread on the main material is used, one of the causes of so-called house sickness is caused by a chemical substance such as formaldehyde emitted from the main material. It was pointed out. Furthermore, the environmental burden on deforestation, which has become a problem in recent years, is not limited.

Further, in the above invention, since the base material is a wood material, it is difficult to form a smooth aspect when applied to the curved surface of the base material, and the construction location is limited by the shape of the base material. It is inevitable.

In addition, plywood and other wood materials are easily damaged during transportation, and labor is required for dimensioning and cutting during construction.

Furthermore, in recent years, floor surfaces and wall surfaces (including waist walls, baseboards, etc.) are often coordinated integrally in terms of design, according to the needs of consumers. It has been difficult to coordinate the design of the floor and wall surfaces by applying the same design as the material to the wall surfaces.

In order to solve the above problems, the present inventors are a decorative member made of a synthetic resin composed of a front surface layer and a back surface layer, the surface layer has a pattern layer, and the back surface layer has at least 3 or more. Attention was paid to using a decorative member provided with a bending groove.
The pattern layer included in the surface layer is formed by a printed layer or a through chip. When the pattern layer is a printed layer, the design can be arbitrarily selected, such as a wood-tone pattern, a stone-tone pattern, and other linoleum-like patterns, and the design is provided when the decorative member of the present invention is provided on the surface of the base material described later. It is very useful from the viewpoint of improving the degree of freedom of sex.
Moreover, by providing 3 or more bending grooves in the back surface layer, it is possible to improve the workability of the curved portion when sticking to the base material, and further, when using an adhesive as the sticking material, the adhesive strength is increased. Can be improved.

However, the present inventors have focused on the fact that the strength of the surface layer may be weakened when a decorative member having a bent groove on the back surface layer is applied to the base surface. In particular, when the decorative member is applied to the protruding corner, as shown in FIG. 3, the decorative member 32 is adhered to the base material 34 with the adhesive 33, and a bending groove is located in the protruding corner. Become. When the protruding corner is a vertical surface such as a wall surface, it is often subjected to some kind of impact, such as being hit during transportation with a carriage, etc., and it is deformed, peeled off from the base material, and further the decorative material itself May be damaged.

In addition, the present inventors, when constructing the decorative member, is easy to follow the base material, but the portion where the bent portion is located is in a state where there is no adhesive, etc. We also paid attention to weakening in comparison. Furthermore, the present inventors also paid attention to the fact that the problem of the decorative member described above can be solved by filling the bending groove located in the protruding corner portion with an adhesive or a sealing material. As shown in FIG. 3 as an example, the adhesive 33 is filled in the bending groove located at the protruding corner of the decorative material 32 of the present invention. In this way, by filling the adhesive or the sealing material into the bending groove located at the protruding corner of the decorative member of the present invention, the cavity formed by the bending groove of the decorative member is filled with the adhesive or the sealing agent. In addition, since the surface area to which the decorative member is bonded is increased, the adhesive strength is improved, and as a result, deformation of the decorative member of the present invention due to impact from the outside and peeling from the base material, Damage to the decorative member itself can be effectively prevented.

In addition, at the corners of entry, the outer corners are less susceptible to external impacts, but the bent grooves are different from the corners of the outer corners and spread widely, and in some cases cracks may occur over time. Cracks may reach the pattern layer, which may have an undesirable effect on the design. Therefore, it is preferable to fill an adhesive or a sealing material between the bending groove and the corner when the corner is constructed. Before curing, even if a crack is generated, the adhesive or the like enters the cracked portion to prevent the progress of the crack, and after the adhesive or the like is cured, the occurrence of the crack can be prevented.

Furthermore, the present inventors, when the width of the bending groove is out of a certain range, cannot be held in the bending groove even if it is filled with an adhesive or a sealing agent, and there is a cavity in the bending groove after construction. It was noted that the strength was not reinforced. When the width of the bending groove is too narrow, for example, when it is applied to the protruding corner, the wall surfaces of the bending groove are pressure-bonded by bending the decorative member. For this reason, the adhesive applied at the time of construction is extruded, or the adhesive cannot be filled after the construction, and the adhesive does not exist in the portion. The decorative member may loosen over time after construction. In such a case, since no adhesive or the like is present in the bent groove portion as described above, a cavity is generated. For this reason, the intensity | strength of a decorative member becomes weak compared with a plane part.
In addition, when the width of the bending groove is too wide, the adhesive or the like cannot be held in the bending groove even if the bending groove is filled with an adhesive or the like. For this reason, for example, when the decorative member is applied to the wall surface, the adhesive flows down and a cavity is generated in the bending groove. For this reason, the intensity | strength of a decorative member becomes weak compared with a plane part.

As a result of intensive studies, the present inventors have a surface layer and a back surface layer, and the back surface layer is a curved portion when sticking to a base material when a decorative member provided with at least three folding grooves is applied. It has been found that the workability of the adhesive can be improved, and further, the adhesive strength can be improved when an adhesive is used as an adhesive. Further, the present inventors have also found that the surface strength of the decorative member can be increased by filling the folding groove provided in the back layer of the decorative member with an adhesive or a sealing agent. Furthermore, the present inventors can hold the filled adhesive or the like in the bending groove when the width of the bending groove is 0.8 to 1.5 times the depth of the bending groove. It has also been found that the strength of the decorative member can be further increased, and the present invention has been completed.

Bending grooves 5 are provided in the back layer 4 of the decorative member 1. The bending groove 5 is for smoothly fitting the decorative member 1 to the surface shape of the base material. Therefore, the shape of the bending groove of the decorative member is not particularly limited as long as the decorative member can be bent without hindrance, and for example, a triangular shape, a semicircular shape, or a semielliptical shape may be used. Absent. The depth of the folding groove 5 provided in the decorative member 1 is preferably 50% or more of the thickness from the viewpoint of bending the decorative member along the base material. In addition, the width of the bending groove of the decorative member is preferably 0.8 to 1.5 times the depth of the bending groove from the viewpoint of bending the decorative member along the base material as described above, and more preferably. Is 1.0 to 1.25 times.

Moreover, you may provide the bending groove | channel provided in the said decorative member vertically and horizontally. By providing the vertical and horizontal, depending on the pattern to be applied to the surface, when there is design directionality, it can be applied while maintaining the direction of the design suitable for the construction site of the decorative member, designability provision, and The degree of freedom in workability can be significantly improved.

The thickness of the decorative member is preferably 1.0 mm to 5.0 mm. If the thickness is less than 1.0 mm, sufficient strength may not be obtained, and if it exceeds 5.0 mm, the handling property when applied to the base material is deteriorated.

Further, as the synthetic resin constituting the decorative member of the present invention, various thermoplastic resins such as polyvinyl chloride resin, low density polyethylene resin, high density polyethylene resin, polyester resin, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, etc. may be used. it can. Moreover, the surface layer and the back surface layer should just be joined to such a degree that the decorative member can be adhered to the base material. As a bonding method, a known method can be used, and the front surface layer and the back surface layer may be fused, or may be bonded with an adhesive such as an adhesive.

Further, for the purpose of protecting the pattern layer, a surface protective layer covering the pattern layer may be provided. FIG. 2 shows a partial sectional view of an example of the decorative member of the present invention in which a surface protective layer is provided on the surface of the pattern layer. In the case of this embodiment, the surface layer is composed of a surface protective layer 22 and a pattern layer 23. The surface protective layer 22 is not particularly limited as long as it can be stably bonded to the pattern layer 23. Similarly to the synthetic resin constituting the pattern layer 23, a polyvinyl chloride resin, a low density polyethylene resin, a high density polyethylene resin, Various thermoplastic resins such as polyester resins and ethylene vinyl acetate copolymers can be used. In addition, for example, unsaturated polyesters such as a condensation product of unsaturated dicarboxylic acid and polyhydric alcohol, polyester methacrylates, polyether methacrylates, polyol methacrylates, methacrylates such as melamine methacrylates, polyester acrylates, epoxy acrylates, urethane acrylates, polyethers Ionizing radiation curable resins such as acrylates such as acrylates, polyol acrylates, and melamine acrylates may be used.

Moreover, about the thickness of the surface protective layer 22 of the decorative member 21, 0.1 mm-1.0 mm are preferable. If the surface protective layer 22 is less than 0.1 mm, there may be a problem with the strength of the surface protective layer 22 itself. On the other hand, if it exceeds 1.0 mm, This is because the base material may not follow well due to the repulsive force of the surface protective layer 22.

Furthermore, a design may be imparted to the surface protective layer 22 of the decorative member 21. Specifically, the design can be expressed more three-dimensionally by mixing a pigment or the like into the resin constituting the surface protective layer 22 so that the pattern layer located below can be seen through the color of the pigment. Further, the design property can be improved. Further, for example, when processing the surface protective layer 22, it is insoluble in the surface protective layer 22, so that fine chips and fibers that do not melt are mixed into the surface protective layer 22 and the lower pattern layer can be seen through. Thus, the degree of freedom of design assignment can be greatly improved. Further, by providing the surface protective layer 22 on the decorative member 21 of the present invention, it can be used as a flooring material. The decorative member 22 of the present invention can coordinate the total design including the floor surface, the wall surface, and the ceiling surface. It becomes possible.

A desired design can be easily provided by fixing the decorative member to the base material with an adhesive or the like. For example, by fixing a decorative member 21 having a pattern layer of a stone-like pattern on the surface of wood to which no pattern is given by using an adhesive or the like, a stone-like pattern is applied to the wood. Can be granted. In other words, the design of the decorative member can be applied regardless of the material of the base material. In addition, since the decorative member of the present invention can be attached and fixed by following the base material even if it is a curved surface, for example, it can be applied over details that are impossible with conventional synthetic resin panels.

FIG. 3 shows a partial cross-sectional view of an example of a state in which the decorative member used in the present invention is adhered and fixed to the protruding corner of the base material with an adhesive. As shown in FIG. 3, the decorative member 32 of the present invention is adhered to the base material 34 with an adhesive 33, and a bent groove is located at the protruding corner. At this time, in the case where the protruding corner is an elevation such as a wall surface, it is often subjected to some kind of impact, such as being hit during transportation with a carriage, etc., and deformation, peeling from the base material, and further a decorative material It may damage itself. This is because the protruding corner portion is more susceptible to a stronger impact than the flat portion, and the bending groove of the decorative member is necessarily positioned. Therefore, while the decorative member is easy to follow the base material, the portion where the bent portion is located is in a state where no adhesive or the like is present, so that the strength is weaker than the flat portion. Then, the problem of the said decorative member can be eliminated by filling the bending groove | channel located in a protrusion corner part with an adhesive agent or a sealing material, and constructing. As shown in FIG. 3 as an example, the adhesive 33 is filled in the bending groove located at the protruding corner of the decorative member 32. In this way, by filling the adhesive or the sealing material into the bending groove located at the protruding corner of the decorative member, the cavity formed by the bending groove of the decorative member is filled with the adhesive or the sealing material. In addition, since the surface area to which the decorative member is bonded is increased, the adhesive strength is improved. As a result, the decorative member of the present invention is deformed or peeled off from the base material due to an external impact, and further the makeup Damage to the member itself can be effectively prevented.

In addition, at the corners of entry, the outer corners are less susceptible to external impacts, but the bent grooves are different from the corners of the outer corners and spread widely, and in some cases cracks may occur over time. Cracks may reach the pattern layer, which may have an undesirable effect on the design. Therefore, it is preferable to fill an adhesive or a sealing material between the bent groove and the corner when the corner is constructed, and the adhesive or the like is cured by performing the adhesive or the like in this way. Before, even if a crack occurs, the adhesive or the like enters the cracked portion to prevent the progress of the crack, and after the adhesive or the like is cured, the occurrence of the crack can be prevented.
