Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a cast-in-place pile and a construction method thereof.
However, regarding the micropile in the form of cast-in-place pile, there is a strong demand to further improve the proof strength against pulling force, pulling force, and bending stress acting on the micropile. These are strongly demanded when using micropile, because many micropile are used as one pile group in many cases. This is because if the force and the horizontal resistance force are increased, the required number of micropiles and / or the extension of construction can be reduced, thereby shortening the construction period, reducing the construction cost, and reducing the environmental load.
The present invention has been devised in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a cast-in-place pile having improved proof stress and, in particular, improved support force and horizontal resistance force, and a construction method thereof. It is in. Moreover, it is desirable that the cast-in-place pile and the construction method thereof are suitable for application to a micropile in the form of cast-in-place pile.
In order to achieve the above object, a cast-in-place pile according to the present invention is a cast-in-place pile that connects a structure and the ground, and is a pile body that is made of a grout that is hardened by pressure injection into a drilling hole formed in the ground. A reinforcing steel pipe embedded in the grout of the pile body and extending over the entire length of the pile body in the longitudinal direction of the pile body, and provided at the upper end of the pile body, A pile head connection structure for connecting the pile heads of the cast-in-place piles to the structure, and the reinforcing steel pipe has at least a part of the entire length thereof the pile body on the pipe wall portion. A plurality of tube wall openings through which uncured grout injected under pressure to form can pass are formed, and the pile body is formed on at least a part of the entire length thereof on the outer peripheral surface thereof, on the outer peripheral surface of the reinforcing steel pipe. Gras injected under pressure through the tube wall opening Doo is characterized by having a grout / ground junction formed by curing in close contact with the ground.
Further, the method for constructing a cast-in-place pile according to the present invention includes a method for constructing a cast-in-place pile connected to a structure and a support layer in the ground, excavating the ground while adding a plurality of drilled casing segments, A step of forming a drilling hole having a drilling casing constituted by a plurality of drilling casing segments, and a reinforcing steel pipe insertion for inserting a reinforcing steel pipe configured by connecting ends of a plurality of steel pipe segments to the drilling hole A grouting initial injection step of injecting and filling grout into the excavation hole, the step being performed before the reinforcing steel pipe insertion step or after the reinforcing steel pipe insertion step; Removing said at least some of said casing segments by means of said drilling casing; A hole casing segment removing step that exposes an inner wall surface of the hole, and a grout is injected into the inside of the reinforcing steel pipe in parallel with or after the hole casing segment removing step. The grouting / ground joint on the outer peripheral surface of the reinforced steel pipe by passing through the tube wall opening of the reinforced steel pipe and flowing out to the outside of the reinforced steel pipe, and the grouting outflow is hardened in close contact with the ground. A pile head connection structure for connecting the pile head of the cast-in-place pile connected to the reinforcing steel pipe at the upper end of the pile body to the structure. Providing a step.
According to the cast-in-place pile according to the present invention or the construction method thereof, the grout / ground joint formed by hardening in a state where the grout that has flowed out through the tube wall opening of the reinforcing steel pipe is in close contact with the ground, Since it is firmly formed over the entire length of the cast-in-place pile in a state firmly attached to the outer peripheral surface of the reinforced steel pipe, it has a large proof strength, and in particular, a place with a large supporting force and horizontal resistance force. A pile is obtained. Therefore, compared to conventional cast-in-place piles, and especially compared to micro-pile in the form of conventional cast-in-place piles, the required number of cast-in-place piles and / or construction extension can be reduced, thereby shortening the construction period. In addition, reduction of construction cost and reduction of environmental load can be achieved. In addition, the method for constructing cast-in-place piles according to the present invention is simpler in comparison with the conventional method for constructing cast-in-place piles, and in particular, compared with the conventional method for constructing micro-pile in the form of cast-in-place piles. As a result, the effect of shortening the construction period and reducing the construction cost is further increased.
Hereinafter, a cast-in-place pile according to an embodiment of the present invention and a construction method thereof will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. 1A is a longitudinal sectional view of a
The outer peripheral surface of the upper end portion of the
The reinforcing
The grout / ground
Since the
Below, with reference to FIG. 2A-FIG. 2D and FIG. 3A-FIG. 3D, the construction method of the micropile which concerns on embodiment of this invention for constructing the
In the illustrated example, a steel pipe having an outer diameter of 9-5 / 8 inch is used as the
If the
Although not shown in the drawings, each
Next, as shown in FIG. 2D, the grout is filled into the
Subsequently, as shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, the
In addition, if the hole casing segment removal step and the grout pressure injection step are completed (ie, the
Next, as shown in FIG. 3D, a
In the embodiment described above, the reinforcing

The embodiment described above shows a specific example when the present invention is applied to a micropile. However, the present invention also applies to cast-in-place piles other than the micropile, that is, the diameter is 300 mm. It can also be applied to cast-in-place piles exceeding. However, the advantages of the present invention are particularly significant when compared with conventional micropile and its construction method. That is, the method for constructing cast-in-place piles according to the present invention is simpler in comparison with the conventional method for constructing cast-in-place piles, and in particular, compared with the conventional method for constructing micropile in the form of cast-in-place piles. Therefore, by using this construction method, the effect of shortening the construction period and reducing the construction cost can be obtained. In addition, when the grout is injected under pressure, a part of the grout to be injected penetrates into the surrounding ground, thereby strengthening the surrounding ground.
