Abstract
【解決手段】コロイダルシリカに燐酸塩、含水珪酸塩微粉末を混合した塗布液を用意し、方向性電磁鋼板表面に塗布乾燥の後、600℃以上で焼き付ける皮膜張力および歪み取り焼鈍後の耐焼き付き性に優れた絶縁皮膜を形成するための塗布液および絶縁皮膜の形成方法。

Description
仕上げ焼鈍済の板厚0.23mmの方向性電磁鋼板に対し、表1に示す組成の塗布液を焼き付け後の皮膜量が5g/m2となるよう塗布乾燥し、850℃、30秒間の焼き付け処理をおこなった。得られた絶縁皮膜付の方向性電磁鋼板に対し、皮膜特性及び磁気特性を評価し、表2の結果を得た。
Claims (8)
- 固形分量100重量部のコロイダルシリカに対し、第一燐酸塩水溶液の1種または2種以上を固形分換算で50〜250重量部、含水珪酸塩微粉末を第一燐酸塩水溶液固形分量100重量部に対し2〜50重量部配合することを特徴とする、焼き付け後の耐熱性が良好な方向性電磁鋼板用絶縁皮膜を形成するための塗布液。
- 前記第一燐酸塩がAl、Mg、Ca、Zn、Niの燐酸塩のいずれか1種であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の焼き付け後の耐熱性が良好な方向性電磁鋼板用絶縁皮膜を形成するための塗布液。
- 前記含水珪酸塩微粉末の平均粒径が5μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の焼き付け後の耐熱性が良好な方向性電磁鋼板用絶縁皮膜を形成するための塗布液。
- 前記含水珪酸塩がカオリン、蛇紋石、タルク、パイロフィライトの1種または2種以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかの項に記載の焼き付け後の耐熱性が良好な方向性電磁鋼板用絶縁皮膜を形成するための塗布液。
- 最終仕上げ焼鈍後の方向性電磁鋼板に対し、固形分量100重量部のコロイダルシリカに対し、第一燐酸塩水溶液の1種または2種以上を固形分換算で50〜250重量部、含水珪酸塩微粉末を第一燐酸塩水溶液固形分量100重量部に対し2〜50重量部配合した塗布液を、600℃以上、1000℃以下で焼き付けることを特徴とする耐熱性が優れる絶縁皮膜を有する方向性電磁鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記第一燐酸塩がAl、Mg、Ca、Zn、Niの燐酸塩のいずれか1種であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の耐熱性が優れる絶縁皮膜を有する方向性電磁鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記含水珪酸塩微粉末の平均粒径が5μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の耐熱性が優れる絶縁皮膜を有する方向性電磁鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記含水珪酸塩がカオリン、蛇紋石、タルク、パイロフィライトの1種または2種以上であることを特徴とする請求項5〜7のいずれかの項に記載の耐熱性が優れる絶縁皮膜を有する方向性電磁鋼板の製造方法。
