Abstract
【解決手段】 加熱処理システムを、汚染土を前処理した後、加熱処理するように構成し、その前処理のために前処理装置を設ける。この前処理装置は、汚染土を複数の粒子径範囲に分級する分級手段10a、10bと、前処理後の加熱処理において乾燥硬化した土塊が形成されないように、指定した粒子径より小さい粒子径範囲に分級された汚染土を造粒する造粒手段11とを備える。

Claims (11)
- 汚染土を前処理し、過熱蒸気雰囲気下で加熱処理して無害化する加熱処理システムに用いられる前処理装置であって、
前記汚染土を複数の粒子径範囲に分級する分級手段と、
前記前処理後の加熱処理において乾燥硬化した土塊が形成されないように、指定した粒子径より小さい前記粒子径範囲に分級された汚染土を造粒する造粒手段とを備える、前処理装置。 - 前記造粒手段は、生石灰もしくはセメントまたはその両方を添加して造粒する、請求項1に記載の前処理装置。
- 前記指定した粒子径より小さい前記粒子径範囲に分級された汚染土に含まれる水分を除去する脱水手段をさらに備える、請求項2に記載の前処理装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の前処理装置と、前記前処理装置による分級および造粒により得られた所定範囲の粒子径を有する汚染土を受け入れ、撹拌しつつ過熱蒸気雰囲気下で加熱して前記汚染土に含まれる汚染物質を揮発させ、前記汚染物質と処理土とに分離するガス化装置とを含む、加熱処理システム。
- 揮発した前記汚染物質に含まれる有機化合物をさらに加熱して過熱蒸気と反応させ、前記有機化合物を分解する反応装置と、前記反応装置から排出される分解物を冷却するとともにガス成分を分離するバブリングタンクとをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の加熱処理システム。
- 前記バブリングタンク内に残留する固形物を再加熱処理するために、前記固形物を含む液体を受け入れ、前記液体中に浮遊する前記固形物を凝集沈殿させる凝集槽をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の加熱処理システム。
- 汚染土を前処理し、過熱蒸気雰囲気下で加熱処理して無害化する加熱処理方法であって、
前記汚染土を複数の粒子径範囲に分級する分級工程と、
前記前処理後の加熱処理において乾燥硬化した土塊が形成されないように、指定した粒子径より小さい前記粒子径範囲に分級された汚染土を造粒する造粒工程と、
前記分級工程および前記造粒工程で得られた所定範囲の粒子径を有する汚染土を、撹拌しつつ過熱蒸気雰囲気下で加熱して該汚染土に含まれる汚染物質を揮発させ、該汚染物質と処理土とに分離する浄化工程とを含む、加熱処理方法。 - 前記造粒工程では、生石灰もしくはセメントまたはその両方を添加して造粒する、請求項7に記載の加熱処理方法。
- 前記分級工程の後に前記指定した粒子径より小さい前記粒子径範囲に分級された汚染土に含まれる水分を除去する脱水工程をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の加熱処理方法。
- 揮発した前記汚染物質に含まれる有機化合物をさらに加熱して過熱蒸気と反応させ、前記有機化合物を分解する反応工程と、反応後の分解物を冷却するとともにガス成分を分離する分離工程とをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の加熱処理方法。
- 前記ガス成分が分離除去されて残留する液体中に浮遊する固形物を凝集沈殿させる凝集工程をさらに含み、凝集沈殿した前記固形物を回収し、汚染土とともに前記前処理および前記加熱処理させる、請求項10に記載の加熱処理方法。
