Description

The present invention is a rice cooker that performs cooking by heating an inner pot that contains an object to be heated (such as rice or water), and particularly has a function of cooling and condensing steam generated from the object to be heated during cooking. Related to rice cookers.

Conventionally, a rice cooker designed to condense steam generated during cooking from an object to be heated contained in an inner pot by introducing it into a container (tank) containing cooling water and dissipating it in the cooling water. It is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-192134 (FIG. 1)

In such a thing, the amount of water with which the cooling water (tap water) was decided before rice cooking is accommodated, and a tank is set to a rice cooker. However, when the cooling water is poured into the tank, it is very difficult to adjust the amount of water to the scale of the tank because the water is poured directly from the faucet to the scale marked on the tank (engraved, printed, etc.). It was. Also, the allowable range of the scale is very narrow, which makes it difficult to set.

The technical problem of the present invention is to make it possible to easily adjust the amount of cooling water so that the amount of cooling water becomes a prescribed amount when the cooling water is stored in the tank.

A rice cooker according to the present invention has a main body having a heating means in which an inner hook is detachably accommodated, a lid that is hinged to the main body and closes an upper opening of the inner hook so as to be openable and closable, and stores cooling water. The tank is detachably installed in the main body, and the steam generated from the heated object in the inner pot during cooking is interposed between the inner pot and the tank, and is then dissipated in the cooling water by dissipating it into the cooling water. A steam conduit to be constructed, the tank is made of a translucent member, and the amount of water is at a position that becomes the water level when the water surface is applied to the drainage part by tilting it obliquely with the specified amount of cooling water in it. A scale for adjustment is provided.

According to the rice cooker of the present invention, the water level scale is tilted obliquely in a state where the specified amount of cooling water is contained, and is provided at a position that becomes the water level when the water surface is applied to the drainage part. The water level can be adjusted to the scale while adding a lot of water, tilting the tank and discarding the cooling water, so the water volume can be adjusted very easily and the usability is improved.

Embodiment 1. FIG.
The present invention will be described below with reference to illustrated embodiments.
FIG. 1 is a front view illustrating the scale for adjusting the amount of water provided in the tank of the rice cooker according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention in an inclined state, FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the tank, 3 is a perspective view showing the tank assembly, FIG. 4 is a vertical cross-sectional view of the tank, FIG. 5 is a vertical cross-sectional view showing the entire structure of the rice cooker, and FIG. 6 is a state in which the rice cooker lid is opened. FIG. 7 is an exploded perspective view showing a state in which the rice cooker lid according to the first embodiment is opened and the tank is further removed, FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing another example of the tank, and FIG. It is a front view shown in the state which inclined the said tank in order to demonstrate the scale for the water quantity adjustment of this tank.

The rice cooker 1 of this embodiment cooks a to-be-heated material by heating the inner pot 2 containing the to-be-heated material (rice, water, etc.) with heating means 3 such as an induction heating coil, and steam generated at this time. Is cooled in the tank 4 storing the cooling water and condensed (recovered).

More specifically, the rice cooker 1 is connected to the main body 5 having the heating means 3 and the inner pot 2 detachably accommodated as shown in FIGS. A lid 7 for closing the upper opening of the inner hook 2 so as to be openable and closable, a tank 4 for storing cooling water and disposed at the front of the main body 5 and detachably mounted on the bottom plate 8; A steam conduit 9 is provided between the tank 4 and the steam conduit 9 that guides the steam generated from the object to be heated in the inner pot 2 during cooking into the tank 4 to dissipate it into the cooling water and condense it. The bottom plate 8 of the main body 5 is reinforced by a reinforcing plate 11 made of a nonmagnetic metal. In general, water level scales (not shown) are provided at two opposing locations on the inner peripheral surface of the inner hook 2.

Legs 12 are provided at the four corners of the lower surface of the main body 5, and a pair of legs 12A and 12B located on the front side of the body 5 are arranged directly below the tank 4 and are configured to be height-adjustable. That is, each of the legs 12A and 12B is fixed to the reinforcing plate 11 and has a screw member 12a whose tip hangs downward from the hole 8a of the bottom plate 8, and a cap nut-like height adjusting member screwed into the screw member 12a. 12b. In addition, it is preferable that the rear side leg 12 is also configured to be height adjustable.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, the tank 4 includes a tank body 4a, a tank body cover 4b surrounding the tank body 4a, a packing 4c for sealing the upper opening of the tank body 4a, a connection hole 4d to the steam conduit 9, and this A tank lid 4f having a steam guide tube 4e hanging downward from the connection hole 4d and closing the upper opening of the tank body 4a through a packing 4c, and a lower end of the steam guide tube 4e is attached to the bottom. 4 g of the reverse funnel-shaped discharge pressure relief member that expands in accordance with the steam guide cylinder 4e and the upper end of the steam guide cylinder 4e, that is, the steam guide cylinder 4e that is attached to a portion located in the upper space of the water surface in the tank. When the inside becomes negative pressure, the reverse of the flap that prevents the cooling water in the tank from flowing back to the inner pot 2 by taking the air in the upper space of the water surface into the steam guide tube. And a valve 20, at least the tank body 4a is a translucent material, with is constituted by, for example, a transparent resin (TPX), each member is assembled detachably. In addition, the tank 4 is inclined obliquely with the specified amount of cooling water as shown in FIG. 1 so that the water surface is at the drainage portion (here, one side edge of the upper opening edge of the tank body 4a). A scale 10 for adjusting the amount of water is provided at a position that becomes the water level when it is applied, and the tank 4 is adjusted by aligning the water level with the line that is obliquely attached while discarding a large amount of water in advance, that is, the scale 10. The amount of water can be adjusted at a time without leveling.

In addition, when the drainage port 4h is provided in the tank 4 as shown in FIG. 8 and FIG. 9, when the water surface hits the drainage port 4h by tilting obliquely in a state where the specified amount of cooling water is contained. It goes without saying that a scale 10 for adjusting the amount of water is provided at a position that becomes the water level.
Here, the “specified amount” of the specified amount of cooling water means that even if the cooling water in the tank 4 after cooking is spilled during handling of the tank, the spilled cooling water causes the handling operator (user) to burn. It is the capacity | capacitance which can be made below the water temperature (for example, 55 degrees C or less).

The lid body 7 is composed of an outer lid 7a and an inner lid 7b, and a steam conduit 9 is sandwiched between them. Among them, the inner lid 7b is formed with a small hole 7c for discharging steam generated during cooking as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, and on the back side thereof, that is, on the inner pot side end of the steam conduit 9, as shown in FIG. Thus, a packing 21 that opens the passage according to the vapor pressure in the inner pot 2 is provided. The inner lid 7b is also provided with a lid sensor 22 for detecting the initial water temperature and boiling of the article to be heated.

A seal member 23 is attached to the vapor conduit 9 at the tank side end to contact the edge of the connection hole 4d of the tank cover 4f when the cover 7 is closed and seal the connection portion. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the steam conduit 9 is formed in inclined surfaces 9 a and 9 b that have a lower bottom surface of the steam passage and a middle portion of the passage, and are inclined downward toward both ends, that is, the inner hook side end and the tank side end. The middle part is designed to function as a weir against the bed.

Further, in the main body 5, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 7, a water level sensor 24 including a light emitting unit 24 a configured by arranging a plurality of LEDs in the vertical direction and a light receiving unit 24 b corresponding thereto is directed toward the tank 4. Installed.

Thus, in the rice cooker of this embodiment, the tank 4 is comprised with a translucent material, for example, transparent resin (TPX), and the water surface is inclined obliquely in a state where the specified amount of cooling water is contained. Since the scale 10 for adjusting the amount of water is provided at the position that becomes the water level when it reaches the drainage section, the water level is adjusted to the line (scale 10) that is attached obliquely while discarding a large amount of water in advance. The amount of water can be adjusted at a time without leveling the tank.

Further, since the tank 4 is placed on the bottom plate 8 of the main body 5, the tank 4 can be easily set with good stability. Furthermore, since the metal reinforcing plate 11 is provided on the bottom plate 8 serving as the tank support portion, the tank support portion is not deformed or bent, and the amount of water can be measured accurately.

Further, since the metal reinforcing plate 11 is made of a non-magnetic material, the magnetic force generated from the heating means 3 (induction heating coil) can be efficiently heated without escaping to the bottom.

In addition, since the pair of legs 12A and 12B located on the front side among the plurality of legs 12 provided on the main body 5 are arranged directly below the tank 4 and are configured to be height-adjustable, In addition to preventing bending, the height of the main body 5 can be adjusted by adjusting the height (main body inclination) with the legs 12A and 12B with reference to the water level scales generally provided at two opposing locations on the inner peripheral surface of the inner pot 2. Can be made to function as a level, and the horizontal plane of the main body 5 can be easily determined. And the measurement precision of the water quantity of the tank 4 installed in the main body 5 can be raised.

Embodiment 2. FIG.
FIG. 10 is a perspective view showing an assembly of a rice cooker tank according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention. In the figure, parts corresponding to those of Embodiment 1 are given the same reference numerals. In addition, since the structure of a rice cooker main body, a cover body, a steam conduit | pipe, a tank cover, etc. is the same structure as the thing of above-mentioned Embodiment 1, description is abbreviate | omitted.

In the rice cooker of the present embodiment, the specified capacity of the cooling water stored in the tank 30 is set to an integral multiple of the measuring cup 31 of rice.

In the rice cooker of this embodiment, when putting cooling water into the tank 30, the measuring cup 31 of rice is used. The amount of cooling water required is set to be an integral multiple of the rice measuring cup 31. For example, if there are five measuring cups (180 ml), the amount of cooling water is 900 ml. This eliminates the need for preparing new parts for weighing, and makes weighing simple and easy.

The capacity of the tank 30 (the main body 4a) is set to be an integral multiple of the measuring cup 31 of rice and larger than the required capacity by one or more measuring cups, as in the first embodiment. A scale for adjusting the amount of water may be provided at a position that becomes a water level when the water surface is applied to the drainage part by tilting obliquely in a state where the specified amount of cooling water is contained.

Embodiment 3. FIG.
FIG. 11 is an exploded perspective view showing a tank of a rice cooker according to Embodiment 3 of the present invention. In addition, since the structure of a rice cooker main body, a cover body, a steam conduit | pipe, a tank cover, etc. is the same structure as the thing of above-mentioned Embodiment 1, description is abbreviate | omitted.

In the rice cooker of the present embodiment, the tank 40 is constituted by a first tank having a specified capacity, that is, an inner tank 40a, and a second tank, that is, an outer tank 40b that can completely store the inner tank 40a. .

In the rice cooker of the present embodiment, in order to put cooling water into the tank 40, first, a full amount of water is put into the inner tank 40a. Next, the inner tank 40a filled with water is set in the outer tank 40b as it is.

In the rice cooker according to the present embodiment, a predetermined amount of cooling water is obtained if a full amount of water is put into the inner tank 40a. Therefore, a specified amount of cooling water can be put into the tank without worrying about the scale. Thereby, the troublesomeness at the time of measuring cooling water is eliminated, and cooling water can be set easily.

The capacity of the outer tank 40b is slightly larger in the height direction than the inner tank 40a, and the water surface in the outer tank 40b is tilted obliquely in a state where a specified amount of cooling water is contained as in the first embodiment. A scale for adjusting the amount of water may be provided at a position that becomes the water level when the water reaches the drainage section.

Embodiment 4 FIG.
FIG. 12 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a tank of a rice cooker according to Embodiment 4 of the present invention, and FIG. 13 is a front view for explaining a scale display unit for adjusting the amount of water in the tank. The same parts as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals. In addition, the structures of the rice cooker body, the lid, the steam conduit, and the like are the same as those in the first embodiment described above, and FIG. 2 and FIGS.

In the rice cooker of the present embodiment, a cooling water pouring hole 4 i is formed in the tank lid 4 f covering the upper opening of the tank 4, and the pouring hole 4 i can be closed by the pouring hole lid 50 so as to be freely opened and closed. The tank body 4a is provided with a scale 10a for detecting the water level in a horizontal state where the tank body 4a is placed on the bottom plate 8 of the body 5, that is, the reinforcing plate 11 made of a non-magnetic metal. In addition, a window 4j is formed at a position corresponding to the scale 10a of the tank body cover 4b so that the scale 10a can be viewed from the front. For this reason, the tank main body cover 4b can also be comprised with a translucent material, and the breadth of material selection spreads.

In the rice cooker of this embodiment, by removing the pour hole lid 50, water can be poured into the tank 4 from the pour hole 4i using a kettle or the like.
