前記内釜と前記タンクとの間に介在して調理中に前記内釜内の被加熱物から発生する蒸気を前記タンク内に導いて冷却水中に放散させ復水させる蒸気導管とを備え、
前記本体の前記底板に非磁性体で構成された金属製の補強板を設けたことを特徴とする炊飯器。
