Abstract
【解決手段】同一ディザ演算表を共用する方法は、ドット計算値pを提供するステップと、第2表示パネルの第i列の画素データがディザ演算を行う場合、第1から第(M−p)の画素をディザ演算表の第q列の第(p+1)から第Mのディザ演算子に代入した後、第(r×M-p+1)から第{(r+1)×M-p}の画素をディザ演算表の第q列の第1から第Mのディザ演算子に代入するステップとを有し、演算後の画素データをアナログの駆動信号に変換して第2表示パネルを駆動する。

Claims (4)
- 第1表示パネル及び第2表示パネルに応用されて同一のディザ演算表を共用する方法であって、
前記第1表示パネルは、複数の画素を有し、前記これらの画素は、K色を有し、前記これらの画素の色番号は、1〜Kであり、
前記第2表示パネルは、複数の画素を有し、前記これらの画素は、K色を有し、前記これらの画素の色番号は、1〜Kであり、
前記ディザ演算表は、M×N個のディザ演算子を有し、
前記第1表示パネル及び前記第2表示パネルの各列の画素配列順は、いずれも第1色画素→第2色画素→……→第K色画素→第1色画素……の循環であり、且つ前記第1表示パネルの第i列の第1の画素の色と前記第2表示パネルの第i列の第1の画素の色が異なり、
前記同一のディザ演算表を共用する方法は、
ドット計算値pを提供するステップと、及び
前記第2表示パネルの第i列の画素データがディザ演算を行う場合、第1から第(M−p)の画素を前記ディザ演算表の第q列の第(p+1)から第Mのディザ演算子に代入した後、第(r×M-p+1)から第{(r+1)×M-p}の画素を前記ディザ演算表の第q列の第1から第Mのディザ演算子に代入するステップとを有し、
前記ドット計算値pは、前記第1表示パネルの第i列第j行の画素の色番号と前記第2表示パネルの第i列第j行の画素の色番号の差分値の絶対値であり、また、K、M、N、i、j、p、rが自然数であり、0<p<M、0<q≦N、r>0、M≧Kであることを特徴とする同一のディザ演算表を共用する方法。 - 前記第1表示パネルが並列配列マトリクス液晶表示パネルであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の同一のディザ演算表を共用する方法。
- 前記第1表示パネルと前記第2表示パネルは、いずれも三種の色の画素を有し、前記画素はそれぞれ、赤、緑及び青であり、その色の番号は、それぞれ1、2、3であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の同一のディザ演算表を共用する方法。
- 前記第2表示パネルは、デルタ配列マトリクス液晶表示パネルであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の同一のディザ演算表を共用する方法。
