Description

The present invention relates to a buckle device that attaches and detaches a seat belt that restrains and protects a seated occupant by a seat, for example, when the vehicle collides, and particularly for a vehicle that can simultaneously release a plurality of buckle devices. The present invention relates to a buckle device.

For example, when a vehicle collides from the front (hereinafter abbreviated as a normal collision), acceleration in the front-rear direction and the vertical direction of the vehicle acts on an occupant seated on the seat. As a result, the occupant seated on the seat tries to move forward. “Front” means the direction of travel of the vehicle, “Rear” means the direction opposite to the direction of travel of the vehicle, “Up” means the direction of the ceiling of the vehicle, and “Down” means the floor of the vehicle. Say the direction.

If the occupant is wearing a normal three-point seat belt at the time of this normal collision, it works effectively to some extent with respect to the longitudinal acceleration of the vehicle due to the restraining action of the shoulder belt portion and lap belt portion.

In recent years, a four-point seat belt device has been proposed for the purpose of more reliably suppressing the occupant's forward movement (for example, Patent Document 1). This four-point seat belt device is composed of a three-point seat belt device and a two-point seat belt device. The terminal portion of the three-point seat belt and the terminal portion of the two-point seat belt are individually connected. It is a structure that is fixed to a floor portion of a vehicle or a side frame surface of a seat.
JP 2007-230335 A

By the way, the respective seat belts in the three-point seat belt device and the two-point seat belt device are fixed at positions on both sides of the seat in the vehicle width direction (hereinafter simply referred to as both sides).

Therefore, in order to release the restraint by both seat belts, it is necessary to release the buckle device on both sides of the seat. This release operation is the same when, for example, the vehicle is evacuated outside the vehicle when an accident occurs.

However, for example, when the vehicle is deformed due to an accident and the occupant is sandwiched between vehicle parts, the release operation of the buckle device on both sides is not always possible, and the release operation of the buckle device on either side cannot be performed. There is.

In such a case, if a release operation is performed by providing an operating means coupled to the buckle device on the opposite side of the buckle device, the release operation can be performed from the releasable side (Patent Document 2).
JP-A-6-219240

However, even in the invention disclosed in Patent Document 2, it is necessary to perform the release operation of all the buckle devices in order to release the restraint by both seat belts.

The problem to be solved by the present invention is that it is necessary to perform the releasing operation of all the buckle devices in the seat belt device provided with the buckle devices on both sides of the seat. Further, when the vehicle is deformed and an occupant is sandwiched between vehicle parts, it is possible that the release operation of the buckle device on either side may not be performed.

The vehicle buckle device of the present invention has been made from such a viewpoint, and if the release operation of one of the buckle devices is performed, the release of all the remaining buckle devices is also performed in conjunction. It is a thing.

That is, the buckle device for a vehicle of the present invention is
A seat belt device having a plurality of buckle devices for fixing a seat belt,
Each of the buckle devices has a button for unlocking,
In the configuration in which one end of a wire is connected to each of the buttons, and the other end of each of these wires is connected between a plurality of buckle devices,
The connection portion of the wire connected to the button is configured such that, during the unlocking operation, the wires inside the covers of all the buckle devices move in the same direction, and the plurality of buckle devices are simultaneously unlocked. The main feature is that

In the present invention, at the time of unlocking the seat belt, the wire having one end connected to the button for unlocking is connected so as to move in the same direction inside all the buckle devices. The remaining buckle device is also unlocked in conjunction with the operation.

In the present invention, since all the buckle devices can be unlocked together, the unlocking operation of the buckle device on the other side can be performed even if the unlocking operation of the buckle device on either side cannot be performed for some reason. By doing so, all the buckle devices can be fixed and released.

Hereinafter, an example of the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described after describing a four-point seat belt device showing an example of an object to which the present invention is applied.
FIG. 1 is a front view of a four-point seat belt device on the driver's seat side showing an example of an application object of the present invention, FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of a buckle portion in the left side view of FIG. 1, and FIG. FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 are cross-sectional views of the buckle device in the device of the present invention, FIG. 4 is a connected state, FIG. 5 is a view immediately before release, and FIG. 6 is FIG. 7 is an overall perspective view of the wire connecting portion of the device of the present invention applied to the four-point seat belt device, FIG. 7 is an enlarged plan view of the wire connecting portion of FIG. 6, and FIG. is there.

The four-point seat belt device 1 shown in FIG. 1 includes a conventional three-point seat belt device 11 and a two-point seat belt device 21.

Of these, the three-point seat belt device 11 is configured such that one end side of the seat belt 12 is wound up by a retractor 13 installed inside the B pillar 2. The other end side of the seat belt 12 is pulled out into the room through a shoulder anchor 14 suspended from the top of the B pillar 2 and is rotatably attached to the seat frame 3b at the lower side of the door of the seat cushion 3a by a bolt 17. It is fixed to the buckle plate 15a.

A buckle plate 15b is also rotatably attached to the seat frame 3b on the lower side of the passenger seat of the seat cushion 3a by a bolt 26, and a buckle device 16a is attached to the opposite side of the seat frame 3b to the seat frame 3b. ing.

Then, a tongue plate 16b attached in the middle of the seat belt 12 is engaged with and connected to the buckle device 16a, so that a shoulder belt portion 12a that obliquely crosses the chest of the occupant P and a lap that crosses the vicinity of the lower abdomen. The upper body is restrained by the belt portion 12b. The tongue plate 16b can move on the seat belt 12 by a guide hole 16ba opened in a substantially oval shape.

On the other hand, the two-point seat belt device 21 includes a retractor 23 that winds up one end of the seat belt 22 in the seat back 3c. Further, a shoulder support 24 for guiding the seat belt 22 is attached to the upper part on the passenger seat side of the seat back 3c, and the other end side of the seat belt 22 pulled out from the retractor 23 is guided.

Further, a tongue plate 25b is attached to the other end of the seat belt 22 guided by the shoulder support 24, while a buckle device 25a is attached to the side opposite to the position where the buckle plate 15a is fixed to the seat frame 3b. It has been.

Then, by engaging and connecting the tongue plate 25b to the buckle device 25a, the upper body is restrained by the shoulder belt portion 22a that obliquely crosses the chest of the occupant P in the opposite direction to the shoulder belt portion 12a.

The buckle device for a vehicle according to the present invention, like the four-point seat belt device, fixes the buckle device 30 of a seat belt device having a plurality of buckle devices 16a and 25a (hereinafter referred to as the buckle device 30). It is a device that performs release simultaneously.

The buckle device 30 has a configuration in which a fixing release button 32 and functional parts are arranged in a cover 31 including an upper cover 31a and a lower cover 31b. Among these, the button 32 is installed so that the front end surface 32a faces the opening 31c provided on the side opposite to the side from which the buckle plates 15a and 15b extend from the cover 31 (FIGS. 4 and 5). reference).

In such a buckle device 30, as shown in FIG. 7, the state in which the tips of the tongue plates 16b and 25b (hereinafter referred to as the tongue plate 40) are inserted into the cover 31 of the buckle device 30 is a coupled state. In this state, the latch 33 which is one of the functional parts is engaged with the engagement hole 40 a of the tongue plate 40.

When releasing this coupled state, the front end surface 32 a of the button 32 is pushed against the urging force of the spring 34, which is one of the functional parts, and the button 32 is pushed inward of the cover 31. By pressing the button 32, each functional component arranged in the cover 31 operates, and finally, the latch 33 rises and swings upward on the paper surface, and the engagement with the tongue plate 40 is released.

According to the present invention, in the buckle device having such a configuration, fixing portions 31aa and 32b are integrally formed at the internal position of the upper cover 31a having a space from the insertion end of the button 32 and the insertion end portion of the button 32, respectively. is doing.

Then, one end portion of the outer cable 35a of the wire 35 composed of the outer cable 35a and the inner cable 35b is fixed to the fixing portion 31aa, and one end portion of the inner cable 35b is bent into a substantially oval shape to fix the wire 35. It is inserted into the part 32b.

By doing this, the button from the fixed state of FIG. 4 where the engagement hole 40a of the tongue plate 40 and the latch 33 are engaged to the state of FIG. 5 immediately before releasing the engagement at the time of the release operation. 32 movement amounts can be absorbed. Accordingly, at the moment when the engagement is actually released, the inner cable 35b is moved with respect to the outer cable 35a.

For example, as shown in FIG. 6, the other ends of the wires 35 drawn out from the both buckle devices 16a and 25a are guided into the seat cushion 3a so as to be connected between the both buckle devices 16a and 25a.

At that time, the other ends of the wires 35 are led out in the same direction and fixed so that the wires 35 move in the same direction within the cover 31 of the buckle devices 16a and 25a during the operation of releasing the fixing.

That is, in FIG. 7, both outer cables 35a and both inner cables 35b led out in the same direction are fixed by fixing members 4a and 4b, respectively. At the time of fixing, both inner cables 35b are fixed at a position where the movement amount of the button 32 can be absorbed.

If the respective wires 35 move in the same direction inside the cover 31 of the buckle device 16a, 25a during the unlocking operation, the other ends of both wires 35 are led in the same direction as shown in FIG. It is not limited to what is fixed.

For example, as shown in FIG. 8, it may be derived so that both wires 35 move in the opposite directions in parallel with a predetermined interval. In this case, each outer cable 35a is fixed by the fixing member 4a, while the other end of each inner cable 35b is freely rotatable at each end of the connecting member 5 attached so as to be rotatable at the center. Just install it like this. In this case, the attachment position of the end portion of the connecting member 5 and the other end of each inner cable 35b is the same distance from the fixed position of each outer cable 35a.

The other end of the inner cable 35b may be attached to each end of the connecting member 5 as long as it can rotate freely. For example, the other end portion of the inner cable 35b is bent in a crank shape, while a hole having an inner diameter larger than the diameter of the inner cable 35b is provided at the end portion of the connecting member 5, for example, and the other end portion of the inner cable 35b bent in this hole is provided. Insert it.

According to the vehicle buckle device of the present invention described above, if any one of the buckle devices is unlocked, all other buckle devices can be unlocked. Therefore, it is effective when it is necessary to escape from the vehicle immediately after an accident, or when only one of the buckle devices can be released due to deformation of the vehicle due to the accident.

The present invention is not limited to the above example, and it goes without saying that the embodiments may be changed as appropriate within the scope of the technical idea described in each claim.

That is, the buckle device described above is a preferable example of the present invention, and other embodiments can be implemented or performed by various methods. In particular, the present invention is not limited to the detailed shape, size, configuration, and the like of the components shown in the accompanying drawings unless otherwise specified in the present specification. In addition, expressions and terms used in the present specification are for the purpose of explanation, and are not limited thereto unless specifically limited.

For example, the seat belt device to be applied is not limited to the configuration shown in FIG. 1, and any configuration may be used as long as buckle devices are arranged on both sides of the seat.
Further, the retractor 14 is not limited to being attached inside the B pillar 2 but may be attached inside a C pillar (not shown).

Further, in the example shown in FIG. 8, the two wires 35 led out to move in opposite directions may not be parallel.
Further, the buckle device may be unfixed by an actuator using a negative pressure in the intake system of the engine or a positive pressure in the exhaust system instead of being manually operated by an occupant who does not require an energy source.

Although the buckle device of the present invention is used by being installed in an automobile, it can also be provided on a vehicle such as an aircraft or a ship other than a vehicle, and similar effects are exhibited.
