更にフィルターは荒いものほど使い易いが濾過後の処理が面倒なので先ず粗いステンレスやプラスチックメッシュ製などの水切りを通し、更にその落下先に細かい濾過フィルターを設けた。然し密度を高めれば高めるほど詰まり易く、掃除が面倒なので回転軸を設けて蓋になっている水切りを開き、濾過フィルター部を水圧で詰まりを除去、それでも取り切れなくなったらフィルターを取り出し掃除または交換する。分離された破砕ごみは悪臭が発生し易いので腐敗を防ぐ目的でその度毎に熱風で乾燥させる。更に効率的に乾燥させるためにストックケースの底にもヒーターを埋め込んだ。温湿センサーにより設定した状態になったらヒーターと熱風が自動的に止まり、流れて来たら再び稼動する。ストックケースに集められ乾燥した固形物はバキュームで回収するのが簡単で楽だ。

蓋(2)の付いた箱状の本体(1)の上部に、幅広いステンレスメッシュの水切り(7)が付き複数の回転軸(11)(12)を有するベルトを設置、モーター(13)の回転をベルトや歯車などの組み合わせによりゆっくりと回転軸に伝えてステンレスメッシュの水切り(7)をゆっくりと移動させる。ベルトが移動するスタート地点の近くに、多数の穴を有しディスポーザーから排出されて来た流動体を水切り上に平均して落とす為のパイプ(4)を設ける。更に水切りの上で水分を落としながら移動して来るディスポーザーからの排出物先には、むらを無くし破砕生ごみを平均させる均し板(6)と、ある程度乾燥させる棒ヒーター(5)、更にステンレスメッシュに残って付着した破砕生ごみを掻き取る板(16)を設ける。掻き取り板はゴムなどの弾性素材でステンレスメッシュを押すような位置に設置するのが好ましい。大部分の水分が除去された破砕生ごみはストックケース(9)に落下して溜まる。(9)に集められた粉砕生ごみは熱風の吹き出し口(15)からの熱風と周囲や底などに設置したヒーターにより攪拌乾燥、1又は複数箇所に設置した温湿センサー(22)の働きで指定した状態になったらスイッチが切れ、流れて来たら稼動しこれを繰り返し24時間何時でも対応可能になる。一方水切りの下には濾過フィルター(17)に集めるための板(21)を設け、これによって落下してきた排水は濾過フィルターで濾過され、(8)を経て排水口(10)より外部に排出される。更に必要に応じてそのまま、或いは別の濾過装置を通り下水または中水道に流される。濾過フィルターが目に見えて取り出し易い位置にあるので、目詰まりが簡単に判り、水圧を使ったり取り外してのフィルター掃除や取替えが簡単にできる。
仕切り板に付いている取っ手(14)を上に引き上げると(11)が回転軸になり、蓋が開くように開くので、部品取替えやメンテナンスが楽にできる。尚図1は解り易くするためにディスポーザーからの穴の多く開いたパイプや棒ヒーターを支える板(18)は省略してある。図5のように引き上げた時も、本体のケースが邪魔してホースが引っかからないように受け入れ口(3)と多穴付パイプ(4)が外れるなどの工夫が必須だ。
