Abstract

・ガラス状態とゴム状態との間での、剛性の大きな変動。
・ガラス転移温度は計画された用途に適合しなければならない。ガラス転移温度は従って、系がその展開の前にさらされる温度よりも高くなければならない。しかしながら、一旦巻尺あるいは巻尺を含む構造が展開されると、複合層はその安定状態にあり、それゆえ自然に再度巻かれることは出来ないため、この巻尺はガラス転移温度Tgよりも高い温度で使用され得る。

- 前記ポリマーが約80℃〜85℃の間のガラス転移温度を有する、ポリ塩化ビニルタイプであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の巻尺。
- 前記ポリマーが107℃のオーダーのガラス転移温度を有する、アタクチックポリメタクリル酸メチルタイプであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の巻尺。
- 前記複合材料がカーボン/エポキシタイプの積層材であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の巻尺。
- 前記最上層が、接着あるいはスクリーン印刷された抵抗発熱体タイプの要素(121)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の巻尺。
- 前記複合材料の層と前記ポリマーの最上層との間に中間接着層をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の巻尺。
- 前記ポリマーの最上層の厚さがおよそ0.5mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の巻尺。
- 前記支持層の厚さがおよそ0.2mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の巻尺。
- 展開可能な要素がおよそ1mの長さと、およそ60mmの幅を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の巻尺。
- −請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の巻尺(10)と、
−前記巻尺を巻く手段と、
−前記巻尺を巻き戻すことにより展開されるプラットフォーム(30)と、
−ポリマーの最上層を加熱するための手段を備えた、巻尺を巻き戻す手段(22)と、をさらに含む展開可能な構造。 - 6本の巻尺を備えた六脚構造を含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の展開可能な構造。
- ベース(20)と、前記ベース上に巻く手段を固定する手段(21)とをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項11あるいは12のいずれか一項に記載の展開可能な構造。
- 前記プラットフォームに位置する光学要素(23)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項11あるいは12のいずれか一項に記載の展開可能な構造。
