前記第1状態の最上位置の予備苗のせ台が最前位置又は最後位置に位置し、前記第1状態の最上位置の一つ下側の予備苗のせ台が最前位置の一つ後側又は最後位置の一つ前側に位置すると言うように、前記最上位置の予備苗のせ台から順番に最前位置から後側に又は最後位置から前側に位置させて、前記予備苗のせ台を一列状に配置した第2状態を設定して、
前記リンク部材を揺動操作することにより、前記予備苗のせ台を第1及び第2状態に操作自在に構成し、
