Description

The present invention relates to the left and right side plates by fitting recesses formed on the left and right front and back of the bottom surface of the shelf plate to the shelf dowels projecting inward from the front and back of the inner side surfaces of the left and right side plates of the shelf body. The present invention relates to a shelf mounting apparatus capable of installing a shelf between them.

In book shelves, cupboards, and the like, rod-like or pin-like supports called shelf dowels are inserted into the holes in the left and right side plates to protrude inward, and the shelf board is placed thereon. And the installation position of a shelf board can be changed easily by replacing | exchanging this shelf dowel to another hole from which a height position differs. Concave portions are formed on the front, rear, left and right of the back surface of the shelf plate, and the shelf plate is prevented from shifting by fitting the shelf dowels into the respective recessed portions.

However, the shelf board may wobble in the vertical direction only by the recess of the shelf board and the shelf dowel being simply fitted.

In view of this, a shelf mounting device having a mechanism that prevents the shelf from wobbling or coming off the shelf dowel has been proposed. This type of shelf mounting apparatus includes a shelf dowel receiving member that is fitted in a recess and fixed to the shelf plate, and a lid member (locking member) that is attached by being fitted to the lower opening of the shelf dowel receiving member. I have. Then, after the shelf dowel receiving member is fitted to the shelf dowel, the lid member is attached to the shelf dowel receiving member, so that the rack dowel rattling in the shelf dowel receiving member or the shelf dowel receiving member from the shelf dowel Detachment is prevented by the lid member. (Patent Document 1)
JP 2006-130179 A

However, since the conventional shelf mounting device is a separate article in which the lid member and the shelf dowel receiving member are separable from each other, when the shelf plate is attached or replaced, both are separated and handling is complicated. The lid member removed from the shelf dowel receiving member is often lost.

The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a shelf mounting device that is easy to handle at the time of attaching and replacing the shelf and can keep the attached shelf in a stable state without wobbling. is there.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the shelf mounting device of the present invention is provided in the shelf dowels projecting inward from the front and back of the inner side surfaces of the left and right side plates of the shelf main body, to the left and right front and back A shelf mounting device configured to be able to build a shelf between the left and right side plates by fitting a dowel receiving groove formed in
A shelf dowel receiving member that is fixed to the shelf plate in a state of being fitted into the dowel receiving groove, and that receives the shelf dowel protruding from the side plate so as to be detachable in a vertical direction;
The shelf dowel receiving member and the slide member integrated so as to be slidable in the protruding direction of the shelf dowel, and
The shelf dowel receiving member is
It has a receiving member main body having an opening serving as an entrance of the shelf dowel at the lower end thereof, and a pair of front and rear holding pieces for removably holding the shelf dowel is provided inside the receiving member main body. ,
The slide member is
A lid for closing the opening of the receiving member main body so as to be freely opened and closed;
A pair of front and rear lock pieces that appear and disappear on both outer sides of the pair of clamping pieces in accordance with the opening and closing operation of the lid portion,
When the lid portion closes the opening, the pair of lock pieces are positioned on both outer sides of the pair of holding pieces to prevent the pair of holding pieces from being opened, whereby the shelf dowels are vertically moved. It is characterized by being configured to be held so as not to be detached.

The shelf mounting device configured as described above is attached by being fitted to each dowel receiving groove formed on the front, back, left and right of the bottom surface of the shelf. And the shelf which is each provided in the front and back of the inner surface of the left and right side plates of the shelf main body in a state where the shelf mounting device attached to the shelf plate is opened with the opening of the receiving member main body opened. The shelf board is installed between the left and right side plates by placing the shelf board mounting device and the shelf dowel together on the dowel. The shelf dowel is sandwiched between a pair of front and rear sandwiching pieces in the shelf dowel receiving member. Thereafter, the sliding member of the shelf mounting device mounted on the shelf is slid to the closing side to close the opening of the receiving member main body of the shelf mounting device. As a result, the pair of front and rear locking pieces of the slide member are positioned on both outer sides of the both holding pieces to prevent the both holding pieces from opening. As a result, the shelf dowels that support the shelf plates are held in a vertically unremovable manner by the shelf mounting device, and the shelf plates are kept in a stable state without wobbling. When removing a shelf board, the slide members of all the shelf board mounting devices mounted on the shelf board are slid to the opening side, and both lock pieces are retracted from both outer sides of both sandwiching pieces. As a result, both the holding pieces holding the shelf dowels are allowed to open, that is, the shelf dowels are allowed to be detached from the holding pieces. Thereafter, the shelf board can be easily removed by lifting the shelf board. Since the shelf dowel receiving member and the slide member are connected and integrated with each other, the shelf mounting device is easy to handle without attaching both of them when attaching or replacing the shelf.

In the shelf mounting apparatus according to the present invention, the shelf dowel receiving member and the slide member are in contact with each other when the opening is closed by the lid and when the opening is open. It is desirable that the respective states are maintained by locking each other. According to this configuration, since the slide member does not move arbitrarily from the state where the opening portion of the shelf dowel receiving member is closed or opened, the handleability is further improved.

In the shelf mounting device of the present invention, the shelf dowel receiving member and the slide member are connected and integrated with each other, so that they are not separated at the time of mounting and replacing the shelf and are easy to handle. The installed shelf board can be kept stable without wobbling.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

The shelf mounting device 1 is formed on the shelf dowels 2 projecting inward from the front and back of the inner side surfaces of the left and right side plates of the shelf body (not shown), and the shelf plates are formed on the left and right front and rear sides of the lower surface portion. A shelf board is constructed between the left and right side plates by fitting and mounting the dowel receiving grooves.

The shelf mounting apparatus 1 includes a shelf dowel receiving member 10 shown in FIG. 10 and a slide member 20 shown in FIG. The shelf dowel receiving member 10 and the slide member 20 are the same quality synthetic resin molded products.

The shelf dowel receiving member 10 is a member fixed to the shelf plate in a state of being fitted in the dowel receiving groove. The shelf dowel receiving member 10 has a substantially cylindrical receiving member main body 11 having a top plate portion 11a and a rectangular opening 11c serving as an entrance of the shelf dowel 2 at the lower end. The outer shape and dimensions of the receiving member main body 11 are selected so that the receiving member main body 11 can be press-fitted into the dowel receiving groove and embedded in the shelf board. A cutout portion 11b for receiving the shelf dowel 2 is formed in an inverted U shape on the side wall of the receiving member main body 11 so as to communicate with the opening portion 11c at the lower end. A substantially horseshoe-shaped flange portion 11 i is formed at the lower end of the shelf dowel receiving member 10. The shelf dowel receiving member 10 is

In the shelf dowel receiving member 10, a substantially section-shaped space 11s communicating with the notch portion 11b and the opening portion 11c is formed to receive the shelf dowel 2, and the shelf dowel 2 can be freely inserted into and removed from the space 11s. A pair of front and rear clamping pieces 11A and 11B are provided. Both sandwiching pieces 11A and 11B protrude from the lower surface of the top plate portion 11a. The inner surface 11d of the other portion of the sandwiching pieces 11A and 11B is formed in a substantially arc shape so as to match the outer peripheral shape and dimensions of the shelf dowel 2, and this substantially arc-shaped portion (hereinafter referred to as “chuck portion”). The shelf dowel 2 is adapted to fit into 11e. At both lower portions of the sandwiching pieces 11A and 11B, inclined surfaces 11g are formed symmetrically from the protruding end 11f to the vicinity of the chuck portion 11e. Both inclined surfaces 11g are expanded downward, and serve as guide surfaces when the shelf dowel 2 is received by the chuck portion 11e. Clearances 12 a and 12 b are provided between the sandwiching pieces 11 A and 11 B and the front and rear side walls 10 a and 10 b of the shelf dowel receiving member 10. Both the sandwiching pieces 11A and 11B can be elastically deformed in a direction in which the distance between the projecting ends 11f expands or contracts.

The sliding member 20 includes a flat plate-shaped lid portion 21 that closes the opening portion 11c of the receiving member main body 11 so that the opening portion 11c can be opened and closed, and a pair of front and rear portions that appear and disappear on both outer sides of both the sandwiching pieces 11A and 11B. Lock pieces 22A and 22B.

The lid 21 is fitted into the opening 11c so as to be slidable in the protruding direction of the shelf dowel 2. A step portion 11 h that fits the lid portion 21 is formed at both front and rear side edges of the opening portion 11 c. The lid part 21 slides along the step part 11h. And when opening, it protrudes from the rear end of the shelf dowel receiving member 10 until the opening 11c is fully opened, and when closing, it contacts the front edge of the opening 11c when the opening 11c is completely closed. Movement is restricted. When the lid portion 21 is closed (in the state shown in FIG. 3), the arc-shaped outer edge portion 21 a is integrated in shape with the flange portion 11 i of the shelf dowel receiving member 10, and the lower end of the shelf dowel receiving member 10 is formed. The size and shape are selected so as to slightly protrude from the outer edge of the part.

On the upper surface (inner surface) of the lid portion 21, a plate-like contact portion 20 a that contacts the rear end inner surface 10 d of the shelf dowel receiving member 10 when the opening portion 11 c is fully opened is provided. The contact portion 20a reaches the vicinity of the position where the shelf dowel 2 is held by the chuck portion 11e. If the slide member 20 is fully closed, even if the shelf dowel 2 is detached from the chuck portion 11e, The shelf dowel 2 can be received and supported at the tip (upper end) of the contact portion 20a.

Engaging portions 22a and 22b extending in the sliding direction of the slide member 20 are formed outwardly projecting outward from the distal ends of the lock pieces 22A and 22B. On the other hand, guide grooves 10d and 10e extending in the sliding direction are formed on the front and rear side walls 10a and 10b of the shelf dowel receiving member 10, respectively. Then, when the engaging portions 22a and 22b of the lock pieces 22A and 22B are engaged with the guide grooves 10d and 10e of the front and rear side walls 10a and 10b of the shelf dowel receiving member 10, the shelf dowel receiving member 10 and the slide member 20 are engaged. Are integrated in a state of being slidably connected in the protruding direction of the shelf dowel 2.

The thickness dimension of each lock piece 22A, 22B is selected to be the same dimension as the gap between the gaps 12a, 12b or slightly smaller. Thus, when the slide member 20 is slid to the closing side, the front and rear lock pieces 22A, 22B are formed in the gaps 12a, 12b between the sandwiching pieces 11A, 11B of the shelf dowel receiving member 10 and the side walls 10a, 10b. When entering and completely closing, the opening of both sandwiching pieces 11A and 11B is prevented.

On the lower surface (front surface) of the lid portion 21, a groove 21 b for hooking a fingertip in the opening / closing operation is formed, and an arrow 21 c indicating the direction of the opening operation is attached. Further, on the upper surface (inner surface) of the lid portion 21, locking grooves 21 d and 21 e are provided at two locations separated from each other in the sliding direction. One locking groove 21e is provided at a position where it engages with the rear edge lower edge portion 10c of the shelf dowel receiving member 10 when the slide member 20 is in a fully open state (the state shown in FIG. 8). The other locking groove 21d is provided at a position where it engages with the rear edge lower edge portion 10c of the shelf dowel receiving member 10 when the slide member 20 is in the fully closed state (the state shown in FIG. 5). The lid portion 21 gradually increases in thickness from one locking groove 21e to the other locking groove 21d, and the upper surface of the portion is an inclined surface. The lid 21 is elastically pressed against the lower edge 10c of the rear end of the shelf dowel receiving member 10 by its own elasticity. As a result, the opening 11c is closed by the lid 21, that is, the locked state (the state shown in FIG. 3), and the opening 11c is opened, that is, the unlocked state (the state shown in FIGS. 1 and 2). At this time, the shelf dowel receiving member 10 and the slide member 20 are firmly locked to each other so that the respective states are maintained.
To be kept.

The shelf mounting apparatus 1 configured as described above is attached by being fitted into each dowel receiving groove formed at four positions on the front, rear, left and right of the lower surface of the shelf. And the shelf mounting apparatus 1 attached to the shelf is in a state where the opening 11c of the shelf dowel receiving member 10 is fully opened (the state of FIG. 1) before and after the inner side surfaces of the left and right side plates of the shelf body. The shelf board is constructed between the left and right side plates by placing the shelf board mounting device 1 and the shelf dowel 2 on each other on the shelf dowels 2 projecting inward.

Thereafter, the slide members 20 of all the shelf board mounting devices 1 mounted on the shelf board are slid to the closed side, and the shelf board mounting device 1 is brought into the locked state. Thereby, the shelf dowels 2 that support the shelf plates are held in a state of being sandwiched by the front and rear sandwiching pieces 11A and 11B of the respective shelf plate mounting apparatuses 1. Thereby, a shelf board is maintained in the stable state without wobbling.

When removing a shelf board, the slide member 20 of each shelf board attachment apparatus 1 with which the shelf board is mounted is slid to an open side, and all the shelf board attachment apparatuses 1 are made into an unlocked state. Thereafter, the shelf board can be easily removed by lifting the shelf board.

As described above, since the shelf dowel receiving member 10 and the slide member 20 are connected and integrated with each other, the shelf mounting device 1 may be separated when the shelf is attached or replaced. And easy to handle.
