Description

The present invention relates to the left and right side plates by fitting recesses formed on the left and right front and back of the bottom surface of the shelf plate to the shelf dowels projecting inward from the front and back of the inner side surfaces of the left and right side plates of the shelf body. The present invention relates to a shelf mounting apparatus capable of installing a shelf between them.

In book shelves, cupboards, and the like, rod-like or pin-like supports called shelf dowels are inserted into the holes in the left and right side plates to protrude inward, and the shelf board is placed thereon. And the installation position of a shelf board can be changed easily by replacing | exchanging this shelf dowel to another hole from which a height position differs. Concave portions are formed on the front, rear, left and right of the back surface of the shelf plate, and the shelf plate is prevented from shifting by fitting the shelf dowels into the respective recessed portions.

However, the shelf board may wobble in the vertical direction only by the recess of the shelf board and the shelf dowel being simply fitted.

In view of this, a shelf mounting device having a mechanism that prevents the shelf from wobbling or coming off the shelf dowel has been proposed. This type of shelf mounting apparatus includes a shelf dowel receiving member that is fitted in a recess and fixed to the shelf plate, and a lid member (locking member) that is attached by being fitted to the lower opening of the shelf dowel receiving member. I have. Then, after the shelf dowel receiving member is fitted to the shelf dowel, the lid member is attached to the shelf dowel receiving member, so that the shelf dowel rattling in the shelf dowel receiving member or the shelf dowel receiving member from the shelf dowel Detachment is prevented by the lid member. (Patent Document 1)
JP 2006-130179 A

However, since the conventional shelf mounting device is a separate article in which the lid member and the shelf dowel receiving member are separable from each other, when the shelf plate is attached or replaced, both are separated and handling is complicated. The lid member removed from the shelf dowel receiving member is often lost.

The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a shelf mounting device that is easy to handle at the time of attaching and replacing the shelf and can keep the attached shelf in a stable state without wobbling. is there.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the shelf mounting device of the present invention is provided in the shelf dowels projecting inward from the front and back of the inner side surfaces of the left and right side plates of the shelf main body, to the left and right front and rear of the lower surface portion of the shelf plate. A shelf mounting device configured to be able to build a shelf between the left and right side plates by fitting a dowel receiving groove formed in
A shelf dowel receiving member that is fixed to the shelf plate in a state of being fitted into the dowel receiving groove, and that receives the shelf dowel protruding from the side plate so as to be detachable in a vertical direction;
A lock lever integrated so as to be rotatable in a direction in which the shelf dowel receiving member and the shelf dowel are fitted and detached; and
A biasing mechanism that constantly biases the lock lever so as to prevent the shelf dowel from being detached from the shelf dowel receiving member;
The shelf dowel receiving member is
A pair of front and rear holding pieces for holding the shelf dowels so that they can be freely fitted and removed;
The lock lever is
An operation unit that is operated upside down at the lower end of the shelf dowel receiving member to manually rotate this,
A pair of front and rear locking pieces that appear and disappear on both outer sides of the pair of clamping pieces in accordance with the rotation operation,
When the operation portion of the lock lever is tilted, the pair of lock pieces are positioned on both outer sides of the pair of clamp pieces to prevent the pair of clamp pieces from being opened, whereby the shelf dowels are moved up and down. It is characterized by being configured so that it cannot be detached in the direction.

The shelf mounting device configured as described above is attached by being fitted to each dowel receiving groove formed on the front, back, left and right of the bottom surface of the shelf. Then, the shelf mounting device attached to the shelf plate is placed on the shelf dowels projecting inward from the front and rear of the inner side surfaces of the left and right side plates of the shelf body, and the shelf mounting device and the shelf dowels are mounted. Are fitted to each other, and a shelf board is installed between the left and right side plates. At that time, the shelf dowel is sandwiched between the pair of front and rear sandwiching pieces in the shelf dowel receiving member, and then the lock lever is prevented from being detached from the shelf dowel receiving member by the action of the biasing mechanism. . That is, the operation part of the lock lever falls down. As a result, the pair of front and rear lock pieces of the lock lever move to both outer sides of both holding pieces, thereby preventing the opening of both holding pieces holding the shelf dowels. As a result, the shelf dowels that support the shelf plates are held in a vertically unremovable manner by the shelf mounting device, and the shelf plates are kept in a stable state without wobbling. When removing a shelf board, the operation part of the lock lever of the shelf board attachment apparatus with which the shelf board is mounted | worn is raised, and both lock pieces are evacuated from the both outer sides of both clamping pieces. As a result, both the holding pieces holding the shelf dowels are allowed to open, that is, the shelf dowels are allowed to be detached from the holding pieces. Thereafter, the shelf board can be easily removed by lifting the shelf board. In this shelf mounting device, the shelf dowel receiving member and the lock lever are pivotally connected to each other so that they are not separated during the mounting and replacement of the shelf, and handling is easy. Easy.

In the shelf mounting device of the present invention, a contact portion between the pair of lock pieces, the contact portion of which the tip of the shelf dowel contacts when the shelf plate is placed on the shelf dowel in a state where the operation portion is tilted. It is preferable that the lock lever is configured to rotate in a direction in which the operation portion occurs when the shelf dowel contacts the contact portion.

According to the shelf mounting device configured as described above, the lock lever is pushed by the shelf dowel even when the operation unit is in a collapsed state when the shelf is placed on the shelf dowel. The operation unit is rotated in the direction in which the operation unit is raised, and the shelf dowel is received by the shelf dowel receiving member. Thereafter, when the operation portion of the lock lever is tilted, the shelf dowel is held in the vertical direction so as not to be detached by the shelf mounting device, and the shelf is kept in a stable state without wobbling.

Since the shelf dowel receiving member and the lock lever are connected and integrated with each other, the shelf mounting device of the present invention is easy to handle when mounting and replacing the shelf, and the mounted shelf is wobbled. It can be kept in a stable state without any problems.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

1 to 3 are perspective views showing a shelf mounting apparatus according to the present invention together with a shelf dowel. 4 and 7 are bottom views showing the shelf mounting apparatus according to the present invention together with the shelf dowels. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG. 4, and FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line BB in FIG. 8 is a sectional view taken along the line CC in FIG. 7, and FIG. 9 is a sectional view taken along the line DD in FIG.

The shelf mounting device 1 is formed on the shelf dowels 2 projecting inward from the front and back of the inner side surfaces of the left and right side plates of the shelf body (not shown), and the shelf plates are formed on the left and right front and rear sides of the lower surface portion thereof. A shelf board is constructed between the left and right side plates by fitting and mounting the dowel receiving grooves.

The shelf mounting apparatus 1 includes a shelf dowel receiving member 10 shown in FIG. 10 and a lock lever 20 shown in FIG. The shelf dowel receiving member 10 and the lock lever 20 are the same quality synthetic resin molded products.

The shelf dowel receiving member 10 is a member fixed to the shelf plate in a state of being fitted in the dowel receiving groove. The shelf dowel receiving member 10 has a substantially cylindrical receiving member main body 11 having a top plate portion 11a and a rectangular opening 11c serving as an entrance of the shelf dowel 2 at the lower end. The outer shape and dimensions of the receiving member main body 11 are selected so that the receiving member main body 11 can be press-fitted into the dowel receiving groove and embedded in the shelf board. A cutout portion 11b for receiving the shelf dowel 2 is formed in an inverted U shape on the side wall of the receiving member main body 11 so as to communicate with the opening portion 11c at the lower end. The shelf dowel receiving member 10 is fixed to the shelf plate with the opening 11c facing the side plate of the shelf body.

In the shelf dowel receiving member 10, a substantially rectangular space 11s communicating with the notch 11b and the opening 11c is formed to receive the shelf dowel 2, and the shelf dowel 2 can be freely inserted into and removed from the space 11s. A pair of front and rear clamping pieces 11A and 11B are provided. Both sandwiching pieces 11A and 11B protrude from the lower surface of the top plate portion 11a. The inner surface 11d of the opposite portion of both sandwiching pieces 11A and 11B is formed in a substantially arc shape (substantially C shape opened downward) in accordance with the outer peripheral shape and dimensions of the shelf dowel 2 and this substantially arc shape. The shelf dowel 2 is adapted to be fitted to the portion (hereinafter referred to as “chuck portion”) 11e. At both lower portions of the sandwiching pieces 11A and 11B, inclined surfaces 11g are formed symmetrically from the protruding end 11f to the vicinity of the chuck portion 11e. Both inclined surfaces 11g are expanded downward, and serve as guide surfaces when the shelf dowel 2 is received by the chuck portion 11e. Clearances 12 a and 12 b are provided between the sandwiching pieces 11 A and 11 B and the front and rear side walls 10 a and 10 b of the shelf dowel receiving member 10. Both the sandwiching pieces 11A and 11B can be elastically deformed in a direction in which the distance between the projecting ends 11f expands or contracts. Near the lower ends of the front and rear side walls 10a, 10b of the shelf dowel receiving member 10, shaft holes 10d, 10e for rotatably connecting the lock lever 20 are provided.

ロックレバー20の前後両側には、回動軸部22a、22b(22bは図には表れていない。) Rotating shaft portions 22a and 22b (22b is not shown in the drawing) are provided coaxially on the front and rear sides of the lock lever 20, and both the rotating shaft portions 22a and 22b are rack dowel receptacles. By engaging the shaft holes 10d and 10e of the member 10, the shelf dowel receiving member 10 and the lock lever 20 are rotated in the vertical direction (the direction in which the shelf dowel receiving member 10 and the shelf dowel 2 are fitted together). It is integrated in a state where it is movably connected. The lock lever 20 includes a meniscus-shaped operation portion 21 that is tilted up and down at the lower end portion 10c of the shelf dowel receiving member 10 to manually rotate the lock lever 20, and a pair of sandwiching pieces accompanying the rotation operation. It has a pair of front and rear lock pieces 22A and 22B that appear and disappear on both front and rear sides of 11A and 11B. The thickness dimension of each lock piece 22A, 22B is selected to be the same as or slightly smaller than the interval between the gaps 12a, 12b. The operating portion 21 has a size and shape so that the arc-shaped outer edge portion 21a slightly protrudes from the outer edge of the lower end portion of the shelf dowel receiving member 10 when the operating portion 21 is in a collapsed state (the state shown in FIGS. 1 and 3). Selected.

A leaf spring portion 31 constituting a part of the urging mechanism 30 is formed at a position facing the opening portion 11 c on the side wall of the receiving member main body 11. The leaf spring portion 31 protrudes obliquely downward inward from the inner surface of the side wall of the receiving member main body 11, and is elastically deformed in the vertical direction. On the other hand, the lock lever 20 is formed with an engaging portion 32 that constitutes a part of the urging mechanism 30. The lock lever 20 is always urged in the direction in which the operation portion 21 is tilted (the direction of arrow A in FIG. 8) when the engagement portion 32 is engaged with the leaf spring portion 31.

The lock lever 20 pivots up and down about both pivot shafts 22a and 22b. When the operation unit 21 is tilted, the front and rear lock pieces 22A and 22B enter the gaps 12a and 12b between the sandwiching pieces 11A and 11B of the shelf dowel receiving member 10 and the side walls 10a and 10b. Opening of both clamping pieces 11A and 11B is prevented by 22A and 22B. The lock lever 20 is maintained in a state where the operation unit 21 is tilted, that is, in a locked state (the state of FIG. 1) by the action of the urging mechanism 30. Between both the lock pieces 22A and 22B, there is provided a contact portion 22c with which the tip of the shelf dowel 2 comes into contact when the shelf board is placed on the shelf dowel 2 in a state where the operation portion 21 is tilted. Then, when the shelf dowel 2 abuts against the abutment portion 22c, the engagement of the lock pieces 22A and 22B with respect to the gaps 12a and 12b is released by the force, and the lock lever 20 is in a direction in which the operation portion 21 is raised. It is configured to rotate. That is, the shelf mounting device 1 is automatically unlocked when the lock lever 20 is pushed by the shelf dowel 2 and rotated even when the shelf is placed on the shelf dowel 2 in the locked state (see FIG. 2 state).

The shelf mounting apparatus 1 configured as described above is attached by being fitted into each dowel receiving groove formed at four positions on the front, rear, left and right of the lower surface of the shelf. Then, the shelf mounting device 1 attached to the shelf is placed on the shelf dowels 2 projecting inward from the front and back of the inner side surfaces of the left and right side plates of the shelf main body. And the shelf dowels 2 are fitted to each other, whereby a shelf plate is installed between the left and right side plates.

When the shelf board is placed on the shelf dowel 2, even if the shelf mounting apparatus 1 is in the locked state, the lock lever 20 is pushed by the shelf dowel 2 and rotates to enter the unlocked state (state shown in FIG. 2). The shelf dowel 2 is held between the sandwiching pieces 11A and 11B in the shelf dowel receiving member 10. Thereafter, the lock lever 20 is in a posture to prevent the shelf dowel from being removed from the shelf dowel receiving member 10 by the action of the urging mechanism. That is, the operation part of the lock lever 20 falls down. Thereby, both lock pieces 22A and 22B of the lock lever 20 move to both outer sides of the both holding pieces 11A and 11B, and the opening of both the holding pieces 11A and 11B holding the shelf dowel 2 is prevented. As a result, the shelf dowels 2 supporting the shelf boards are held in the vertical direction so as not to be detached by the shelf board mounting device 1, and the shelf boards are kept in a stable state without wobbling.

When removing a shelf board, the operation part 21 of the lock lever 20 of each shelf board attachment apparatus 1 with which the shelf board is mounted | worn is raised, and the shelf board attachment apparatus 1 is made into an unlocked state. Thereafter, the shelf board can be easily removed by lifting the shelf board.

As described above, since the shelf dowel receiving member 10 and the lock lever 20 are integrally connected to each other so that the shelf dowel receiving member 10 and the lock lever 20 are integrated with each other, both of them are separated at the time of attaching or replacing the shelf. It is easy to handle.
