Abstract
Description
本発明は、物質を含むガスから1つ以上の物質を除去するためのシステムおよび方法に関する。特に、それは、ガスから1つ以上の物質を収着するための収着材料を用いるシステムおよび方法に関する。
本開示は、収着剤材料の異なる層を含む収着システムを用いることによる、水蒸気およびその他のガスの汚染物の吸着による空気およびガスのそれからの精製を提供するための種々のシステムに関する。これら収着剤材料の少なくとも1つは、クリノプチロライトのような天然に存在するゼオライトである。
Claims (11)
- 入口、出口、およびそれらの間の内部容量を備える収着剤ベッドであって、該容量が、第1の収着剤材料を含む第1の収着剤層およびクリノプチロライトを含む第2の収着剤層を保持する、収着剤ベッド。
- 前記第2の収着剤層が、前記第1の収着剤層の下流である、請求項1に記載の収着剤ベッド。
- 前記第2の収着剤層が、前記出口の近傍にある、請求項2に記載の収着剤ベッド。
- 前記収着剤ベッドが圧力スイングベッドであり、そして前記出口が前記入口の上にある、請求項2に記載の収着剤ベッド。
- 前記収着剤ベッドが熱スイングベッドであり、そして前記出口が前記入口の下に位置決めされる、請求項2に記載の収着剤ベッド。
- 前記クリノプチロライトが、前記容量の少なくとも20%を占める、請求項1に記載の収着剤ベッド。
- 前記クリノプチロライトが、前記容量の90%以下を占める、請求項6に記載の収着剤ベッド。
- 前記クリノプチロライトが、前記容量の約30〜50%を占める、請求項7に記載の収着剤ベッド。
- 前記第2の収着剤層が、少なくとも約30%のクリノプチロライトを含む、請求項1に記載の収着剤ベッド。
- 入口、出口、およびそれらの間の内部容量を備える収着剤ベッドであって、該容量が、第1の収着剤材料を含む第1の収着剤層、および本質的にクリノプチロライトからなる第2の収着剤層を保持する、収着剤ベッド。
- 前記ベッドの出口にクリノプチロライトを、そして該ベッドの入口に異なる収着剤を含む収着剤ベッドを用いる、圧力スイングまたは熱スイングシステム。
