Claims (28)
- 内耳と通信するためのシステムであって、

を有する、内耳カテーテルと
を含む、システム。 - 前記音響トランスデューサを取り囲み、前記内耳カテーテルの前記近位端と振動通信するハウジング液で充填された、ハウジングチャンバをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記音響トランスデューサは、浮動性のマストランスデューサである、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記管腔の前記遠位端は、前記内耳液と流体連通し、前記管腔の前記近位端は、前記ハウジング液と流体連通し、前記ハウジングは、前記内耳へ送達するための治療液を受け取るための液ポートをさらに含む、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記カテーテルの前記近位端と振動通信するハウジング液で充填され、前記ハウジング液と振動通信する外側ハウジング膜を含むハウジングチャンバをさらに含み、

- 内耳と通信するためのシステムであって、
電気的エネルギーと機械的刺激信号とを変換するための、音響トランスデューサと、
前記内耳への電気的刺激信号を生成する電子モジュールと、
内耳カテーテルであって、
i.前記内耳液と振動通信する遠位端と、
ii.前記音響トランスデューサと振動通信する近位端と、
iii.前記遠位端と前記近位端との間で振動信号をカップリングするための、カテーテル液で充填された管腔と
を有する、内耳カテーテルと、
前記内耳カテーテルの前記遠位端にある、前記電気的刺激信号で前記内耳の神経組織を刺激するための、前記電子モジュールと電気通信する電極アレイと
を含む、システム。 - 前記音響トランスデューサを取り囲み、前記内耳カテーテルの前記近位端と振動通信するハウジング液で充填された、ハウジングチャンバをさらに含む、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記音響トランスデューサは、浮動性のマストランスデューサである、請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 前記管腔の前記遠位端は、前記内耳液と流体連通し、前記管腔の前記近位端は、前記ハウジング液と流体連通し、前記ハウジングは、前記内耳へ送達するための治療液を受け取るための液ポートをさらに含む、請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 前記カテーテルの前記近位端と振動通信するハウジング液で充填され、前記ハウジング液と振動通信する外側ハウジング膜を含むハウジングチャンバをさらに含み、
