- 前記アッセイは、ディテクタDNA配列に選択的に結合する細菌性DNA配列を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記アッセイは、生物学的アッセイ、電気化学的アッセイ、生化学的アッセイ、免疫学的アッセイ、核酸アッセイ、プロテオミックアッセイ、ジェノミックアッセイからなるグループから選択された医学診断アッセイであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記アッセイ反応は、蛍光測定反応、測色反応、発光反応、放射測定反応、表面プラズモン共鳴、電流測定反応、容量性反応、電位差測定反応からなるグループから選択されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記環境は液状生物学的サンプルであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記液状生物学的サンプルは血液であることを特徴とする請求項15記載の装置。
- 前記液状生物学的サンプルを保持するためのサンプルコンテナをさらに具えたことを特徴とする請求項15記載の装置。
- 前記センサは光検出器であり、前記検出されたアッセイ反応は、前記サンプルコンテナの外部の位置から前記アッセイ上に向けられた光源から、前記光検出器に通信されることを特徴とする請求項17記載の装置。
- 前記アッセイは、前記トランスポンダが配置されている前記環境に応じた導電率を示すセンサパッチを備える電気化学的アッセイであり、前記センサは前記センサパッチの前記導電率の変化を検出することを特徴とする請求項14記載の装置。
- 前記センサパッチは、前記環境に応答して変動する導電率を有する電極と、基準電極とを備えることを特徴とする請求項19記載の装置。
- 前記アッセイ反応は電位差測定反応であることを特徴とする請求項20記載の装置。
- 前記環境はさらに前記サンプルコンテナ中の成長培地を備えることを特徴とする請求項17記載の装置。
- アッセイ反応を検出および通信するためのシステムであって、
RF信号を受信するための受信アンテナと、前記受信アンテナから前記RF信号を受け取るための受信機と、RF信号を送信に向けて送信アンテナに送るための送信機であって前記受信アンテナと前記送信アンテナとは同じであるかまたは異なる送信機と、これらのための筐体とを備えたトランスポンダと、
前記トランスポンダ筐体の表面に結合されたアッセイと、
前記アッセイトランスポンダが配置されている環境に対するアッセイ反応を検出するためのセンサと
を具えたことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記送信機および受信機はトランシーバ集積回路であることを特徴とする請求項23記載のシステム。
- 前記トランスポンダは受動RFデバイスであることを特徴とする請求項23記載のシステム。
- 前記センサは、前記トランスポンダ外部のLEDと、前記トランスポンダ内部の光検出器とをさらに具えたことを特徴とする請求項25記載のシステム。
- 前記LEDは前記トランスポンダから前記アッセイ上に光を向け、前記光検出器は前記アッセイから向けられた光を検出することを特徴とする請求項25記載のシステム。
- 前記トランスポンダは複数のアッセイおよび複数のセンサを有し、前記アッセイのそれぞれ1つが前記センサのそれぞれ1つによって問い合わせられて前記アッセイ反応が検出されることを特徴とする請求項23記載のシステム。
- 前記アッセイは前記トランスポンダの表面上に形成された色素であり、前記色素は前記アッセイが配置されている前記環境のpHに反応して色が変化することを特徴とする請求項23記載のシステム。
- 前記アッセイは、ボンディング、刻印、成形、スクリーニング、蒸着のうちの1つによって前記トランスポンダの表面に取り付けられたことを特徴とする請求項23記載のシステム。
- 前記筐体は、前記光検出器によって受け取られる光に対して光学的に透明であることを特徴とする請求項26記載のシステム。
- 前記トランスポンダの電力は、前記トランスポンダから受け取られた前記RF信号から得られることを特徴とする請求項25記載のシステム。
- 前記トランスポンダの電力は、前記光検出器によって受け取られた光信号から得られることを特徴とする請求項26記載のシステム。
- 前記アッセイは、ディテクタDNA配列に選択的に結合する細菌性DNA配列を含むことを特徴とする請求項23記載のシステム。
- 前記アッセイは、生物学的アッセイ、生化学的アッセイ、免疫学的アッセイ、核酸アッセイ、プロテオミックアッセイ、ジェノミックアッセイからなるグループから選択された医学診断アッセイであることを特徴とする請求項23記載のシステム。
- 前記アッセイ反応は、蛍光測定反応、測色反応、発光反応、放射測定反応、統計パターン反応、電流測定反応、容量性反応、電位差測定反応からなるグループから選択されたことを特徴とする請求項23記載のシステム。
