Claims (20)
- 少なくとも2つのサセプタ層と、
複数の拡張可能な絶縁セルと、
を備える、マイクロ波エネルギー相互作用加熱シート。 - 前記マイクロ波エネルギー相互作用加熱シートが、マイクロ波エネルギーに曝露されるとき、前記拡張可能な絶縁セルの少なくともいくつかは膨張する、請求項1に記載のマイクロ波エネルギー相互作用加熱シート。
- マイクロ波エネルギーへの曝露前、前記マイクロ波エネルギー相互作用加熱シートは、実質的に平面であり、
マイクロ波エネルギーへの十分な曝露後、前記マイクロ波エネルギー相互作用加熱シートは、多面のロフト形状を有する、
請求項1に記載のマイクロ波エネルギー相互作用加熱シート。 - 前記マイクロ波エネルギー相互作用加熱シートは、焦げ目をつけたい、かつ/またはカリカリに仕上げたい食料品によって接触することを目的とする、第1の表面を含み、
前記サセプタ層の少なくとも1つは、前記第1の表面に近接する、
請求項1に記載のマイクロ波エネルギー相互作用加熱シート。 - 前記少なくとも2つのサセプタ層は、第1のサセプタ層と、第2のサセプタ層とを含み、
前記マイクロ波エネルギー相互作用加熱シートは、層状構成で、
第1のポリマーフィルム層と、
前記第1のサセプタ層と、
第1の水分含有層と、
パターニングされた接着層と、
第2の水分含有層と、前記第2のサセプタ層と、
第2のポリマーフィルム層とをさらに備え、
前記パターニングされた接着層は、前記第1の水分含有層と、前記第2の水分含有層との間に、前記複数の拡張可能な絶縁セルを画定する、
請求項1に記載のマイクロ波エネルギー相互作用加熱シート。 - 層状構成で、マイクロ波エネルギー相互作用絶縁材料の第1の板と、マイクロ波エネルギー相互作用絶縁材料の第2の板とを備え、
マイクロ波エネルギー相互作用絶縁材料の前記第1の板は、
マイクロ波エネルギーを熱的エネルギーに変換する、マイクロ波エネルギー相互作用材料の層と、
マイクロ波エネルギー相互作用材料の前記層に、少なくとも部分的に接合される水分含有層と、
所定のパターンで、前記水分含有層に接合され、それによって、前記水分含有層と、前記ポリマーフィルム層との間に、複数の拡張可能な絶縁セルを画定する、ポリマーフィルム層とを含む、
マイクロ波エネルギー相互作用加熱シート。 - マイクロ波エネルギー相互作用絶縁材料の前記第1の板と、マイクロ波エネルギー相互作用絶縁材料の前記第2の板とは、少なくとも部分的に接合される、請求項6に記載のマイクロ波エネルギー相互作用加熱シート。
- マイクロ波エネルギー相互作用絶縁材料の前記第1の板と、マイクロ波エネルギー相互作用絶縁材料の前記第2の板とは、食料品を受容するための内部空間を画定するために、各前記第1の板と、前記第2の板とのそれぞれの周辺端部に沿って、少なくとも部分的に接合される、請求項6に記載のマイクロ波エネルギー相互作用加熱シート。
- 食料品に接触することを目的とする表面を有し、マイクロ波エネルギーを熱的エネルギーに変換する、マイクロ波エネルギー相互作用材料の前記層は、前記第1の表面に近接する、請求項6に記載のマイクロ波エネルギー相互作用加熱シート。
- 寸法的に安定した構成要素と組み合わせた、請求項6に記載のマイクロ波エネルギー相互作用加熱シートであって、

マイクロ波エネルギーを熱的エネルギーに変換する、マイクロ波エネルギー相互作用材料の層と、
マイクロ波エネルギー相互作用材料の前記層に、少なくとも部分的に接合される水分含有層と、
所定のパターンで、前記水分含有層に接合され、それによって、前記水分含有層と、前記ポリマーフィルム層との間に、複数の拡張可能な絶縁セルを画定する、ポリマーフィルム層とを含む、

第1のポリマーフィルム層上に支持されるマイクロ波エネルギー相互作用材料を備える、サセプタフィルムと、
マイクロ波エネルギー相互作用材料と重複した水分含有層と、
所定のパターンで、前記水分含有層に接合され、それによって、前記水分含有層と、前記第2のポリマーフィルム層との間に、複数の拡張可能な絶縁セルを画定する第2のポリマーフィルム層と、を含み、
前記マイクロ波エネルギー相互作用加熱シートが、マイクロ波エネルギーに曝露されるとき、前記拡張可能な絶縁セルの少なくともいくつかは膨張する、
マイクロ波エネルギー相互作用加熱シート。 - 前記板は、少なくとも部分的に互いに接合される、請求項12に記載のマイクロ波エネルギー相互作用加熱シート。
