Claims (10)
- 含まれる媒質の物理量を測定するための、外部に可逆的に取り付けられたセンサ配列を含む、使い捨てバイオリアクタであって、
媒質を供給および/または排出することを担うバイオリアクタの周辺配管(14,16,18)の少なくとも1つに、センサアダプタ(28)の内部境界表面(32a,32b;40;44a,44b)を介して周辺配管(14,16,18)を貫流する媒質と相互作用する電子センサ配列(34,38;42;44a,44b,46,48)を受け入れるセンサアダプタ(28)が、一体化され、
また、センサアダプタ(28)は、前記周辺配管(14,16,18)において当該周辺配管(14,16,18)内に設けられ、該センサアダプタを貫流して前記含有媒質が流れることが可能であることを特徴とする、前記バイオリアクタ。 - センサアダプタ(28)が排出ガス配管(18)に一体化されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の、使い捨てバイオリアクタ。
- センサ配列(34,38;41;44a,44b,46,48)が内部境界表面(32a,32b;40;44a,44b)を介して媒質と直接相互作用するために配置されていることを特徴とする請求1または2に記載の、使い捨てバイオリアクタ。
- センサ配列が、境界表面(32a,32b)を通じて媒質内に赤外光を放出する赤外送信器(34)と、赤外送信器(34)によって放出された光の一部を、前記媒質との相互作用の後に検出する赤外検出器(38)と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の、使い捨てバイオリアクタ。
- 境界表面(32a,32b)が赤外スペクトル領域において透過性のガラス、結晶またはプラスチック表面であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の、使い捨てバイオリアクタ。
- センサ配列が、境界表面(40)の温度を検出する温度検出器(42)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の、使い捨てバイオリアクタ。
- 境界表面(40)が、媒質について液密で、熱伝導性の材料からなることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の、使い捨てバイオリアクタ。
- センサ配列が電圧源(46)、当該電圧源に接続されている2個の電極(44a,44b)、および当該電極(44a,44b)間の電流および/または電圧を検出する測定装置(48)を含み、境界表面が、導電性であり相互に絶縁された、2つの内部表面を含み、導電性である各々の前記電極(44a,44b)が各々前記内部表面の一つと接触することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の使い捨てバイオリアクタ。
- センサアダプタ(28)が、ガンマ線放射に耐性のある材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の、使い捨てバイオリアクタ。
- センサアダプタ(28)が、ETOに耐性のある材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の使い捨てバイオリアクタ。
