Description
1)ロール紙用の保持器と、
2)樹脂含浸用の槽と、
3)含浸紙乾燥用のドライヤーと、
4)トリアジン蒸着室と、
5)樹脂および少なくとも一部の蒸着トリアジンを加熱および硬化させるのに十分な高温で動作可能なプレスと
を含む加圧ラミネート連続製造装置に関する。
メラミン樹脂は、542gの水および十分な10%NaOHを加えてpHを9.3にし、高温(約100℃)において956gのメラミンを924g(37%)ホルマリンおよび78gのジエチレングリコールと反応させて、1.5のF/M比率で製造した。曇り点に達してから、水分許容性(WT)を試験した。WTが260%であったとき、反応混合物を迅速に室温まで冷却し、pHを再び9.3に調節した。この樹脂990gに、2gの湿潤剤(Wuertz 9594)および2gの離型剤(Wuertz2523W)を加えた。pHはここで8.9になり、B時間は304秒であった。その樹脂自体を使用した。B時間が多くなるようであったなら、ある量のp−トルエンスルホン酸を加えてB時間が約300秒となるようにしたであろう。
青い紙(110g/m2)および木目プリント(wood print)紙(70g/m2)を含浸に使用した。紙に110%の樹脂を含浸させ、Fresenbergerオーブン中において100℃で9min乾燥させて、水分が約6%の樹脂となるようにした。
[MF含浸紙へのメラミンの蒸着]
説明したようにメラミン樹脂を含浸させた青い紙または木目プリント紙を、メラミンの蒸着に使用した。メラミン付着量を評価するために、分析用の紙ストライプを乾燥させ、実際の紙と並行して使用した。メラミンを付着させるために、紙を真空室に入れ、実施例1、2 4および5については、圧力が約2〜9 10−5marまで減圧されていた間にメラミンを305℃まで加熱した。実施例3の場合、圧力は0.1〜0.2ミリバールであった。表1に示すように、ある特定時間の間にメラミンを付着させた。
[ラミネートの形成]
ラミネートは、層2または5の一方を、二次成形に適したフェノール−ホルムアルデヒド紙上に積み重ねることによって製造した。実施例6および比較実験1のラミネートは、EN438に記載されているようにして8MPa(=8MN/m2)の圧力でプレスした。実施例7および比較実験2のラミネートは、短いサイクル条件(170℃で20秒間)の場合のようにプレスした。二次成形特性は、EN438/2.1に記載されているようにして測定したが、この場合、ラミネートの厚さの10倍の範囲にわたって曲げる必要がある。結果は、亀裂が観察されなければ合格であり、最上層に欠陥が見えた場合には不合格である。
Claims (27)
- 結晶トリアジンを含む樹脂含浸紙基材。
- 前記結晶トリアジンが蒸着トリアジンである、請求項1に記載の樹脂含浸紙基材。
- 前記トリアジンの量が約5g/m2以上である、請求項1〜2のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂含浸紙基材。
- 前記トリアジンの量が約100g/m2以下である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂含浸紙基材。
- 前記トリアジンがメラミンである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂含浸紙基材。
- 前記樹脂がMF樹脂である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂含浸紙基材。
- 前記樹脂がUF樹脂またはMUF樹脂である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂含浸紙基材。
- 前記紙が不織および非紡糸のセルロース繊維からなる、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂含浸紙。
- 前記紙の重量が約15g/m2以上かつ約200g/m2以下である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂含浸紙。
- 前記紙が化粧紙である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂含浸紙。
- 前記紙が単一色である、請求項10に記載の樹脂含浸紙。
- 前記紙が天然の物質を模倣したプリントを有する、請求項10に記載の樹脂含浸紙。
- 前記紙がオーバーレイ紙である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂含浸紙。
- 前記トリアジンが約100μm以下のサイズの小板構造を有する微晶質である、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂含浸紙。
- 紙に樹脂含浸を施し、乾燥させ、その後に真空室内で蒸着を施し、前記真空室における紙の速度は約0.1m/s以上かつ約10m/s以下であり、前記真空室内のトリアジンの温度は約250℃以上、好ましくは約330℃以上であり、真空は約100ミリバール以上であり、それにより前記紙基材の温度が前記トリアジンの加熱温度より250℃低い、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の紙の製造方法。
- アミン−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂と紙との少なくとも1つの硬化層を含むラミネートの製造方法であって、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂含浸紙に、1つまたは複数の他の層と共に圧力を加え、かつ/または十分な温度を加えて前記樹脂および少なくとも一部の前記結晶トリアジンを硬化させる、方法。
- 前記樹脂およびトリアジンの理論上のF/M比率が1.5以上である、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記樹脂およびトリアジンの理論上のF/M比率が1.5以下である、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が連続的ロールツーロール法である、請求項16〜18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- メラミンとして計算したトリアジンの量が紙1g/m2当たり約0.8g/m2以上である、B段階のトリアジンおよびアジン樹脂を含んでいる紙。
- メラミンとして計算したトリアジンの量が紙1g/m2当たり約0.9g/m2以上である、請求項20に記載の紙。
- 前記トリアジンがメラミンである、請求項19〜21のいずれか一項に記載の紙。
- 前記アミン樹脂がMF樹脂である、請求項19〜22のいずれか一項に記載の紙。
- 前記アミン樹脂がUF樹脂である、請求項19〜22のいずれか一項に記載の紙。
- 連続加圧ラミネート方法における請求項1〜14および20〜24のいずれか一項に記載の紙の使用。
- 1)ロール紙用の保持器と、
2)樹脂含浸用の槽と、
3)含浸紙乾燥用のドライヤーと、
4)トリアジン蒸着室と、
5)樹脂および少なくとも一部の蒸着トリアジンを加熱および硬化させるのに十分な高温で動作可能なプレスと
を含む、加圧ラミネート連続製造装置。 - 前記トリアジン付着室は側壁に2つのスリットのある密閉室であって、紙の出入りが可能であり、該スリットはトリアジン蒸気を前記室内に実質的に保持しかつ減圧を許容するのに十分小さいものである、請求項26に記載の装置。
