Claims (12)
- 内燃機関の排ガス中の窒素酸化物を還元するための装置において、
排ガス通路(26)の内部および/または外側に配置された、固体尿素からアンモニアを生成するための熱分解反応器(10)と、
該熱分解反応器(10)に熱結合された、該熱分解反応器(10)の熱分解空間(20)を加熱するための加熱装置(17,40)と、
該排ガス通路(26)内において、該排ガスの流動方向(28)で見て該熱分解反応器(10)に後置接続されたSCR触媒(34)
とを有し、
該SCR触媒(34)内に、該アンモニアが場合によっては別の反応生成物とともに流入し、
該SCR触媒(34)は付加的に加水分解触媒としても機能することを特徴とする装置。 - 前記加熱装置(17)は電気加熱装置として構成されている、請求項1記載の装置。
- 酸化触媒(30)が流動方向(28)で見て前記熱分解反応器(10)に前置接続されている、請求項1または2記載の装置。
- 前記熱分解反応器(10)は前記酸化触媒(30)の直近に配置されることにより、該熱分解反応器の加熱は、該酸化触媒(30)で発生した反応熱によって行われるように構成されている、請求項3記載の装置。
- 前記熱分解反応器(10)は前記酸化触媒(30)に熱結合されている、請求項3または4記載の装置。
- 前記熱分解反応器(10)は少なくとも部分的に、前記酸化触媒(30)内部に配置されている、請求項3から5までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記熱分解反応器(10)は、排ガス流の流動方向(28)に対して実質的に垂直に方向づけされた加熱面(38)を有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記加熱装置(40)は、前記酸化触媒に燃料供給を行うための燃料供給装置(40)を有する、請求項3から7までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記燃料供給装置(40)は噴射ノズル(42)を有し、
該噴射ノズル(42)はとりわけ、流動方向(28)で見て前記酸化触媒(30)より上流に配置されている、請求項8記載の装置。 - 前記燃料供給は、前記酸化触媒(30)の部分領域(48)でのみ行われ、
該部分領域(48)は、有利には前記熱分解反応器(10)に直接接する、請求項8または9記載の装置。 - 前記酸化触媒(30)は前記部分領域(48)に付加的なコーティングを有する、請求項10記載の装置。
- 前記熱分解反応器(10)と前記SCR触媒(34)との間に混合装置(32)が設けられている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
