Claims (15)
- 第1及び第2の導電性外層(3,4)の間に挟設される電気絶縁性中間層(2)を含む多層パネルと、
上記外層(3,4)に交流電圧を印加して上記外層(3,4)間に作用する静電力の変動に起因する振動を開始させる信号手段(11)とを備え、
上記3つの層(2,3,4)は互いに対して振動することができるように分離して形成され、上記外層(3,4)の少なくとも一方はそのような振動により変位される空気を透過させる静電型スピーカ。 - 上記外層(3,4)の少なくとも一方にはその全体にわたって延在される穴の正則行列が設けられた請求項1記載のスピーカ。
- 上記外層(3,4)の少なくとも一方は織り合わされたメッシュの形式である請求項1又は2記載のスピーカ。
- 上記外層(3,4)に定常状態のバイアス電位を印加するためのバイアス手段(10)が設けられる請求項1、2又は3記載のスピーカ。
- 上記外層(3,4)に交流電圧を印加するための信号発生手段(11)が設けられた先行する任意の請求項記載のスピーカ。
- 上記信号発生手段(11)により発生される交流電圧から、上記バイアス手段(10)により印加される定常状態のバイアス電位を容量的に非結合するための手段が設けられる請求項4又は5記載のスピーカ。
- 上記中間層(2)は高分子材料から製造される先行する任意の請求項記載のスピーカ。
- 上記外層(3,4)の少なくとも一方は、電気絶縁性膜の外面へ付着される導電フィルムを備えた先行する任意の請求項記載のスピーカ。
- 上記膜は高分子材料で製造された請求項8記載のスピーカ。
- 上記中間層(2)は上記第1の外層(3)に接触して輪郭を描く表面を有し、上記第2の外層(4)は上記振動により変位される空気を透過させる先行する任意の請求項記載のスピーカ。
- 上記中間層(2)には上記第1の外層(3)がその上に延在されるピットが設けられた請求項10記載のスピーカ。
- 上記多層パネルは0.5mm未満の厚さを有する先行する任意の請求項記載のスピーカ。
- 上記多層パネルはフレキシブルである先行する任意の請求項記載のスピーカ。
- 上記多層パネルは少なくとも部分的に透明である先行する任意の請求項記載のスピーカ。
- 単一パネル上に複数のスピーカが設けられた先行する任意の請求項記載のスピーカ。
