Abstract
Description
本発明はメタノール生産のための方法およびシステム方法に関する。
さらに、2000t/日未満の能力の、中程度および小規模の企業については、それは効率的ではない。
既存のメタノールの製造方法および装置はさらに改良できると考えられる。
本発明の装置は、さらに、ホルムアルデヒドの酸化および分解を禁止するために、反応の後期段階に反応器へ非酸化性冷却剤を供給して、該加熱された炭化水素含有ガスと該酸素含有ガスの混合物と直接混合する機構を更に含む。未反応炭化水素含有ガスはついで、生成物と不純物を回収し、炭化水素含有ガス流れ内にリサイクルされる。CO2のような反応副産物は井戸の生産量を増加させるために、井戸からの所定の距離だけ離れた地中に射出されることができる。

本発明のメタノールを生産するための装置は、図1Aおよび1Bに示されるように、炭化水素含有ガスの気相酸化を促進する反応器100を有する。図1Bは、反応器のインプットおよびアウトプットを詳述する。反応器100は、加熱された炭化水素含有ガス流れを導入するためのデバイス104および酸素含有ガスを導入するためのデバイス105を有する反応ゾーン102を有する。詳細に以下に説明されるように、酸素含有ガスは、リサイクルプロセスによる不活性ガスの蓄積を低減するために80%を越える酸素含有量を好ましくは有する。
Claims (45)
- 以下を含むメタノールの製造方法:
部分酸化反応を使用して、第一のメタン含有ガスをメタノール、CO2、H2O、エタノール、およびホルムアルデヒドに変換すること;
反応生成物からCO2を分離すること;
井戸の産出量を増加させるために、地中に井戸からの予め決定した距離でCO2を射出すること。 - 反応器への供給物の組成およびプロセスパラメータを調節することにより反応の選択性に影響を及ぼし、生産されるCO2、H2O、およびホルムアルデヒドの量を調節しつつ、第一のメタン含有ガスのメタンの変換が行なわれる、請求項1記載の方法。
- メタンガスをメタノールに変換することが、酸素含有ガスを提供すること;
第一のメタン含有ガスを提供すること、酸素含有ガスをメタン含有ガスと反応させて反応生成物流れを形成すること、および冷却剤を反応生成物流れと直接混合させ、ホルムアルデヒドの酸化の程度を調節し、それによりCO2とH2Oのホルムアルデヒドに対する割合を増加させることを含む、請求項1記載の方法。 - 直接冷却剤を混合することが、反応生成物流れへ第二のメタン含有含有ガスを直接混合することを含む、請求項4記載の方法。
- 第一および第二のメタン含有ガス流れの少なくとも一部が井戸から得られる、請求項5記載の方法。
- 第一および第二のメタン含有ガス流れが井戸から得られる、請求項5記載の方法。
- 以下を含むメタノールの製造方法:
炭化水素ガス含有流れを部分的に酸化してCO2を含む反応生成物流れを形成すること;
反応生成物流れからCO2を分離すること;および
井戸から予め決定された距離内の地中にCO2を射出すること。 - 炭化水素流れがメタンを含む、請求項7記載の方法。
- 炭化水素ガスの部分的酸化が、メタン含有流れを酸素含有流れと反応させて反応生成物流れを形成することを含む、請求項7記載の方法。
- 反応生成物を規制するために、反応生成物流れからの第二の炭化水素ガスを射出することを更に含む、請求項9記載の方法。
- 反応生成物流れがメタノール、ホルムアルデヒド、H2OおよびCO2を含む、請求項10記載の方法。
- 反応流れを反応させて、ホルムアルデヒドをCO2およびH2Oに変換することを更に含む、請求項11記載の方法。
- 以下を含む、オフショアプラットホームから炭化水素ガスを輸送する方法:
炭化水素ガス含有流れからメタン含有ガスの一部を変換して、メタノール、CO2、H2O、エタノールおよびホルムアルデヒドにすること;
反応生成物からメタノールを分離すること;
メタン含有ガス流れ中にメタノールを射出すること;および
反応生成物からCO2を分離すること。 - 井戸の産出量を増加するために、井戸からの予め決定された距離で地中にCO2を射出することを更に含む、請求項13記載の方法。
- メタン含有ガスの変換において、部分酸化反応器中で生産されるCO2、H2Oおよびホルムアルデヒドの量が制御される、請求項13記載の方法。
- メタン含有ガスの変換が、複数の反応器を使用して部分的にメタン流れを酸化させることを含み、メタンのパス当たりのメタノールへの変換を増加させて、さらにCO2とH2Oへホルムアルデヒド生成物を酸化させる、請求項13記載の方法。
- メタンガスをメタノールに変換することが、
酸素含有ガスを提供すること;
第一のメタン含有ガスを提供すること、酸素含有ガスとメタン含有ガスを反応させて反応生成物流れを形成すること、および冷却剤と反応生成物流れを直接混合してホルムアルデヒドに対するCO2とH2Oの割合を調節することを更に含む、請求項13記載の方法。 - 直接ガスを混合することが、反応生成物流れ中へ第二のメタン含有ガスを直接混合することを含む、請求項17記載の方法。
- 第一および第二のメタン含有ガス流れが井戸から得られる、請求項5記載の方法。
- 以下を含む、メタノールの製造方法:
炭化水素ガス含有流れを部分的に酸化し、メタノールとCO2を含む反応生成物流れを形成すること;
反応生成物流れからCO2を分離すること;および
井戸から予め決定された距離内の地中にCO2を射出すること。 - 炭化水素流れがメタンを含み、4%を越える窒素を含む、請求項20記載の方法。
- 部分的に炭化水素ガスを酸化することが、メタン含有流れと酸素含有流れを反応させ、複数の反応器内に反応生成物流れを形成し、ホルムアルデヒドの形成を最小限にして0.5%以下にする、請求項21記載の方法。
- 反応生成物を規制するために、反応生成物流れからの第二のガスを射出することを更に含む、請求項22記載の方法。
- 反応生成物流れがメタノール、ホルムアルデヒド、H2O、エタノールおよびCO2を含む、請求項23記載の方法。
- 反応物流れを反応させてホルムアルデヒドをCO2およびH2Oに変換することをさらに含む、請求項24記載の方法。
- 以下を含む、オフショア炭化水素産出井からメタン含有炭化水素流れを輸送する方法:
メタン含有炭化水素流れの第一の部分からメタンをメタノールおよび反応生成物に、井戸から予め決定された第一の距離内において変換すること;
反応生成物からメタノールを分離すること;および
メタン含有炭化水素流れの第二の部分にメタノールを射出すること。 - 反応生成物からCO2を分離することをさらに含む、請求項26記載の方法。
- オフショア炭化水素産出井からの予め決定された第二の距離で、CO2を射出することをさらに含む、請求項27記載の方法。
- 反応生成物がH2O、エタノールおよびホルムアルデヒドを含む、請求項26記載の方法。
- 反応流れからH2Oを分離し、CO2とH2Oの少なくとも1つを、オフショアの炭化水素産出井からの第三の予め決定された距離で地中に射出することをさらに含む、請求項29記載の方法。
- オフショア炭化水素産出井の井戸ケーシング内にCO2を射出することをさらに含む、請求項27記載の方法。
- メタン含有炭化水素流れからメタノールに変換することが、酸素含有ガスを提供すること;
第一のメタン含有ガスを提供すること、酸素含有ガスとメタン含有ガスを反応させて反応生成物流れを形成すること、および冷却剤を反応生成物流れと反応器内で直接混合して、ホルムアルデヒドの酸化の程度を調節し、それによりCO2とH2Oのホルムアルデヒドに対する割合を増加させる、請求項26記載の方法。 - 冷却剤の直接混合が、反応生成物流れ内へ第二のメタン含有ガス流れを直接混合することを含む、請求項32記載の方法。
- 第一および第二のメタン含有ガス流れが、オフショア炭化水素産出井から得られる、請求項33記載の方法。
- 以下を含む、メタノールの製造方法:
オフショア炭化水素産出井からの炭化水素ガス含有流れの第一の部分を第一のオフショア位置で部分的に酸化し、CO2およびメタノールを含む反応生成物流れを形成すること;
反応生成物流れからCO2を分離すること;
井戸から予め決定された距離内の地中にCO2を射出すること;および
第二のオフショア位置で炭化水素ガス流れの第二の部分内にメタノールを射出すること。 - 炭化水素ガス含有流れの第一の部分の部分的な酸化が、メタン含有ガス流れと酸素含有流れを反応させて、反応生成物流れを形成することを含む、請求項35記載の方法。
- 反応生成物流れの反応生成物を規制するために、反応生成物流れに冷却剤を直接射出することを更に含む、請求項36記載の方法。
- 炭化水素ガス含有流れの第一の部分内の窒素の量を規制することを更に含む、請求項35記載の方法。
- 井戸穴領域近傍に反応生成物を射出することを更に含む、請求項35記載の方法。
- 反応生成物がメタノールを含む、請求項38記載の方法。
- 以下を含む、メタノールの製造方法:
炭化水素ガス含有流れを提供すること;
炭化水素含有流れ内の窒素の量を規制すること;
炭化水素含有流れの第一の部分を部分的に酸化し、メタノールおよびCO2を含む反応生成物を形成すること;
生成物流れからCO2を分離すること;および
井戸から予め決定された距離内の地中にCO2を射出すること。 - 第一の部分の部分的酸化の前に、炭化水素流れから、分子量がプロパンと同じか又は大きな炭化水素成分を除去することを更に含む、請求項41記載の方法。
- 反応流れからメタノールを分離することをさらに含む、請求項42記載の方法。
- メタノールを、井戸穴近傍または炭化水素含有ガスの第二の部分の少なくとも1つに射出することを更に含む、請求項43記載の方法。
- 炭化水素含有流れ内の窒素の量の規制が、炭化水素含有流れを希釈することである、請求項42記載の方法。
