Abstract
【解決手段】ステントシステムは、上部にステップバルーン(3)が取り付けられたカテーテルシャフトを有するステントデリバリーカテーテル(2)を備える。ステップバルーンは近位部分(31)と遠位部分(32)とを有し、近位部分は遠位部分よりも大きな拡張径に膨張可能である。2パートステントは、ステップバルーンの近位部分に配置された近位部(11)と、ステップバルーンの遠位部分に配置された遠位部(12)と、2パートステントの近位部及び遠位部の間にある非連結帯(13)とを有している。2パートステントの近位部及び遠位部は、指を組み合わせるように非連結帯へ延伸するステントストラットでそれぞれ構成されており、分岐管の隆起(carina)部をよりぴったりとストラットで覆うことができる。分岐管への2パートステントの配置において2パート両部を相対的に位置調節する際の任意の問題が、非連結帯によって効果的に解消される。

- ステントシステムであって、
ステントデリバリーカテーテル及び2パートステントを備えており、
前記ステントデリバリーカテーテルは、上部にステップバルーンが取り付けられたカテーテルシャフトを有し、
前記ステップバルーンは近位部分と遠位部分とを有し、かつ前記近位部分は前記遠位部分よりも大きな拡張径に膨張可能であり、
前記2パートステントは、前記ステップバルーンの前記近位部分に配置された近位部と、
前記ステップバルーンの前記遠位部分に配置された遠位部と、前記2パートステントの前記近位部及び前記遠位部の間にある非連結帯とを有している、
ステントシステム。 - 前記2パートステントの前記近位部及び前記遠位部はそれぞれ、前記非連結帯内で相互に嵌合しているステントストラットで構成されている、
