Claims (39)
- 患者の横隔膜へと電気刺激をもたらす方法であって、
内視鏡を患者の体腔へと経内臓にて導入するステップ、
内視鏡の管腔を通って患者の体腔へと電極を届けるステップ、
電極を目標の組織の刺激部位へと添えるために吸引を加えるステップ、および
刺激部位へと刺激パルスを届けるステップ
を含んでいる方法。 - 電極を届けるステップが、電極と吸引管腔とを備えている電極ツールを内規鏡の管腔に通すステップを含んでおり、吸引を加えるステップが、吸引管腔へと吸引を加えるステップを含んでいる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 電極ツールが、ハンドルをさらに備えており、
吸引を加えるステップが、ハンドル上の吸引アクチュエータを作動させるステップを含んでいる請求項2に記載の方法。 - 電極を取り外すべく吸引を解除するステップ
