Claims (6)
- 有機材料を含んだ基質を生物学的に分解するための、及び、上記分解の際に発生するバイオガスを獲得するための発酵装置にして、縦長で閉じたタンク(1)を有し、上記タンクが、端部に基質用の取入口(2)を、そして、タンク(1)の反対側の端部に処理された基質用の吐出口(3、4)を、並びに、少なくとも1つのガス用の排出口(15)を備えており、またその際タンク(1)は複数の反応容積セルを有し、上記反応容積セルが、円形状に動かされる攪拌翼を備えそれぞれ複数の単独に駆動される攪拌装置(6)を含み、また、基質をかき混ぜるためのタンク(1)の縦延びに対して横方向に存する攪拌シャフト(11)を含んでいる、発酵装置において、攪拌シャフト(11)が攪拌径よりも小さい軸間隔(7)で配設されることで、攪拌翼が攪拌シャフト(11)の回転の際オーバーラップ領域(13)を覆うことを特徴とする発酵装置。
- 請求項1に記載の発酵装置において、攪拌翼がその外端に攪拌バー(12)を有し、上記攪拌バーがタンク(1)幅に渡って分岐しておりそして相互にずらされて配設されていることを特徴とする発酵装置。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の発酵装置において、発酵装置の吐出領域に、沈殿物を排出するための底近傍の吸込みポート(4)が配設されていることを特徴とする発酵装置。
- 請求項3に記載の発酵装置において、タンク(1)が、発酵装置の吐出領域に、傾斜した壁を有する収集ポケットを備え、その最下点で吸込みポート(4)が終端していることを特徴とする発酵装置。
- 有機材料を含んだ基質を生物学的に分解するための、及び、上記分解の際に発生するバイオガスを獲得するための方法にして、その際基質が、縦長で閉じたタンク(1)へ取り入れられ、タンク(1)内で複数の反応ゾーンを貫流し、その中で、タンク(1)の縦延びに対して横方向に存する軸(11)の周りで円形状に動く攪拌翼を備えそれぞれ単独に駆動される攪拌装置(6)を用いて循環され、そして、分解生成物がタンク(1)から取去られる方法において、攪拌径よりも小さい軸間隔で配設される隣接する攪拌器具(6)の攪拌翼が、互い違いに機能するように制御されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項5に記載の方法において、隣接する攪拌装置(6)の攪拌翼が同じように動かされることを特徴とする方法。
