Description
Claims (18)
- 地下貯留層から加圧流体の試料を取得し、前記試料を加圧下で保持しながら発酵反応器へ移動させ、前記反応器において前記試料を高圧でインキュベーションすることを含む、地下微生物の培養物の生成方法。
- 前記試料は、前記反応器において高温でインキュベーションされる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 地下貯留層からの加圧流体の前記試料は、このような貯留層からの流体流れから取得される、請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記試料は、100〜900バールの圧力でインキュベーションされる、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記試料は、230〜280バールの圧力でインキュベーションされる、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記試料は、60〜160℃の温度でインキュベーションされる、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記試料は、80〜100℃の温度でインキュベーションされる、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記試料を、少なくとも粉岩を含む栄養素と混合させることでインキュベーションを行う、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- インキュベーションは、7〜360日間行う、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記培養物を、少なくとも10時間にわたり周囲圧力および温度下に置くことをさらに含む、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- バルブ付き試料採取口を備え、ヒドロカルビル流体中の微生物を収容した加圧容器。
- 内部圧力が100〜900バールである、請求項11に記載の加圧容器。
- 前記ヒドロカルビル流体は、グリセロールまたは鉱物油である、請求項11または12のいずれかに記載の加圧容器。
- 請求項11〜13のいずれかに記載の容器を複数含む微生物ライブラリ。
- 微生物の培養物を、任意に前記微生物の栄養素と共に前記貯留層に注入することを含み、前記培養物は、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の高圧インキュベーションによって生成されたものである、地下貯留層処理プロセス。
- 前記地下貯留層は、炭化水素の井戸である、請求項15に記載のプロセス。
- 前記貯留層に流体を注入して炭化水素を生産井戸に至らしめることを含み、前記流体の組成は、前記貯留層に内生する微生物の増殖を阻害または促進するように予め選択されている、地下炭化水素貯留層からの炭化水素回収を向上させるプロセス。
- 吸気口と、好ましくは試料除去口とを有するインキュベーションチャンバを含み、前記チャンバの壁は、少なくとも180バールの圧力差に耐えられるよう十分な強度を有する材料からなることを特徴とする微生物発酵反応器。
