Claims (7)
- 成長期の子どもの体幹の変形の管理を移植後可能にする延長デバイス(4)(5)において、
骨に付属し歯部若しくは溝部が設けられた2つのロッド(35)(36)であって、骨への付属の手段を分離する距離を調整するための小ツール(321)と係合する小ホール(312)の設けられた調整の中央手段(300)に搭載された2つのロッド(35)(36)を含み、
上記デバイス(4)(5)は、内部に配置されたギア(311)により、ロッド(35)(36)の並進を可能にする小型ギアボックス(310)(410)(411)を含み、
少なくとも一つの戻り防止つめ(37)、及び、コンパートメント若しくは堅固な部品(374)(382、383)内に配置された少なくとも一つのエラストマパッド(373)(378a、378b)を含む解放可能な戻り防止デバイスであって、パッド(373)(378a、378b)の粘弾性によりデバイス(4)(5)の一方向の解放、引っ張り及びロックをさせ成長を許容する解放可能な戻り防止デバイスを含むことを特徴とする延長デバイス。 - 一つの歯部(370)を含む少なくとも一つのつめ(37)は、
一つの側において、閉コイルバネ役割を果たす少なくとも一つのエラストマパッド(373)と接触して位置し、
他の側において、ギアボックス(410)に統合される、つめのための戻り止めとして機能しエラストマパッド(373)を包含する少なくとも一つの堅固な部品(374)により支持される位置にある
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の延長デバイス。 - 部品(374)とつめの少なくとも一つの歯部(373)との間に少なくとも一つのスクリュ若しくは小型ピン(375)であって、該つめがエラストマパッド(373)を含むことでギア(311)に向かってつめ(37)の戻りが防がれ、これによりロッド(35)(36)がデバイス(4)の据え付けの前に自由に並進できるスクリュ若しくは小型ピン(375)を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の延長デバイス。 - ロッド(35)(36)の媒介によりデバイスに伝達される機械的負荷を支持するために上記ギア(311)のいずれの側にも位置する2つの反転つめ(37)を含み、上記つめ(37)の各々が少なくとも一つの歯部(370)を含み、軸(371)周りにピボットできる
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のうちのいずれか一つに記載の拡張デバイス(4)。 - 上記つめ(37)は、
第1の解放された位置であって、スクリュ若しくはピン(375)によりロックされた上記つめが上記ギアと接触せず、上記ロッド(35)(36)が両方向に自由に並進でき、これによりオペレータによる上記デバイス(4)の設置を促進する、第1の解放された位置と、
戻り防止システムの稼動を設定する第2の位置であって、上記デバイス(4)が骨に付属され、上記手段(375)が完全に引き出され、このことにより粘弾性パッド(373)を減圧し、上記デバイス(4)の上記引っ張りが唯一の許容される方向に上記ギアを回転することにより発生する、第2の位置と、及び、
上記デバイスをセルフロックする第3の位置であって、
上記小型ツール(321)が引き出され、減圧されている上記粘弾性パッド(373)が上記ギア(311)に対して歯部(370)を押し戻し、上記ロッド(35)(36)が成長の方向とは逆の方向に上記ギア(311)を駆動し、上記歯部(370)が部品(374)にて停止に到るまで上記ギア(311)が続いて上記歯部(370)を駆動し、
これにより一つの方向で上記デバイス(4)をロックし骨間の引っ張りの損失を防ぐ、第3の位置と
の2つの位置取りを取ることを特徴とする請求項1又は4に記載の拡張デバイス(4)。 - 一方で、上記ギア(311)上で動作せず、
他方で、対称的に配置された2つの対向する位置にある歯部(376a)(376b)により、軸(379)周りでピボットし、このことにより、上記ロッド(35)(36)の歯部(350)(360)に関して上記デバイス(5)が解放すること及び係合することが可能となる
単一のつめ即ち“対のつめ”(376)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の拡張デバイス(5)。 - 上記ロッド(35)(36)の上記溝部(350)(360)の歯部に対して上記対のつめ(376)の上記歯部(376a)(376b)を固定することで、上記対のつめ(376)の歯部(376a)(376b)に作用する跳ね返り力の役割を演じる、上記対のつめ(376)の各々の側に位置する2つの粘弾性パッド(378a)(378b)も含み、
上記粘弾性パッド(378a)(378b)は、軸(379)周りのつめの回転により圧縮され得、このことにより、上記ロッド(35)(36)は上記ギア(311)の回転の間に両方向に並進し得、
上記粘弾性パッド(378a)(378b)は、上記軸(379)の凹み(381)に入れられるツール(380)により一定の圧縮を保持され、このことにより、ロッド(35)(36)が両方向に自由に並進でき、これによりデバイス(5)が解放され、
上記ツール(380)が除去されて上記粘弾性パッドの跳ね返り力の作用が生じ上記粘弾性パッドが最早圧縮に保持されていなくなると、上記歯部(376a)(376b)が上記ロッド(35)(36)の上記溝部(350)(360)に対して固定され、このことによりデバイス(5)が係合することになる
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のうちのいずれか一つに記載の拡張デバイス(5)。
