Description
Claims (20)
- 湾曲した接触面を有し、前記接触面が、近位端から遠位端まで第1の軸と同じ平面内のある方向に沿って実質上凸状に延び、前記接触面が、間隔をあけて配置された第1の側縁部と第2の側縁部の間を前記第1の軸を実質上横断する平面内のある方向に沿って実質上凹状に延びる接触部材と、
前記第1の軸に実質上平行な前記接触部材から延びるアームとを備える寸法設定装置。 - 前記第1および第2の側縁部の間の表面の長さが、前記近位端と前記遠位端の間の面の長さより長い、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記アームが、前記湾曲面の前記近位端に隣接するとともに前記第1の端部と第2の端部の中間の位置で前記湾曲面から延びる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記接触部材を通る流体連絡をもたらすように、前記アームを通って実質上軸方向に延び、前記接触部材の前記接触面の反対の面に隣接する孔で終端する開口部をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 流体を前記開口部に供給するように、前記アームの近位端と動作可能に連結された流体供給源をさらに備える、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記アームがさらに、前記アームの近位端の近くの外面に沿って少なくとも1つの保持機構を備える請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記接触部材の前記近位端の少なくとも一部分から外側に延びるフランジをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記湾曲面と前記フランジの間の接合部が、前記湾曲面の前記近位端の少なくとも一部分を画定するように、前記フランジの少なくとも一部分が、前記第1の軸に実質上垂直な平面内にある、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記アームから径方向外側に延び、タブの端部で終端する支持タブをさらに備える、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の軸から間隔をあけて配置された前記支持タブの少なくとも一部分を通って延びる、スロットをさらに備える、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記フランジ、前記接触部材および前記アームが、同じ材料から一体に形成される、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 湾曲した接触面を有し、前記接触面が、近位端から遠位端まで第1の軸と同じ平面内の第1の方向に沿って、実質上凸状の断面形状で延び、前記接触面が、間隔をあけて配置された第1の側縁部と第2の側縁部の間を前記第1の方向を実質上横断する平面内にある第2の方向に沿って、実質上凹状の断面形状で延びる、接触部材と、
前記接触部材の前記接触面の反対のフランジの表面に沿って肩部を画定するように、前記接触部材の前記近位端の少なくとも一部分から外側に延びる、フランジとを備える寸法設定装置。 - 前記第1の軸と実質上平行な前記接触部材から延び、前記湾曲面から間隔をあけて配置された近位端で終端するアームをさらに備える、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記アームが前記接触部材の前記湾曲面から延び、前記アームがさらに、前記接触部材を通る流体連絡をもたらすように、前記近位端から前記アームを通って実質上軸方向に延び、前記接触面の反対の前記接触部材の表面に隣接する孔で終端する開口部を備える、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記フランジと前記接触部材が同じ材料から一体に形成される、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 流体を前記開口部に供給するように前記アームに動作可能に連結された流体供給源をさらに備える、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記フランジが、前記第1の軸に実質上垂直な平面にある、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記アームから外側に前記平面に実質上平行に延び、タブの端部で終端する支持タブをさらに備える、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 流入端部と前記遠位端の間を延びる間隔をあけて配置された側縁部によって遠位端から間隔をあけて配置された流入端部を有し、収縮期で閉位置の心臓弁の弁葉の接合面の寸法および構成を模擬するように寸法設定され構成される、湾曲面と、
前記湾曲面の前記流入端部の少なくとも一部分から外側に延びるフランジと、
前記湾曲面の前記流入端部の近くの位置で前記湾曲面から延びるアームとを備える、寸法設定装置。 - 前記湾曲面が、前記流入端部から前記遠位端まで第1の軸と同じ平面内のある方向に沿って実質上凸状の形状で延び、前記接触面が、間隔をあけて配置された側縁部の間を、前記第1の軸を実質上横断する平面内のある方向に沿って実質上凹状の形状で延び、前記アームが、前記第1の軸に実質上平行に延びる、請求項19に記載の装置。
